I would highly recommend baby sensory Sutton!
My daughter and I have done three terms of baby sensory classes in Sutton. We started when she was about 5 months and just now “graduated” at 14 months. It’s been such a great activity! The classes are incredibly well run and Suzie Franck who is the activity leader in Sutton & Wimbledon have just been so lovely.
We are going to miss our baby sensory classes on Tuesdays but we will be continuing on with toddler sensory and are exited about that.

This company cancelled a class on me last minute and I requested a refund as I couldn't make an alternative date and time. Its now been well over a month and I keep chasing and keep getting rubbish customer service and constant repetitive lies. Oh and management is always unavailable. Had to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs and police. Not about the money but the principle of the matter.

We attend the Thurrock and Rainham baby sensory class each week at Whitmore Hall in Grays. It’s always so enjoyable and the class leader and owner are so knowledgable and friendly. The activities are different each week and has a lot of different props which are always well cleaned and looked after. I attended for a year with my first baby and have been coming for past 6 months with my second. We love it each week.

Entire family enjoyed being a part of baby sensory. So much so that we took turns through the entire first year of baby growing up with accompanying her to class. This permitted mum, dad, aunty and nana to experience the rich environment each week which progressed to lasting friendships with other like minded. Highly recommend !! At Mt Eden Auckland with Kay. I’ve gone on to publish a book with sincere thanks to Kay for helping me start over in life Thru the innocent eyes of my grandie. I’ve since gifted Kay a box of my books which not only inspired my journey but also my granddaughter who is now two and a half and who enjoys seeing her baby self in picture form enjoying early life. I’m hoping Kay can pass these to other parents who can benefit from our experiences in her classes!

I take my baby to Baby Sensory Bristol East and he absolutely loves it.

Our leader is excellent and the classes are great value for money. We leave every week with a new idea for things to do at home and with smiles on our faces.

Do not buy a franchise from this company .
You will be told you will receive help but don't. As long as they get there quarterly payments to the brand and then monthly payments to the "master franchisee "
They only care about the money .
This is just my personal opinion and you should do your own research. Maybe ask the copious amounts of former franchise owners

I signed up for the first time for my 2month old baby. Never atteneded any classes as the lady cancelled classes, two weeks in a row, last minute.l, due to this I asked for a refund as I didnt trust her anymore. She kept saying she will refund me but she hasn't, I have messaged her many times and still no refund. I wouldn't recommend baby sensory to anyone as they are a waste of time. Go to other classes.

Even though my last review got a response. And I’ve emailed no one has still responded. Absolutely shocking really! Wouldn’t recommend baby sensory to anyone. There are a lot more groups out there that aren’t just in it for the money.

The sessions and the lady running the sensory group I attend are enjoyable but my issue is with their terms and conditions.

Every other baby group I attend offers a courtesy class or credit if I cannot attend a class but Baby sensory are very strict about this not being the case. I can only gift sessions to other people... it's a lot or money down the drain if you can't attend due to sickness or holiday. I won't be re-booking again because of this. I think its wrong that they keep the money even if notice is given and can offer the space to others making twice as much money!! Very disappointing.

Our last summer class was cancelled and I was not informed of this. I sent Facebook messages and emails and did not get a response. I was asking if it had been cancelled and if there was a make up session or refund.
I finally got through to the owner via WhatsApp. She said she would refund the session but over a month on I have not received this even after many message exchanges and me constantly chasing this up.
If I had been informed in the first place I may have been more forgiving.
Terrible communication and if you have a problem she doesn't seem to care.

The class is fun and my baby thoroughly enjoyed the term. It’s also great to have an opportunity to chat to other mums mid-way through the class. I just wish the admin staff were quicker to deal with a payment issue. It was stressful asking numerous times for a refund but the issue was finally resolved.

As a returning Mum to Baby Sensory Warrington, I could not wait to bring my baby boy along to 'Say Hello' and start our Baby Sensory journey at Baby Sensory Warrington.

I previously attended Laura's classes with my daughter (2018-2019) and I'm so lucky to be able to attend again with my baby boy.

Our journey started a little differently, we were grateful that we were able to access the Hello Baby and Baby Sensory classes from our living room during local lockdown. Despite G being my second baby, I learned lots of new helpful soothing, massage and play techniques to use with him from a young age. Our online classes were fun, engaging and easily accessible with a little break in between and a chance to speak with Laura about all things baby- she really is the baby whisperer! A real haven and taste of normality for Mum's with little ones in lockdown!

We were so lucky that lockdown lifted for us to attend face to face classes when G was 10 weeks old. Although Covid restrictions were in place, the magic of Baby Sensory remained!

I love how throughout our 12 months we will never do the same class twice, exploring a new theme each week which is planned in detail with stunning resources to support engagement and development.

Laura strikes the perfect balance of delivering knowledge about baby development and how our in class activities support this with some great ideas for recreating this at home- perfect for bonding with our babies.

Although the shared play time area is not available during Covid restrictions, there is an opportunity to have a break and chat with other Mums on our neighbouring mats. Perfect to socialise and importantly keep everyone safe The resources in class are all throughly cleaned and the environment always feels safe and welcoming.

Baby Sensory classes are our absolute favorite and the one class that we have always stuck with. We are guaranteed the same high quality, engaging session each week with a different theme and new resources.

I would highly recommend the classes to any Parents in our area looking for a class to join in with their babies. I've even bought gift vouchers for friends and colleagues who have gone on to attend subsequent terms too.

