Extremely disappointed by how Avant Homes has treated us and our neighbours in Darach Fields. After discussing with neighbours it has become clear that the issues I have experienced with poor building quality, poor communication from customer service & Alex, Andy (site managers) was not unique. We have sent repeated emails and tried numerous methods to escalate only to go around in circles. I believe this is their tactic so they can move on to other homes as quickly as possible without sorting issues they have caused. Please don’t respond with the generic “we are sorry… please contact us” because like my neighbours we have tried this. Avant do not care. Do not buy. Other positive reviews are largely from those who have just received their keys and are yet to truly gain an experience of their poor customer service.

Need a repair to the front door of our new build in thistle Meadows. The repair was undertaken by Andy Jones, he done an incredible job and got the door looking amazing, a true professional and gentleman to boot. He was meticulous in getting every detail just right. I can't thank him enough. Amazing job and thank you.

We are currently in the process of buying a house on Seely Fields. Kornelija and Ruby have both been very professional and cannot do enough to help us. As first time buyers, they have so far made the process feel less stressful and have been fab!

Vivienne was very helpful and informative. The layout of the development feels spacious and the completed houses look lovely.

Keiran, the Regional Sales Advisor, was brilliant. He is so knowledgeable about his "product", very efficient and organised, professional while maintaining a friendly approach. He was very patient answering our multitude of questions over two 3 hour appointments and he expertly guided us through the whole of the reservation process. Our grateful thanks to Keiran.

We recently moved into our property on Graignethan gate. The service we received from Avant team, Chris, Kyle and Alison was exceptional. Chris took time to stop by to check everything was ok. All our issues were dealt with quickly and we received constant reassurance and updates. Guys are personable, friendly and exceeded our expectations of moving into a new build. We would recommend buying through Avant.

I did all my reservation on teams as i live a distance away and Katie was totally thorough going through everything. Very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. It was all very easy and stress free. Thank you Katie for your patience and time, I was really happy I managed to finally secure my home.

Our experience with Avant Homes was excellent from the very beginning right up until the end when we collected our keys. There were a couple of difficult moments in the middle of our journey, but Keiran at Hackett Grange went above and beyond for us to rectify things and accommodate us. We're both very happy and satisfied with the experience overall.

Keiran at Hackett was a great help to us especially as first time buyers.

We have recently part exchanged our house for a new home at Hackett Grange. From the very first appointment, Keiran has been fantastic and made the whole process less overwhelming. He has been so accommodating to us, including us bringing our toddler to appointments and making sure he felt included - always going the extra mile.
On top of this, the communication and support from Laura has been exemplary, by helping us navigate the process and keeping us updated!

I would also like to extend my thanks to Laura who has recently taken over customer care on the development and has gotten these jobs moving after having no previous updates/movements on these works.
