Walter C
Walter C. was fantastic. I called with a particularly strange technical issue that had already survived troubleshooting across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, networks, and the AXS app. I’ve worked in IT for 35 years, so Walter and I ended up doing some pretty serious troubleshooting together.
What impressed me most was his patience and attitude. He stayed friendly, professional, listened to what I was finding, and never made a frustrating situation feel frustrating. We eventually isolated the problem to the specific event I was trying to access after I discovered that the same process worked perfectly through another AXS event.
The underlying event issue still needs some technical attention, but Walter absolutely deserves five stars for how he handled the call. He even titled his follow-up email “AXS Agents Love Kudos (and Tech Fun.)” — so Walter, here are your kudos. Thanks for making tech support fun!

AXS Marketplace is a joke
I purchased resale tickets which for this venue are all electronic delivery. The confirmation said they will ship on or before th 3rd. They did not and when I contacted caterer service which is chat only, they said oh we contacted the seller and you will l get them them tomorrow by 12. Don't believe it!

Aaliyah was fabulous
Aaliyah was fabulous. Patient and soooo helpful!! Couldn’t have gotten the tickets we wanted without her. Live chat failed me, so I was frustrated having had spent so much time trying to figure everything out for my daughter and son to attend Jack Johnson concert tonight, (my 19 yo sons’ FIRST concert!! Thank you SO MUCH Aaliyah!!! Wish every customer service representative could be as helpful, patient and KIND!!!

Excellent customer service from Tracey!
For some unknown reason I was unable to access any upgrades for two shows I will be seeing. I had tried over and over and was frustrated. Tracey not only found the upgrades, she helped me purcase them so that I will not miss out. She is very personable and knowledgeable. AXS is as bad as Ticketmaster!!!
AXS forced me to buy 2 tickets (even though I'm attending alone and only need 1 ticket).
When I try to sell my extra ticket the promoter can increase the price... so no one will see my discounted price...
And you won't allow me to change my 2 tickets to 1 ticket with a slightly better view... How is ANY of that RIGHT???
