This is a terrible site
This is a terrible site! For 45 minutes I tried to just get three tickets so I could take my grandson to the hot wheels monster truck show. I went to ticketsales.com and had the deal done in exactly 1 minute yeah maybe I paid a little more, but it was worth not being all pissed off! I will never ever use AXS again! Get your junk together!

AXS is terrible
AXS is terrible! They changed my tickets to a completely different section and wont allow me to get a refund, to resell, or to transfer. Customer service people on the live chat were rude and unhelpful.

Flagged as a bot
I complained to support about being flagged as a bot. I did everything asked and proviced the reference information. Support sent the request as a ticket for resolution and assured me it would be fixed within an hour. A day later and I am still blocked out and the ticket was closed without being fixed. I reached out again to support who confirmed my IP is flagged and blocked. They sent in another ticket and with no response it was closed and I am still blocked. They are refusing to grant me access to the site because apparently browsing their site and looking at seats & prices is bot activity. I don't get it.

Not helpful at all
I attended a concert and bought quick pass to skip the line. When I got to the concert there was no option to use quick pass and got stuck waiting in the line. I reached out to customer service who told me there was nothing they could do because the event passed but there was no way to know that until I was at the event.

The representative didn't acknowledge the concerns that I had. They kept repeating the same thing after I told them that they were contradicting what my friend told me about the tickets. Then they ended the session without answering my questions.
