I've been with B4rn for over 10 years. In all that time I've only had two issues. With a super friendly local call centre, it's very easy to get in touch and have your problem quickly understood. They offer great value for money. I only pay £5.00 more a month than I did 10 years ago. Very few Broadband providers can say that. A few weeks ago I needed my router replacing and this was done in less than 24 hours.
If you are looking around for a new provider, take a good look at B4rn. You won't be disappointed.

Everything from the initial meeting in the village hall to the survey by a member of the village, the liaison with the company about what would happen and when....and it did!!!.... the installation of the fibre from the hub to the garden, the connection to my house point by a member of the village, the visit from Barn to connect us to the fibre network, the fantastic strength of the speed the price . Just everything has impressed me about this organisation. If your village is thinking about it then don't think just do it! Well done B4RN.

The installation was well done with all our needs taken into account. We have had a few few problems but these were solved speedily and due to our own misunderstanding. We are very happy with the system and the newsletters keep us well up to date. We look forward to the future.

Reliable, 250mbps service with few hiccups. Only had to turn off and reboot a couple of times a year.
