A 10/10 Service Experience!
The Service was Excellent! I ordered an Item for a Digital Board and the Person in Charge of my Order, Mr. Tom Donegan was kind and thoughtful enough to give me a Call and make sure that the Model of my Board was compatible with the Item I ordered. They went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the Right Thing by contacting the Manufacturer of my Ordered Item and confirm that it will work properly and that is something I extremely respect and appreciate! A Massive Bravo to all of the People I talked with during my Customer Service Experience and an even Bigger Thank You to Mr. Tom Donegan for his Incredible Thoughtfulness and Service! 10/10 Experience and I will definetly be recommending this Site to my Friends and Family!

I had a great experience with AV Parts Master. I was trying to find a meeting room solution which required a lot of calls and emails between me and Hamish, Ben and Tom. They were all incredibly helpful and quickly picked up from one another when someone went away for holiday. They were able to provide me all the insights I needed and after exploring numerous solutions, we found a solution which suited my client's needs.

AV Parts Master ... full marks for service
AV Partsmaster's online ordering process was easy to use & understand. But what was particularly surprising & appreciated was their unexpected follow-up phone call once I'd placed my order. So reassuring to actually speak to a person for once, a rare thing nowadays, and made the whole transaction more personal. Most impressive, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic. Best price available online. Ordered late on a Saturday night, received a courtesy call on Monday morning from AV parts master for them to confirm the products I'd ordered met the specification I needed (fantastic, thank you!), and then they were able to accommodate my request for delivery on a specific day! After a phone call to say the monitor…
After a phone call to say the monitor was out of stock with both themselves and the supplier, Ellie was on the ball to find a few alternatives for me after asking what I was looking for.
After choosing one which they kindly matched the price for, it was sent out for next day delivery. Unfortunate that the original screen would have been a few weeks wait, the alternative had slightly better specs, so I can't fault their service.

Great service
Thank you to Tom Donegan at AV Parts Master for his excellent service throughout the purchasing process for a replacement projector and screen for our church hall. We are delighted with the new set-up which has given us a bright, crisp image even with the lights on. Following initial contact Tom responded promptly with each follow-up email and was very patient while I applied for movement certificates between UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Once the certificates were in place, a delivery date was scheduled and the goods promptly arrived on the day as promised. I have no hesitation in commending AV Parts Master for their excellent service.
