I ordered a flex plate for my 2005 f150 …
I ordered a flex plate for my 2005 f150 crewcab in 4x2. It wasn't until I got my vehicle torn apart that I discovered they sent me the wrong part. I was sent a flex plate for a 2007 supercab 4x4. When I called to resolve the issue no one awnsered the phone. I've called for customer service 3 times now spending about an hour on hold each time and still nothing. Stay away from these guys, terrible service and massive incompetence.

A used Smart car hood
A Smart car hood was advertised sale for $113.50 used and to include free shipping from Phoenix, AZ. I live in Texas and received a notice they were unable to ship and cancelled the order. I was told the part was fragile and they could not send it through their parts network either for a local pick near my home. Very disappointed since I purchased a similar used Smart car part from California without any issues.

Waste of time
The specific part I needed showed on the Auto Parts Fair website as available. I ordered it, and received a completely different part. I contacted them, and they told me they would get the correct part sent to me ASAP. A week later, they told me they didn't have the specific model number I needed available. Huge waste of time.

I ordered a visor for a car
I ordered a visor for a car, among the long list that fit my car was one labeled as being "blue" . I ordered that specific visor and received a gray visor. The visor ordered was the only blue one, all the rest were gray or a few were tan. I would have researched more sites for a blue visor if the one I ordered from their site had not been available.
