I wasn't allowed in the seat I purchased. How is this not a scam?
Upon arriving at the venue, I was told by event staff that they had to change my seat. There was no prior notification of this. The new seat that I was given was a clear downgrade from what I purchased. Despite subjecting its customers to a no returns/no exchanges policy, AXS does nothing to hold event promoters accountable when they exchange your purchase for something of lesser value. They refuse to even take refund requests past the event date, which is absolutely absurd; I'm supposed to not participate in the event that I paid for and start a refund claim on the spot? In short, I did not receive what I purchased, and to top it off, AXS' customer service was so very unhelpful. I cannot believe that a ticket provider as big as AXS resorts to small-time scammer tactics.

Can't buy tickets without creating an account. While it was trying to validate my email during account creation, it lost my session with selected tickets. Now I need to wait like an idiot for the lock to be released.

No tickets, missed the show
Tickets were not in account. Live chat was no help, told me tickets under another email (?) demanded my identification emailed to them and told me to merge accounts, then they eventually disconnected me. This took hours and I missed the show. Asked for a refund the next day and they flat out refused. Never got a logical reason why this even happened.

Elizabeth was awesome. I was struggling to get help with the submitting a ticket method so I tried Live Chat (though I must say, Live Chat was difficult to navigate to) and she was extremely helpful and solved my problem, which will help me buy tickets through AXS again in the future.

The website and the app but especially the app has been so so so so glitchy. I couldn't even buy tickets, log out of my account, or do anything on the app without the "oops somethings wrong. please try again" message popping up.
However, when I contacted the live agent, Casey K did a great job at helping me! I appreciate her so much!

Erica works hard to help
Erica, the agent who assisted me, tried every angle to get things to work but, as I had tried before, there seems to be a glitch in the system not allowing me to reclaim my sales proceeds from tickets I put up for resale in April. Eventually she created a ticket with the financial department to look into the matter further. Never expressed frustration or impatience, the caring human touch will always surpass the AI bot for customer service, and Erica in particular is good at it!

AXS does an excellent job at assisting the customer.
AXS does an excellent job at taking care of the customer. Their customer service is timely, responsive, knowledgeable and kind. Seeing in real time they are doing what they can to protect the customer from bots is a great reassurance we are being seen and heard as consumers.
