La calidad del producto muy mala para el precio que tiene y si quieres devolverlo los gastos de envío corren a cargo del comprador, con lo cual pierdes dinero de todas todas. Como solución proponen un descuento en la próxima compra del 50%. Descuento que no usaré nunca. No recomiendo comprar aquí. Eso si, la comunicación es bastante fluida pero imposible llegar a un acuerdo
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Avenue shipped my order to an incorrect address. When I called to try to resolve they said they couldn't. I contacted the shipping carrier FedEx and they said they could easily resolve if Avenue the Vendor who shipped the product contacts them to remove the shipping restrictions they placed on the package. I called Avenue back with this simple solution and they refused stating there is nothing they can do. I said ok, so this package will just be delivered to a random adress and that is that? You can ask for a refund. I said how am I supposed to refund this package is being delivered to some random person - i will never receive the pacakge. I asked them again to simply call FedEx that FedEx stated they can easily hold the package if the vendor gives approval so that I the customer can then work with FedEx to ship the package to the correct address. The represenative still refused. I stated ok so basically you have no solution. She said they don't. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said all supervisors are too busy. I said I will wait on the phone with you until you are able to get one that is available. She said I can't wait on the phone with you I am too busy with other customers. I stated I am your customer and you will continue to serve me until we get to a resolution or you connect me with a supervisor. I ended up calling FedEx three way on the phone. FedEx and the representative were both on the line. FedEx explained they could remove the shipping restrictions to resolve my issue but I needed to hang up so they can proceed to work with the Vendor Avenue's representative to do so. I called FedEx back and they stated Avenue's representative hung up on them. So there you go - don't buy from a company that has the worst customer service ever. I identified the solution for them, and the solution was simple, yet they refused to take the very small action to solve
20+ yrs of brand loyalty DESTROYED 😭
Avenue WAS the gold standard for plus size clothing. I pretty much live in jeans + tshirts. I never had to second guess it when I bought a haul online from Avenue.
Every now and then I'd have to go to a wedding or something. Plus size people are NOT consistently sized, so having a brick and mortar place to try on stuff to figure out what works was a major help. I get that brick and mortar stores are dying, so even though I was disappointed, I was confident I could rely on the DECADES of reliable quality and sizing.
WRONG.
It's one thing to drop physical stores. It's another to exploit the brand loyalty of Avenue customers. Since the acquisition, there is NO consistency in sizing. The quality has disintegrated (much like their clothing now does). Then, adding insult to injury, they make it EXPENSIVE and difficult to return.
And the emails.... OH MY GOD!!! 3 emails a day. They offer an alternative to Unsubscribing - limit emails to 1 per week. That did nothing.
Fine... Unsubscribe. That didn't work either.
I emailed unsubscribe [at] fbbrands [.com] to tell them that I really didn't want to block their emails (residual brand loyalty and a faint hope that one day they'll be better) but that if they didn't stop spamming me, blocking would be the only option. STILL no result.
It breaks my heart to have to block them but they've made it impossible to stay open to the possibility that they'll ever be worthwhile again.
Cheap fabric, poorly made
The clothing is poorly made with poor quality. The sizes are not accurate, and you need to order at least 1, if not 2 sizes smaller, but it varies so it is difficult to buy clothes. The clothing is significantly overpriced for the quality.
Don’t get Scammed
Don’t Shop here it’s a rip off they should be reported to bbb. Amazon is much better! Paid Altogether $70 for some ankle boots including shipping. The boots were to small and narrow which i ordered a double wide. They offered a $53 for refund on their gift card and a cash refund of $33 to my bank card. The boots were $50. Ain’t no way. However i emailed them i was unsatisfied and that i wanted my cash refund for boots instead of a credit and more than $33. After 4calls after email to confirm my wants they finally sent my $53. I edited this report however im just wondering how many people they got without paying them back the correct amount for their refund….o well good luck shopping
Terrible Customer Service
I have shopped at this retailer for years. The most recent order I placed never arrived, so I contacted customer service. Apparently shipping failed to put my suite number in the mailing label so it was returned - TWICE. I received a refund for the merchandise MINUS SHIPPING COSTS. When I asked for a refund of the shipping I was told it would be issued in 3-5 business days. When that refund was NOT RECEIVED after 12 days, I contacted Customer Service again only to be told their records indicate a refund to my PayPal, which my PayPal never received and I confirmed as much with PayPal. Avenue customer service response: Sorry, have a good day.
Avenue deserves a zero
Avenue deserves a zero. Their customer service is horrible and their return policy should be named “how to go out of business because you extort your customers.” Avenue shipped the wrong size, but to get the right size I would have to return the item and get a gift card or pay $10.99 to get a refund.Crooks!
Avenue is horrible …
I tried to place an order in 10/13 and my order declined but Avenue still placed a $225.82 hold on my bank account. I called spoke with a representative who told me the hold would be released in 24 hrs and I can place another order and it would be fine. So Tuesday 10/14 I placed another order and the exact same thing happened my order was declined and the Avenue placed a hold of $221 on my bank account. I called Avenue they could not explain why the holds were placed or why no orders were actually created. I called every day including today 10/16 and no one has explained anything and my bank can not put my money back into my account until FBB Avenue releases the hold! Over $400 pending in my account with no explanation.
Katastrophal
Leider muss ich sagen, dass alles mit Avenue am Ende nur noch eine Enttäuschung war. Der Kundenservice war ganz nett und gewillt, aber alles drumherum war eine einzige Katastrophe. Ich werde dort in Zukunft auch nicht wieder bestellen, obwohl die Sachen ganz schön sind.
Don't waste your money!
I've got my order 12 days after payment-not too fast, but expensive. I had to pay 10.99 shipping .The item I've got is extremely small-2-3 sizes smaller than expected! And now I have to pay 10.99 AGAIN to rerurn this piece of garbage!
So they are going to charge me over $20 FOR NOTHING!

