Rep great; AXS slow to alert around refund process
The rep, Stacy, was very helpful, but it was very difficult to get in contact with AXS for an answer about my refund request, as 10 days had passed before I finally received assurance through the chat.

Why does the buying of tickets to…
Why does the buying of tickets to attractions in Nashville TN difficult. The auto-bot thing, really. Then the help text provided does little to no good. The instructions given by help text are not sufficient. Generally, the instructions are a tad out of the wheelhouse for most people. Sell tickets or do not. I can spend thousands of dollars from this device but cannot buy AXS tickets to attractions in Nashville, Tennessee. Why? I can buy plane tickets, cruise tickets, hotel stays on this device but cannot not buy attraction tickets on AXS? The official website sends me to AXS I do not choose AXS! Not my fault!

Addy S - saved the day!
Addy S. saved the day! When I ordered concert tickets several months ago, I submitted it under the wrong email address (typo). With further verification, Addy was able to update the email address to the correct one so I now have access to my tickets for an event in five days. So thankful and grateful!

I was in a very difficult situation…
I was in a very difficult situation where I had bought two tickets for the Emmys but I could not access them due to a technical compatibility problem with an email account. Charles went out of her way to find a solution, and we were able to transfer the tickets to another AXS account that worked with a different email. She walked me through the entire process and showed great care. I called earlier and spoke with a different person at AXS who said nothing could be done and that I would have to go to the Peacock Theatre to sort it out. But Charles ' expertise and care resolved the problem so I really want to commend her on that.

The associate didn't even listen to what was going on told me I couldn't upgrade because I got them from somewhere else even though it allowed me would allow me to upgrade too it just won't allow me to upgrade one on the app so all she had to do was answer that and instead she just cut me off and put me back over to AI which is b*******
