I was in the Ledgewood store June 16 at 11:00 am.
There was one person being helped at the counter. I picked up an a/c charge canister, Which next to the couhter.
By the time i walked 4 steps to the counter, the counter person had disappeared. No one else up front to take payment. I waited about a minute... then walked out and went across the street to advance auto. I probably could have walked out with the can and no one would have noticed, but I am an honest person.
Every time I go into this store it is the same story, I dont know why I bother even going in. Advance auto, literally a few hundred feet down the road, always has someone to help you.
I am tired of having to yell for assistance at auto zone. I have been going to this store since it opened, and it is the same old story.
This was the last time for me...

Auto zone in Hutchinson is not very interested in making sales the man before me gave up and said he would go to Walmart and get better service. The lady working there was not in the mood to help. And told me to figure it out myself. Most customers seem to get ignored so unless you know exactly what you’re needing and are willing to wait for a while I would go somewhere else!

I purchase all my batteries from Auto Zone locally, on Reserve St. Vince, the manager there replaced my battery for no cost. I will continue to shop there for all my vehicles because of the outstanding service. Happy your here in Missoula.

Recently I purchased two items for my car. Simple task to complete I felt. The online platform said, I would receive my order the next day for $4.99 but I watched the sunset with no package to my residence. Consumers continue to see a spike in poor service by shipping and courier companies. With the spikes of shipping increase due to fuel and warehouse space including personnel to deliver, what can we expect from the industry that shows a lack of consideration and respect for the consumer.

completely ridiculous. I shop here Constany. but will never again. I purchased brake pads and rotors online. spent 300 dollars. got to the store to pick them uphad an u professional "Manager" who claims he owns the company shrug and laugh and say "what do you want me to do. ?" So on top of listing online that they have a product in stock. Then when you arrive they don't. brandon is unbelievably Terrible customer service. The biggest issue wasn't even that. I have three kids. I'm not rich. I don't have 300 more dollars to just go act like it never happened and find another store to buy them at. I am at the end told that I won't even get my money back for three days. Despite the fact that it took me seconds to pay them. I don't get my money back for three days and get a disresepctful manager that when I ask who his boss is. He says "I am" and then I ask " you don't have a boss ?" tells me "I'm the boss" so If you don't have a boss you own the company. And if you're the owner. god help us all. So I'm the end. I buy brake pads and rotor s that I desperately need for my car online. Get there. Find out they don't in fact have them. despite that they claimed they did when i bought them. Deal with a disrespectful manager that laughs and shrugs and then I don't get my money back for 3 days. So now I don't have a car for three days and can't go to work for three days because it costs more to take uber To work and back everyday than I even make. And when I asked if i could just go pick them up at another store. Since they're corporate stores. He says that he isn't able to do that. So you guys just took my money. Lied to me and then laughed in my face when I came to the store. I will never patronize this terrible company again.

I dont know how a company like Autozone can work their employees on Memorial Day and not pay time an half!

Great experience with the staff at Autozone on Opelika Rd in Auburn, Ala., on a Sunday morning — friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and skilled.

My friend a woman called about rental on a fix finder computer 4 employees told her they didn’t rent one she told them a friend said they do and they all of a sudden found one. Then she went in there to get a ground cable for her battery and the employee was playing a game on his phone and did not even greet her. She told him what she needed. He pointed to the wall and said “they’re over there on the wall.” And she asked which one she needed and he said “how am I supposed to know?” She also needed spark plugs he said “idk which ones.” She said well you have a computer in front of you and he said he can’t look it up. This store is at cottage hill and Dawes road and that is a very piss poor excuse for customer service . I will not be shopping there ever again.

so went into this store and was going in to grab an exhaust clamp for my car. Was standing there and had the old white lady and some light skinned blacked dude walk up and I heard her say "I was going to ask him to stop stealing. Then they continue to walk up to and say "what did you stick on your pocket." Ofcourse me being shocked by this I said "excuse me what pocket?" She said "your right front pocket." I go ahead and empty my pocket. As they're looking at me with this rude as look I go ahead and continue to empty all my pockets for them. Oh nothing from the store in my pocket. Then after proving to them that I don't have anything in my pockets they have the audacity to ask me to leave the store. Are you kidding me! Lol then she continues to ask me to leave and says, " sir please just leave, we are not trying to harm you." Yeah y'all trying to hurt my pockets and have me drive all the way over to a different store for absolutely nothing! Horrible people working at this store. I suggest to shop else where or be risk the possibility of being treated like your some thief

This battery that I bought 2 months ago went dead I brought it back and left it with them to check they called me back and said that the battery was bad and to come in and get another one so I came in the next day when I arrived to get my new battery the man at counter decided to check out my battery again and had a poor attitude about the whole situation I am a senior and walk with a cain and I had to ask him to take it out

so i sure thing to get a job at this store, or at least the am shift guy didnt know a thing i gave my vin number,
after dinner on hold for 18 timed minutes. guy could not hear me, i told him back brakes 6 lug, im afraid to drive it, broke off 2 lugs on front, BUT LETS NOT GET CONFUSED,,,,, BACK BREAKS AND ROTORS.
SO forthe next 2 minutes so what on front
back buddy back ones first, then he hung up.

