AWM Windows and Doors Anmeldelser

The delivery was spot on but unfortunately the the outside of the door had some white marks on it .Its like the brown covering got marks on it

AWM were excellent from ordering online to the delivery kept me informed every step of the way and also the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful considering it was 7:30 am and he had just driven for over 2 hours
I was a bit unsure about ordering a patio door set online but I’m very happy with the product and service would recommend AWM

Happy with the product. Very good delivery service.

Doors arrived on time, delivered by a first class delivery man. Doors look great although not installed yet. Very good value for money, would definitely purchase from AWM Windows again.

Good quality product, reasonable time frame.

Its a shame the marker pen has stained the door so that its constantly there on the white inside. which is a major annoyance for the client.

Although I have installed a few PVC doors in my time I would think an instruction booklet would be best suited to application.

More the let down due to the marker on a showing panel.

Quite a simple process gave the measurements the door arrived and was perfect fit. Installation was just as easy took my husband and his father no more than an hour to fit. Would highly recommend.

5 star service.quality doors.very fast delivery within 7 days. Hassle free purchase.

Quick and good professional service

Order turned up on time and was of good quality. Will definitely use AMW Windows and Doors again.

Excellent.
Very easy to order. Fast delivery and amazing windows.

Fantastic company couldn’t fault them

Excellent service and delivered on time.
Good product at a decent price.

Very good service, quick and efficient. Not fitted doors yet but look good quality and size is bang on correct.

Top service from these guys great quality products delivered on time will definitely be using again in the future.👌

Great experience, good communication and service.

They are very helpful on the phone
With a vast knowledge of the product

Original order came with cracked vents, and then 4 months later one of the hinges on the French Windows just randomly snapped off.

I spoke to Technical who asked for some pictures, which I sent by email to the address on the invoice as instructed. (Which they said they never received!) I then resent, and they then promptly refused liability and have made me purchase a replacement hinge at my own cost.

They claimed it was my fault!

Very dodgy

Shocking company - DO NOT USE

They delivered wrong sized glass, not enough panel (3 panes ordered, 2 delivered), sent one man on delivery team so had to unload bifold doors myself despite £90 delivery fee, took two weeks to get it resolved before Christmas calling every day, had to pay extra for fitters to come out again and refit the doors due to issues

in short:

They can’t measure what you want
They can’t count what you want
They can’t deliver what you ordered
They can’t respond when complained about

3 day delay on delivery ..only discovered on the day before when I chased them has taken the edge off a good product

Needed a set of French doors for a customer at short notice before Christmas, they was the only supplier who could supply them. Ordering was easy and the delivery was faultless. Good price as well.
