Amber was absolutely amazing! She was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough throughout the entire experience. Her calm and reassuring voice made the interaction even more pleasant, and her professionalism truly stood out. Great live chat agent, but the company itself has issues
Customer service agent was very helpful and did as much as her role permitted her to do to help me. Unfortunately, AXS keeps giving me error codes when I try to check out, and I am disappointed with this company, especially as this seems to be a frequent issue for customers. The agent who helped me was great, though!

Very poor customer service experience
Very poor customer service experience. I contacted AXS Live Support about a refund because the event organizer had specifically announced that GA ticket holders could request refunds through AXS.
The agent simply told me that tickets were non-refundable and suggested that I resell my ticket. Before I even had a chance to explain that the organizer had already authorized refund requests or provide the announcement, the agent immediately ended the chat.
I wasn’t even given an opportunity to respond or clarify the situation. If this is supposed to be “live support,” customers should at least be allowed to communicate with the representative before the conversation is closed.

The worse experience with this ticketing platform! Customer service sucked. The user interface to upgrade sucks. I've understand if agents rejected requests... but please do not keep peoples hope. Wasting everyone's time.

Trying to change your email address is worse than getting a building permit from your local government. I am not creating an account then depending on someone in another country to merge my account to the new email and then lose my tickets I have.
