Provided refund with no questions asked, the day after purchasing but before shipment of my item.

Transmission performs well. Came damaged in shipping. Fortunately, old trans had perfect component to swap out. In driving car home, shifting is tight & smooth.

Don't say you are going to delivery in 3-4 days if it's more like 7-8 days (Still waiting). Filled in a contact form twice with no reply. 5 minute hold on telephone to find out the representative couldn't actually say when the product would arrive (However the rep was pleasant enough if not helpful)... Says travelling in some sort of interoffice mail, meanwhile I'm burning a rental vehicle at $60 per day.

Can't tell you if the product is any good or not.

Completely annoying, but customer service in this country...especially with online companies...is so putrid it's what I've come to expect.

Ordered a part that the company kept insisting on an OEM#. Finally got the OEM# and sent it in but they still sent the wrong part and have not sent the correct one as of yet. Ordered an equalizer and received a radio and still do not have the equalizer after calling to get their mistake corrected.

I do business globally through paypal , ebay or any company that buy or sell as I am located in SA, and even paypal supplied you my confirmed address, but you didn't supply the seller whom sent the items from TN, and NM with my full address,or they didn't wrote RUH 5946, and this my unique
ID to my agent in Springfield NY, and for this reason the 2 items gone to UAE and I recovered them there, The third and last one you sent from FL, with exact address with RUH is now in my account,2- Difficult to contact you, always we met only your machine, wait, wait ,wait.

So far I have not received a purchase satisfacctoria, I received and responded from Tiffany Arno from Txarno and Automotix sales of trasnmision for my Volvo 2012 XC60 T5

You learn about a company when an error occurs. Called upon receipt and immediately provided option to ship correct part or cancel. Part was part marked incorrectly. Flywheel (A/T) ordered, flywheel center mounting plate shipped. Repair shop unknowing that I ordered it also ordered a new flywheel assembly. My seller cancelled my order, issued a credit on my credit card, and when asked where I should send their part, they replied, throw it away. I will without reservation order future items from this supplier without reservations. Thank You for great service and solution.

The only thing not the best was how it was packaged for shipping. It was strapped to a pallet in such a way that made it tip easily. The weight was all on one side and almost tipped over when unloading. Had it tipped over it most likely would have been damaged.

While the product I ordered was delivered promptly, I received a product that was a substitute for the part I ordered rather than the item I actually ordered. I contacted their helpline via their internet webpage/email and after almost 2 weeks have not heard back from the vendor. I would like to receive some support from the company and return the item I received and have the correct item sent, I have yet to hear back from the seller for any support.

I ordered some parts that I couldn't find myself, and as it turns out, there was something wrong with them and I couldn't use them. I tried to contact anyone who might help me resolve this problem, but I was confused how to reach them, my bad. I didn't have too wait, they contacted me and had a solution within a few minutes, it was the best treatment I've had, for any situation like this before..so their service is great. Their warranties are valid, and I recommend them and will use their help in the future. With my car that probably will be a lot.

We ordered a part on July 11, and it was "processed" on July 12. It was scheduled to ship, by UPS, on July 14, but, according to a representative, "this never happened". I called on July 19, and received no assistance from the representative, but a promise to investigate and call back. This did not occur. A second call, later in the day on July 19, finally brought about a mild apology. The part was, eight days after ordering, never shipped, although it had been paid for upon ordering. The representative assured the part would be shipped on the 20th.

Both representatives were courteous, but the system totally ineffective, and unacceptable. Representative assured that I would receive a $50 credit to my PayPal Account. We will have to wait to see how this may work. There is a systemic problem with the business model. RDO

Ordering process was very easy but I had to followup with them multiple times to get an answer about shipment information. One received, the item worked perfectly.