Bin total enttäuscht über meine Erfahrung mit Avenue Girls, dabei haben sie wirklich schöne und besondere Teile.
Das Produkt wurde nicht verschickt und ich konnte so gerade noch von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen. Mehrfache Kontaktaufnahmen wurden ignoriert, erst, als ich unter einem der Beiträge kommentiert hatte, kam eine verspätete Reaktion.
Sehr schade. Spiegelt aber die Erfahrungen hier wider
Absolutely do NOT recommend to UK customers
I ordered a £135 “popular” hat from The Avenue Label. Although my payment was taken immediately, I had zero updates for three weeks. When I realized it was stuck in customs, customer service simply told me to drive one hour to collect it myself, providing no real help or advice. After a week of back-and-forth emails with no resolution, I had no choice but to pick it up in person—and ended up paying £47.20 in import duty, VAT, and handling fees.
In total, I paid £182.20 and waited one month for delivery. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Despite polite-sounding emails, the customer service was utterly unhelpful and left me feeling deeply frustrated. I paid nearly £200 but received nothing that felt worth that much.
Worst company
This is the worst company that I have ever ordered. I’m waiting for 02 weeks and my order hasn’t been shipped yet.
No one knows why and when it will be done.

Bei den zwei Kleidern die ich bestellt habe stand leider nicht das Material = komplett billiges einlagiges Polyester.
Rückversand muss man selbst zahlen, seit Wochen keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Bis heute nicht! Ich habe jetzt einen Konflikt bei Paypal laufen, wenn das nicht reichen sollte, habe ich noch eine nette Rechtsschutzversicherung!!

Das kann ja passieren. Für die Rückgabe wurde allerdings keine Rückerstattung sondern lediglich 10% angeboten.
Also am besten die Finger davon lassen.
Abzocke
Ich habe dort ein Kleid bestellt, welches für den Preis wirklich eine unterirdische Qualität hatte. Selbst SheIn Qualität ist besser als diese Ware.
Das Kleid habe ich zurück geschickt, aber bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Ich bin froh, dass ich per Paypal bezahlt habe und Käuferschutz habe. Ansonsten hätte ich das Geld wahrscheinlich nicht wieder gesehen.
Ich rate jedem davon ab, dort zu bestellen!!
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Tried to cancel order as it took 4 days to ship and the email was never sent out, until it was shipped, to confirm the order. The order number was wrong and they are charging me to return the item as I explained I will be away and no longer need it. Lack of care.
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost, terrible quality and looks nothing like the photos ordered slim fit and received the most baggy trousers ever. Then the refund process is hell they keep offering 10% back and 20% off new orders but refuse to refund. They make out as UK based and delivery in 3 days but took 2 weeks then they want you to return to China recorded which will cost £65. It is an absolute scam avoid and the quality is so bad I would not even pay £2 for these items.
