The Aviation ADR is brilliant! We would never have managed to get compensation from AirFrance without it. After raising the initial claim with Air France and complete denial that they owed us compensation, I quickly raised the case on the ADR's website. It took about 3.5 months from start to finish which isn't bad compared to nothing at all without the ADR's help.

Their website has definitely improved - we asked for their help a few years back as well and it wasn't quite as straight forward so you can tell they put some thoughts into improving the customer experience.
It's now really easy to add all the receipts and proofs to support the claim and some of the info are automatically filled in when you add the flights numbers and so on, is quite well structured and we got notifications each time an update was added onto the case portal which was great.

In a perfect world we shouldn't have to need to ADR at all and the airline should fulfill their obligations towards their customers.
But we are not in a perfect world, and the ADR got us the compensation we were owed that the airline pretended we were not entitled to. We are very grateful for their help.

Fairly easy to use web site, I was worried that the claim would not be a balanced review but that was not the case and my claim, which had been rejected for delayed flight had the right outcome even though it took several months to secure.

I had a really positive experience using Aviation ADR. The claim portal was straightforward, easy to navigate, and everything was clearly explained at each stage. I received regular updates throughout the process, which gave me confidence that my case was being actively handled.

Brilliant experience with this company. Great communication through messages when making a claim. It took a while to receive the delayed claim from Ryanair, but I got full compensation. I’m recommending using AviationADR to everyone. I see people leaving bad reviews, but what matters is not missing deadlines at each step when working with ADR. I missed one and had to redo my claim. But that was my own mistake. I got 1300€ for the delayed flight for 6 people. Thanks ADR! Great success

Excellent service - I received 100% of my claim after the Airline had previously rejected my claim.

The system is very easy to use and navigate - with excellent communication.

This organisationn/entity/company or whatever it is, is a sham and likely marking the homework of its members who pay for it. Despite submitting a robust claim against Ryanair and submitting evidence in support, Aviation ADR said I hadn’t provided any evidence! It operates very like POPLA which supposedly regulates the practices of private parking companies but rarely finds them at fault.

In a similar way, Aviation ADR finds in favour of Ryanair regardless of the evidence or case. This is not an independent regulator in any sense, and as such is a sham and a waste of time that should not be allowed to exist.

ADR easy service to use, all on line kept you up to date throughout with notifications. I was awarded £1560 for delayed and missed connections. Thank you ADR.

We made a complaint to Ryanair that they would not accept so passed it to Aviation ADR who dealt with it for us and upheld our claim and ultimately Ryanair had to refund us for the charge. Great service

INCREDIBLE! I can’t speak highly enough of Aviation ADR. After having a flight cancelled merely a few hours before takeoff, I was left stressed and bewildered as to how much this was going to cost me to resolve. After the fact, the said airline displayed terrible customer service, barred me from exercising my statutory rights, and all in all left me frightened that I lost a lot of money due to no fault of my own. As such I thought I would have a legal battle on my hands to recover costs. By some sheer luck I came across Aviation ADR, and the whole process was seamless. It was very comforting to know that professionals were on the case and with no cost to me, and they did nothing but a fantastic job. They alleviated what would’ve become a very stressful period in my life and for that I am grateful. I received the compensation I was owed and reimbursed my expenses in just under a few months. AviationADR successfully claimed compensation for a flight delay from TUI who were impossible to deal with. The process isn’t fast but that is due to the regulations and the airline’s reluctance to correspond. Excellent free service.
