Very satisfied shipping and correct item delivery.

Took longer than expected, I placed an order on Tuesday, they stated 3 days but it turned into 6 days. I received the package on Monday.
The price was good and the part seemed good until installing it. The part makes noises...but I assume that they do not test all the parts.
Might use them again in the future... The part stopped the noise, too.

I was amazed to see the part that were shipped to me. It was more than expected. I highly recommend this people to everyone who's looking for parts. This was my best deal than ever because i got the part for $176.50 but the part really worth $400 dollars. So, this guys made my days happy.

Site easy to navigate, you had what I needed at a reasonable price, discount, no shipping chgs and delivery in 3 days. The 'used' item was in great condition.

Worst Internet experience I’ve ever had
I ordered a radio replacement for my truck they sent me a message telling me they needed a part number even know they were selling the actual item their email said that if I didn’t send them a part number within two days they would send the part anyway and if it wasn’t the correct radio I would have to pay for stocking fees which would’ve been perfectly fine but they didn’t send the Radio instead they cancelled the order and then took four days to give me back my money after sending them several emails I hope they don’t do business with everyone this way or they won’t be in business long

This is my third purchase from Auto Parts Fair. Had nothing but great experiences so far. Economical, authentic parts that made my vehicle look like new.

Good product, timely delivery, u joint caps not taped on and one was lost during shipping.

Received the used part and attached ancillary parts and they are what I need.

I had ordered a sun visor, and don't know if I or they made the mistake with the color, but they sent me the replacement part right away. No questions asked.

So far so good. Found the part I needed at a fair price and it was delivered without issue. Was also offered an extended warranty on the used part for a fair price. I would use this site again in the event I needed to replace a major component in my aging car.

From the start, Auto Pats Fair was a pleasure to deal with. I searched other places and found Auto Part Fair had the best deals. I could have bought the part I needed closer to me but from the descriptions, Auto Parts Fair had the part I needed in better condition for about the same price than a competitor had for one that according to their description was in good condition with scratches. The part arrived packaged well. That part almost looked like it was brand new (it had a little bit of dirt, but that was expected and not a problem). I ordered a tail light assembly and to my surprise, it even came with the light bulbs. I would definitely recommend Auto Part Fair and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Part was delivered on time and in the condition advertised.

Not professional not knowledgeable on any thing dealing with cars i believe that you'll find better business elsewhere.

I was very happy with my part. It was Good condition and it was, I did have to clean up a little bit no biggie. The part was what it said it was and ship out guick!

Ordering was quick, getting the engine to actually ship was a bit of a hassle, and the guy that delivered the engine was EXTREMELY rude. Faster response to customer inquiries would’ve earned 5 stars.

I did an online search for an ABS module for a 2006 Honda Pilot and came across this company. I found a used part for a TENTH of the price of a new one. Since it came with a one year warranty, I ordered the part. I received it only a few days later and the mechanic installed in for only $40. I saved $1000 on this repair for an SUV with almost 190,000 miles on it. I couldn't justify buying a new part for it, so I was very grateful I found Auto Parts Fair online.

Exceptionally poor service. I ordered a part (amplifier) through Auto Parts Fair and received the wrong part, after confirming three times that the part I requested would be the one sent. I called the company back and asked them to correct the problem. A week later I received a second wrong part (radio) that costs over $1,000 new. Please note that the people taking orders on the phone are pleasant and easy to work with, but they have no connection with the people who pull the parts and confirm what's being sent to the buyer. The wrong parts arrived poorly packaged and in parcels that looked like someone played soccer with them first. No idea how this company has over a 2 star overall review.

The first person I dealt with was borderline rude. Apparently, Amazon Pay puts the company name and address on the same line. When I called because there wasn't a confirmation sent, she tried to blame me. When I called the following day, again because there still wasn't a confirmation, I got a gentleman named Samuel Schneider was extremely helpful in getting the information to me.

I ordered a replacement sun visor for my Nissan Murano. It was represented to be in very good condition. It arrived yesterday and suffice it to say it was NOT as represented, it is a mess! It is dirty, with black stain spots and would be impossible to clean. I am sending it back to the vendor and cancelling the charge on my credit card. While it is about 1/2 the price of the visor from the dealer, it was NOT worth the savings. I will be replacing it from the dealer.

Horrible!!! Honestly, I would give it zero if I could. I ordered an OEM hitch for a 2007 Honda Pilot. I received a UHaul after market hitch that won’t even fit the 2007 Honda Pilot! I ordered mounting hardware from Honda to mount the hitch I didn’t receive so I’m out that money too! I will be filing fraud charges with my bank next week. Mistakes happen, but claiming something is OEM when it has a huge UHaul sticker on it reveals a lot more than a mistake!