Battery was temporarily installed incorrectly by their technicians (reverse polarity during service). Right after leaving, my car wouldn’t start. An electrician later confirmed a blown main fuse consistent with an electrical fault during installation.

We returned to the store and they denied everything.

Very disappointing experience for a basic battery installation service.

Horrible online ordering experience and (lack of) customer service. AutoZone corporate absurdity that cost me time and money. This company is not at all geared to responsive customer service for online orders. Never again. 

Über diese Autoteile ist Vorsicht geboten, bevor man auf hohe Einbau kosten sitzen bleibt oder sogar ein Motorschaden dadurch entsteht. Am 15.04. habe ich über ebay bei Autozone bei Ihnen Einspritzdüsen für einen Dacia Benzin, Baujahr 2013, erworben.
Die gelieferten Teile wurden fachgerecht in einer Werkstatt eingebaut. Unmittelbar danach traten erhebliche Funktionsstörungen auf, insbesondere ein stark unruhiger Motorlauf sowie mehrere kritische Fehler in der Diagnose. Trotz intensiver Fehlersuche über zwei Tage konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden.
Erst nach dem Ausbau der von Ihnen gelieferten Einspritzdüsen und dem Einbau von Originalteilen lief das Fahrzeug wieder einwandfrei. Damit ist eindeutig belegt, dass die von Ihnen gelieferten Teile mangelhaft waren.
Der Kaufpreis wurde von Ihnen bereits erstattet. Allerdings sind mir durch den Einbau, den notwendigen Ausbau sowie die Fehlersuche zusätzliche Höhe kosten entstanden, die ich nachweislich an die Werkstatt entrichtet habe.
Gemäß § 280 BGB sind Sie verpflichtet, den durch die mangelhafte Lieferung entstandenen Schaden zu ersetzen. Hierzu zählen auch die erforderlichen Ein- und Ausbaukosten sowie die Kosten der Fehlersuche.
Ich habe Ihnen 14 Tage Zeit dafür gelassen mir die Werkstatt Kosten zu erstatten eine Kontonummer haben sie bereits erhalten.
In einer Woche werde ich ein Rechtsanwalt damit beauftragen.

Hayden, in store 909 in Logan was so helpful. He helped me pick out the right brake light and then installed it for me right there in the parking lot! This Logan store has always been helpful for me when I go in with excellent service!

We were going to purchase a new battery after ours died. Checked their website for the nearest location with the battery in stock and it was not close by however the website offered next day shipping if we purchased online. We got an email that confirmed the order and another shortly after saying the order had shipped with a tracking number. AutoZone website said delivery today by 3pm. We checked that day at 7pm and the tracking showed the item hasn’t even been picked up from the store yet. When I called autozone they told me to expect it 5 days later. The item is coming from less than 50 miles away. We would have picked it up had we known they would take this long after offering next day delivery. They refused to cancel the order despite the item still being in their possession. Very dishonest and they could not care less about the customer experience. Now we are out $350+ towing fees and won’t have a car for a week. Awful. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Crazy over priced. They wanted $60 for 4 denso iridium spark plugs. Rock auto has 4 of the same for $23. I’ll never even go into one of these scam shops again.

I'd EMPHATICALLY recommend going elsewhere!
First, I need to say that all of the cashiers I've come across any time I've visited this location have been very polite and amicable. Here's the disappointing part.
This Auto Zone location is hands down the worst, most frustrating and poorly managed store I’ve ever dealt with. This location has no problem towing shopping customers’ vehicles, sticking them with hundreds of dollars in fees, yet they turn a blind eye to the daily circus happening in their own parking lot. Most days there are 30–40 people essentially tailgating with their cars spread out, hoods up, hanging around for hours while “working” on vehicles in a filthy, trash-strewn lot. It looks more like an unsupervised junkyard hangout than a retail business. Oil spills, debris, and random parts are left behind, and no one from management seems to care. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. Complaints to store management go nowhere. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews and have preferred to address any business concerns with store/business supervisors first; however, attempting to escalate issues to district and regional level management representatives did not change a thing. They've completely ignored in-store requests to speak to the store's general manager, Patty, and all other contacts have remained unreachable, despite leaving messages and contact information. As a legitimate paying customer I don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience and will refrain from shopping at ANY Auto Zone in the future as I believe brand loyalty and customer service go hand in hand. There are plenty of competitors willing to supply parts at less than retail with MORE ATTENTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE (i.e. RockAuto, Parts Geek, Honda Parts Now, etc.) Heck, at this rate, you might as well get the parts online and have one of the parking lot mechanics here do the work for you for a fraction of the cost since this is apparently what their business model currently encourages. If I ever need tires, batteries, oil, or as much as a pack of dielectric grease, I will unfortunately be going elsewhere in the future.

I bought 5 batteries so far with NO cranking amps. Autozone,oriellys, and napa all had returned defective batteries put back on the shelves to sell again. My old battery i turned in was on the shelf and the clerk refused to test it properly in front of me. So they lied to me.WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS WORLD, HAS EVERYONE GONE MAD.
