I received excellent help through the live chat with Sarahi V! She resolved the problem I was having with getting blocked (clear history, use Chrome) and I was able to purchase my concerts tickets easily after her assistance.

I spent over $1400 on tickets as a gift…
I spent over $1400 on tickets as a gift for my son and his wife. I’ve been unable to transfer the tickets to them. I can understand not being able to resell the tickets. That’s how Zach Bryan concerts are. Which is good. But not being able to transfer is ridiculous. They say might be lifted by promoter closer to the event. There is no refund on tickets. No transfer was not made clear before purchasing the tickets. How are you to surprise people with tickets you buy without being able to transfer them. I’ve always been able to transfer tickets bought from other sites. My first time buying from this site and will be my last if unable to transfer tickets bought. I’m very pissed off about this.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought tickets 3 days before a show in Asbury Park , paid premium fees via AXS. Their APP would not allow me to access the tickets, sent numerous emails and request for help but got some generic list of things to try. No phone support, no sense of urgency and in the end i missed the show and lost my money. DONT use them it is total scam...

The individual I spoke with, Elizabeth D, was wonderful. The info exchange was simple and quick. She was able to explain and then fix the account mixup, and then verified that I had everything in order once things were "set" on her end. By far one of the most helpful customer service experiences I have had.
