You're service is great and living without it now in Old Hutton where telephone reception etc. Is almost non existence would be unthinkable.

I could not fault them. Great internet speed at reasonable cost and if there is a problem it is resolved swiftly.

We've had a B4RN connection for almost 10 years and it is has been reliable, stable and sufficiently fast for a family with three teens. It's easy to contact if there is ever a problem because it is local - and information is given well in advance for any maintenance etc. Also good value for money.

Always super efficient, no problems, and have always responded to questions quickly and advised of any maintenance issues well ahead of scheduled work.

The service has been great and the only problem, of my own making, was handled well and without making me seem to be the idiot that I am!!!

Brilliant connection and fantastic customer service. Communications with customers are excellent and any (rare) problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I very rarely have problems with my B4RN and on the few times I have had problems they are quickly dealt with. The B4RN Telephone help line is easily accessible and very efficient, with the staff always willing to help.

Reliability and speed of signal are unparalleled. Very, very few power outages and those only occur for necessary maintenance and take place when most people don’t need the service. The price for the quality of service is more than reasonable. When technical support is required there is an immediate response time. We feel privileged to have this service. Thank you.

Advance notification of maintenance work - usually carried out overnight

It will be going on for eight years since the B4RN service went live in my rural home. The change in service was truly dramatic. The old copper wire service was so slow and variable. Some days it was very slow, on other days it just didn't work at all. B4RN has transformed the way I can work.
I switched my telephone service to B4RN as soon as it became available.
Both screen services and voice are very reliable. Maintenance outages are few and far between, notified well in advance and usually undertaken when we are asleep.
If one has queries, a telephone call to B4RN gets a quick response and is managed by friendly, real live people that care. Definitely no robots!
But what about the down side? So far I have yet to find one.
Some people might raise the issue of down time in power cuts which can be a real issue in rural areas. The B4RN service is all underground so no risk from fallen trees. Further, your local B4RN switching cabinet has battery back up and is remotely monitored so maintenance staff will turn out whatever the hour to replace or recharge batteries.
But, you will say, my router needs power whereas my copper wire 'phone service carries its own power. Yes, it does now but come 31st January 2027, that will end and all communication services will need power in the home at all times.
However, there is a solution. The B4RN website explains a number of standby battery options and if you’re not a techie person, the B4RN technical staff are there to help you.

Well it’s better than sky but I still have to use 2 extension boosters throughout my house but I do live very rural. Works better during the day for downloading things on tv, at night it can take longer
