The service was good and fast shipping, but the parts were not in good condition.

Received the parts I ordered in a mannerly fashion.

the color wasn't even close to what I ordered!!!

i ordered an automatic transmission and was sent a manual one, I contacted the supplier and they had it replace in 3 days, another Transmission with 10,000 less miles for the same price.
I would order from them again for sure.

Fuse Box - On the website - the first time I looked up the part I needed - I know I read it was Refurbished. Then when the part came and it was dirty and looked like all they did was pull it out of the jeep and put it in a box I went back on the site and it just said Recycled. Even if it is recycled, They could have taken a few minutes and wiped it off and took out the old fuses. The dealer refused to put it on because they could not warranty it. I could have went and pulled one from the junk yard. I was extremely disappointed with the product. I sent it back. I do have to say the price was great and if it had been another part that I was to install myself, I would definitely order from Auto Parts Fair.

I have used the auto parts of this supplier and indeed they have never failed to satisfy me in terms of quality and price. The staff is helpful and do know what they are selling to the customers. Highly recommend auto part supplier. ‎

Ordered a driver side sun visor for our van to replace the broken original one. Part was in excellent shape and arrived in no time. I installed it and it fit perfect.

I did not receive the part that was promised. I was told I would be getting a window motor for the front drivers side with the one touch option for my 2006 Lexus RX330. Instead I got what appeared to be a motor and regulator for a rear window without the one touch option (which is much less expensive!). I got my mechanic to make the part work well enough to get by but I am still very unhappy with the experience.

item was listed as excellent condition. Got it and it was a broken piece.

The biggest issue is communication. I believed the engine I was buying was from a 1999 Explorer. According to the tag it is a 2000. Yes I know they interchange. That's not the point. I don't know if I got the engine I thought I was buying. I was also lead to believe the engine came with everything including the front brackets and accessories. It did not. Since this engine is going into a project vehicle I need them. Now I have the extra time and expense of locating these parts. They need to respond to emails quicker. I "might" use them again but I'll get everything spelled out in writing next time.

Everything came on time and what I expected. Communication with the carrier RL Transport was excellent . 👍🏻

Item was as described, worked as soon as I plugged it in and was shipped in a very timely manner. Will use in the future should the need arise.

My order was canceled without contacting me. They said they tried several times, but there is no evidence in my email or phone. I called and was told they would send me an authorization form because the delivery address is different than billing address. Called the center to advise that the form was not received and was told now because the order was cancelled, I had to place the order again. To hard to do business with this firm. Disappointed in the customer service. Stacy tried to be helpful. but the man who answered the second time was abrupt and rude.
