Terrible products that they refuse
to honor the warranties on, especially brakes and rotors.

Terrible place stay away! Tried to return a part I did not use and they refused to do it stating they had a policy. Nobody told me that when I bought it and nobody could point it out when I asked. I will never go there again.

The employee Adelita and manager Daniel were unhelpful, and both were very rude!!! I will not be back to this location!

waited 10 minutes inside to replace tractor battery. Counted 5 staff, no customers. All too busy to help me. Went across the street to O'reilly and was helped immediately. Wont waste my time there.

I used the part finder tool on the Advance Auto Parts website for my Subaru, which confirmed the part was correct. It did not fit. When I tried to return it, the process was incredibly difficult and frustrating. Be very careful trusting their online compatibility tool. Also be prepared for the fact that customer service is clearly used to ignoring customer concerns

Advance auto parts district 4411 is a awful district. This district is being mismanaged, The District manager, is not professional. I have never experienced anything like this, Advance Auto Parts is not holding the District Manager over this District accountable, if you are not within his click, then you will be skating on thin ice. Columbus ga,phenixcity alabama stores . Sad these locations within this district are mismanaged, The District manager is not a good leader.

Advanced auto parts, North Wales road in North Wales. I purchased a 24 and a 19 inch latitude windshield wiper blade. According to the website for rain X, they come with a one year warranty on specific. Types, I spent $30 per each waper blade. I came back to get them replaced before my year is up. And they told me no, because I had to take out an extended warranty, this is a scam. I will never shop here again. So if you do come here , be careful of what you buy and ask about warranties , but i'm done here , I'll go to autozone , people are more polite

They are a scam. I’ve been waiting nearly 15 days for a refund on an order I purchased with my debit card, yet they still haven't returned my money. To make matters worse, they later claimed they issued the refund as a gift card—one that I never actually received. They scammed me out of $44.05 after I made an online purchase and subsequently returned the item at one of their physical stores.

I bought a part online, said it'd arrive within 3-5 days, a week went by and no part. I looked at my order status and it was 'Pending', I contacted customer support who said it was out of stock, not sure I wasn't notified, and no idea when it'll be back in stock and no other alternatives. I checked it online and it is STILL FOR SALE. I asked the agent about that and they said it didn't show as available to them and offered me a $10 coupon...To use on their e-commerce site that is stuck in 2000 so I can in all likelihood have another bad experience? No thank you. I lost over a week's worth of time for a time sensitive issue. Thanks for screwing me over Advanced Auto Parts.

We needed a battery replaced, and we had already been to several other large auto stores, but they turned us away. Before I got done paying they had it replaced! I was very impressed. They were super polite and nice, they just took care of us! I couldnt say enough about them!

Luther Henry at store #9682 is a rare gem, hard working and personable. I was taking my wife home from surgery and my battery light came on. I stopped at advance auto
and Luther gave me a new battery ( mine was a few days out of warranty) and dead, Luther could have charged me but didn't ,said he wanted me to get my wife home safe. what a guy, at 81 i'm thankful people like Luther are
still around. God bless Luther.

I went to the Lakewood NJ branch to get blades since there is a huge sign that they install the blades. The guy behind the desk was extremely nasty and barked at me that there was no one else in the store SO I CANNOT. When I asked him if blades are no less then $60 he said yes. Right near those there were blades for $30. Finally another 2 guys came in. When I asked one of them to help me he nastily replied "NOT IN THE RAIN" [It was lightly drizzling]. These guys are nasty and gave me a horrible start of my day!! A real disgrace. DO NOT USE THEM!

Bought a new battery, over $200, was bad in less than 6 months. Returned to the same store where purchased only to offered a 'new' battery warranty because even though I only had the battery 5 months, if I used the warranty it would be VOID. They would not refund the purchase so I could go else where. I took their old DEAD battery and used it for a core at Auto Zone, who by the way, HONORS their battery warranties!

The store should provide a new starter as a replacement for the old one on 02/09/2026 which does not work. There is a catch 22. The store can assess the old one and provide the new one by a warranty because the old one was installed 10 months ago. The store does not provide the new one without assessing the old one. But, mechanics do not exclude the old starter unless the new one is provided by the store. So, this trick is used by the store manager at 130 N Main St, Manville, NJ 08835, United States who does not provide a warranty replacement for the old starter. So, I had to purchase the new one and their online customer service said that the store should provide a store credit for the new one but the store manager in Manville, NJ would not like to return anything. Be careful, the store did provide no warranty, no any replacement by the new one, no refund, no store credit.
So, the rating for the store is 0 of 5.

In spite of it, I visited another NJ store, based on Customer Service’s advice, and they provided a full refund on 02/10/2026 and explained that the store manager at Manville, NJ did actions against the Advance Auto Parts’ rules.
Because another NJ store fixed the issue by providing a refund, so I changed the rating from 0 to 5 for Advance Auto Parts

The business canceled my order without notice or explanation. The order contained time-sensitive safety equipment, which makes communication failure even more egregious.

Absolutely great friendly and honest service - it was all done in no time!

3741 Elm Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483 Said they couldn't give me an exchange on an injector because the solenoid shade looks different even though mine is the same shade of color on their picture. They are remanufactured and will sometimes reuse old solenoids even tho the part picture shows the older dark ones and not the new ones. I called around to see if I could find a store with the older solenoids, and the store out in 4801 Mahoning Ave, Youngstown, OH 44515 still has one of the black ones not yellow. Waiting for my case to be resolved so I can come back for an exchange once they figure out it is in fact their part. I've been having a lots of problems getting faulty injectors from Advanced Auto I've also been through 2 HPOPs within a year before from them and decided to go online and pay extra for an Adrenaline HPOP for my 7.3, and so far so good. I'm very busy trying to run a very successful business, and now I have no way of commuting until my case is resolved. Advanced Auto you have really let me down yet again, and did a frequent customer dirty. Never buying parts from Advanced Auto ever again!

Purchased a two hundred dollar die hard gold battery 9/25 battery failed 1/26 they would not replace so it was out of their 90 day warranty. Said a should've purchased their extended warranty. I have been a long time customer of advance auto but this was my last purchase.
