Ich habe die gleiche Erfahrung wie ein anderer Bewerter. Ich habe im Mai (!) eine Hose bestellt, diese aber zurückgeschickt - daraufhin habe ich E-Mail von Avenue über den erfolgreichen Eingang meiner Retoure erhalten, allerdings keine Rückzahlung - seit Anfang Juni (!) bis heute! Meine zahlreichen E-Mails, mit angehängten Screenshots werden einfach ignoriert. Es ist eine absolute Frechheit! Ich würde euch davon abraten dort zu bestellen! Auch wenn die Produkte schön sind, sollte man so etwas nicht unterstützen.

Absolute Abzocke … die Artikel sind billig und schlecht verarbeitet. Teilweise sind deren Sachen auf bekannten China Seiten für weniger als die Hälfte der Preise erhältlich.
Artikel gingen alle zurücke (auf eigene Kosten mit Sendungsverfolgung) … trotz erfolgreichem Wareneingang KEINE Rückerstattung und keine Reaktion auf Emails seit über 7 Wochen …

Schade das Influencer sowas unterstützen

Ich habe einen Pullover gekauft des laut der Beschreibung aus 100% Baumwolle bestehen sollte. Nun wollte ich den Pullover eben waschen und sehe innen auf das Etikett und dort steht 100%Acryl. Das ist ja schon Betrug!

I placed and order and then got an email saying "Welcome Back" (it had been a long time since last ordering.) It said I would receive free shipping on my next order. I logged in and made an order. The promo code would NOT work. I did the live chat and was told I should LOG OUT, redo the order, and then check out as a guest. REALLY, how stupid! I did, and the code was accepted for free shipping, however, then it would NOT accept my credit card! I just placed an order with them yesterday with the same card and it went through fine!
I'm over it and have spent way too much time going in and out of the site both logging in and as a guest. I don't need the items that bad, and will not be using this store in the future.

I have always loved Avenue and done most of my shopping here for years!! I placed an order 2 days ago and got a text that my items that I ordered (2 pair of jeans) were on sale. I contacted customer service to see about getting the difference as the order hasn't even been fullfilled or shipped. They told me they do not do price matching. I explained that I understand if I had already received the items but they fact that the order hasn't even been picked yet or shipped, they should be able to. They would not do it. The only way for me to get the new price was to return them and order new with the new pricing. What?? That is ridiculous!! So have your employees work harder by restocking the items and forget about customer service? I could totally understand if I had the items in hand but I did not, nor had they shipped yet. Very disappointed as a long time customer and spent $1000's here. Looks like I'll be shopping at Lane Bryant and Woman Within for now on. Now I see why they closed all of their stores. :-/

Everything, prices are great. I wish you would bring back the Tan Butter Denim Jeans, other than that, you are doing a great job.

The only store I used to go to was Avenue. Now there’s no stores and there’s no promotions and coupons. It’s very hard to return things without store around. I just bought a blouse. It’s too big. But I’m too busy to go the post office and return it.

The quality of your clothes are very cheap. I was really disappointed how poorly made my items were and how cheap they felt. I will not be ordering anything else ever agsin6

Every time I order from Avenue, I get quality at a great price. The sales are great.The sizing is always consistent and the fit is just right. The advertisements portray what you get. I am plus size and I can always count on a great fit and a great look. Their clothing is not just bigger, but made fit my curves. Everything arrives in a timely manor. I love the way they do business.

My last couple of purchases have been disappointing..shirts have been longer than they appear in the ads, jeans have been too big. I also have not been buying too much because styles and colors are not good. Avenue has always been my go to....hopefully it will be again someday.

Almost all the items I ordered fit very well. The quality was good and my package arrived quickly. I received great value for my money.