Thank you Laura for always taking the time to talk with us in each session and for the incredible effort you put in to each class to create such a wonderful experience for babies (...and the grown ups who are lucky to take them!) It really is so appreciated xx

After taking my 2 previous children to baby sensory classes, I felt it was an experience I didn't want to miss out on sharing with my new baby. As a family we have been very careful with COVID after shielding for a big part of 2020. As a result of this, the baby sensory classes are one of the first and only experiences I have shared with my baby inside with other new mums. The classes are, as always, well structured, fun and stimulating for babies and enjoyable for accompanying adults. Adaptions have had to be made compared to pre pandemic times but they are all sensible and have helped to make me feel safe and able to enjoy the classes with my baby. All of the baby sensory leaders are passionate about what they do and put energy and enthusiasm into leading the sessions and take the time to get to know the babies in their group and nurture their little personalities. Laura is a bubbly, enthusiastic personality who shows genuine care for the mums and babies she works with. She is passionate about early years and this has always shone through in all she has done, along with her expertise in this area. She is someone who I will always be pleased has played a part in my children's early years. All of the classes have been able to run in person for my baby and where I have had to miss classes due to illness I have been happy to gift them to others. It will be lovely when we are all in safer times and the old sense of normality can return to daily life but in the meantime I think our baby sensory team are doing a great job and would like to thank them for that.

An absolute waste of money, with a leader - Ellie, who refuses to provide a refund and incorrectly quotes the ACCC.

I’m still in the process of trying to get a refund after being told to “gift” my subscription cost to someone else and have multiple people in our areas being treated the same way which has left a bad taste in our mouth re this brand.

After covid striked last year we were told we could not get a full refund, but could receive either a partial refund or wait till the next term or participate in “live online interactive classes”. As baby sensory is based on your babies age and covid was an unpredictable situation, I opted for a partial refund and joining the online classes.
These classes were not “live or interactive” as promised and consisted of pre recorded classes. My $3K iPad Pro would not even display the sound at a audible level, a common issue people were facing. I emailed Ellie asking about any iPad issues to which I was told “I’ll look into it or you can email the company”. After a handful of classes we realised what an absolute waste of money these classes were as the only form of interaction was messaging other parents in the group on a side bar.
I asked Ellie for a pause on our online subscription and we would like to attend in person classes when covid eases.
Covid restrictions ease and I go to book my classes, where I am told I need to spend further money to attend a class. I cannot use my credit to attend a few classes, I’d have to buy a whole terms worth.
Understandably I’m frustrated as my experiences thus far have been satisfactory.
Thus begins a back and forth email chain of me asking to attend a single class as that’s what I initially paid for, and me being told by Ellie that I’m the only person complaining about having to pay for a class.
Clearly a pattern of behaviour as I found out in my mother’s group and swimming class mums have been treated the same way by Ellie, refusing being allowed to attend a class or receive a refund, or withholding customers money.
I was also told to donate my credit.
All I have ever wanted was to attend A CLASS which I had initially paid for.
My daughter is now 1 and a half so clearly can’t attend a class
I’m still trying to chase up my credit.
A pretty disappointing experience and I would absolutely not recommend these classes.
Mini maestroes has been a champion and their customer service and engagement levels have far exceeded my experience with baby sensory.
I haven’t been able to find a contact for the Australian offices and the only way I find I can get a resolution is to go to the ACCC.

After previously working for toddler sense a few years ago it was great today to return as a new parent. We was so pleased to have a space and have had so much fun at our first session ‘sparkles’. Class leaders were very welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic. We enjoyed all of the activities particularly the lights music and bubbles. It was also useful to get lots of tips about how to help my baby’s development whilst having fun during the activities. The class was very COVID friendly and was lovely to meet other mums. We can’t wait for rock and roll week next week.

I started Baby Sensory in September with my first baby and both my baby and I have thoroughly enjoyed every session. The classes in person were so well organised, the equipment was exceptionally clean and we always felt safe. Again the Baby Sensory @ Home sessions were really well planned and and gave my baby and I the opportunity to enjoy different activities together at home. My baby loves the “Say Hello to the Sun” song and I often play it to her at home.
I cannot recommend Baby Sensory highly enough, thank you so much Becky xxx

Attended our 3rd (maybe 4th) class and we have just booked onto next term for after Christmas. We are very fortunate that the venue is an approved covid secure venue and classes have been able to go ahead. All social distancing and appropriate guidelines have been put in place but this hadn't affected the group at all. Its lovely to be able to get out with baby and see other mums. Nicola is fab! Thankyou for letting me and baby try and have a little normality.

We have absolutely loved baby sensory with Becky. It has been a bizarre and scary year with all the Covid restrictions but baby sensory has been a huge positive. My little boy really enjoyed the venue sessions, he was mesmerised by all the activities- his little legs were kicking with excitement, especially when the bubble machine came round. We really enjoyed the at home sessions aswell- it was so nice to have something to do during lockdown and we were so grateful these were offered as almost everythingd else had to be completely cancelled.

I have recently taken my daughter to sessions the last 2 weeks. All the measures in place as very reassuring and we have been made to feel very comfortable even with these new sets of rules etc. We have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and I never thought I’d feel so relaxed at a session, even if my daughter (7months) isn’t doing what everyone else is I know it’s okay and feel confident that the session leader will gain her attention when needed for an activity. She was just beginning to get a bit grizzly near the end of the session (missed her morning nap) and the leader gained her attention very quickly when she noticed. My daughter sat so still concentrating on the puppet show. We’ve also enjoyed reading the book at home and appreciate the ideas of what to do at home or examples given in sessions as we have a very busy little girl. Thank you, we are looking forward to our next session.

I have recently started Baby Sensory in Romsey and just fell in love with the class. The lady was very welcoming, chatty and approachable. All the mums were super nice and it was so lovely meeting other mummy’s. My little one really enjoyed all the activities and was interacted fully with me.
