I recently had an issue with a shaver that had been purchased around a year ago. The shaver just stopped charging and I was unable to return it to the shop.
After making contact with Babyliss direct, they happily replaced the shaver altogether!
The communication between myself and the agent was seamless and I was delighted with the result.

I absolutely love my hairdryer
I absolutely love my hairdryer - great control on speed, temperature and direction! I'd say better than the fancy ones at three times the price. I have really thick hair and it copes amazingly.
I had a problem with it being damaged and customer service - esp. Francesca - talked me through what I needed to do for a repair/ replacement step by step, and made it all painless. I talked to a real human from day one.
Cannot fault response times or ownership - fabulous.

My appliance broke after 2 weeks. I contacted Babyliss and they were able to arrange a replacement quickly and made sending the broken one back very easy. The speed and level of customer service was excellent.

The company is professional and understanding
The company is very professional / polite and helpful. I purchased a Babyliss shaver just under a year ago. The power lead just stopped working so I did the research to find a replacement. Turns out that there are many models that look similar but the power cords are different. In desperation I phoned the company and after sending photos as I couldn’t find the model code they are sending a replacement free and also informed me my guarantee runs for another couple of years.

Great help and understanding from…
Great help and understanding from Francesca and the company. Received curling tongs as a gift in December 2025 and they stopped working after just 6 months. On trying to get them fixed/replaced I found out that the warranty had expired in 2021! On contacting the company they were so helpful and as gesture of goodwill they replaced them.
