Refreshingly Good To Deal With
I cannot recommend AV Parts Master highly enough. They went above and beyond, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren, who provided absolutely outstanding customer service throughout.
When it turned out that the particular monitor I had ordered was unavailable, Lauren took the time to find a suitable replacement in a newer model, ensuring it had all the specific features I needed. She kept things moving and made sure my order was dealt with properly, rather than simply leaving me to sort things out myself.
This is the first time I have dealt with an online company where I have genuinely felt valued as a customer. The service was personal, professional and a refreshing example of traditional customer care, where someone actually takes ownership and goes the extra mile to get things right.
A huge thank you to Lauren for all her help. She is a real credit to AV Parts Master.
If you are looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers service that goes beyond expectations, I would wholeheartedly recommend AV Parts Master. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Very communicative. I ordered a high spec projector and needed it to arrive quickly for testing. They were easily contactable and the product was great. Website Stock Availability lies
Lists stock available for next day, pay thousands and then they admit they lied and don’t have it at all.
Now got to wait a week for the refund and clients left waiting.

Great customer service from start to…
Great customer service from start to finish. Holly contacted me shortly after I placed my order to let me know there would be a delay and immediately looked into alternative options that might be available sooner.
They also refunded my next-day delivery charge without any hassle, and the communication throughout has been excellent. It’s been really refreshing to receive such proactive and helpful customer service.
I’d definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
