Friendly and Professional Service
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful when I dropped my vehicle off. The work was done promptly, on time and very much to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Aston again and am happy to recommend them.

Daughter bought a car on finance 4 …
Daughter bought a car on finance 4 months ago MOT due end of August took today and it’s failed suspension arm pin or bush excessively worn she’s literally drove 700 miles in 4 months also shock absorber has light misting of oil offside 😤😤😤😤 she’s now got low air tyre pressure light on despite her tyres being checked and now her boot won’t open ????

We’re very sorry to hear about the issues your daughter has experienced. As yet, we haven’t had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle ourselves; however, we have responded to your email with what we believe to be a fair and cost-effective resolution.
With regard to suspension components and premature wear, we are increasingly finding that vehicles can be adversely affected by the present condition of the roads, particularly the volume and severity of potholes. Where these are prevalent on a vehicle’s regular driving routes, suspension components can unfortunately suffer significant wear or damage in a relatively short period of time.

I wouldn’t recommend using astons after they sold me a care package a 5 year warranty. After having the car 4 months there was a water leak and they didn’t do anything to help me just said I had to pay for it and it wasn’t covered

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, and we understand how frustrating it can be to experience an issue with a vehicle.
For clarity, the vehicle was purchased approximately five months ago and has since covered around 9,000 miles.
We also understand that the vehicle has subsequently sustained front-end damage and that you were aware of a coolant leak and had been topping up the coolant prior to contacting us. Our diagnosis identified the coolant loss as coming from a split expansion bottle, rather than simply a “water leak”. Unfortunately, the vehicle had subsequently been driven without sufficient coolant, resulting in the engine overheating and seizing. We also noted that the expansion bottle is located immediately behind the area where there was evidence of front-end damage.
We would also like to clarify that the vehicle was not supplied with a five-year warranty. The product purchased was a five-year Care Pack, which provides benefits including 50% discounted labour on non-warranty repairs, parts supplied at our internal cost and, where available, assistance in sourcing pattern, exchange, reconditioned or recycled parts to help minimise repair costs. The warranty selected at the time of purchase was three months/3,000 miles, with the option of a longer warranty having been declined.
We have offered to you what we believe to be a fair and cost-effective resolution to assist you. This included a Care Pack quotation for the necessary repairs at a significantly reduced cost compared with the normal retail price. Unfortunately, this offer was declined.
We remain happy to discuss the matter with you directly should you wish to reconsider the resolution offered.

When I first walked into Aston Autopsrk I was met with a smile off all staff which made me at ease because choosing a EV is a big decision. Carly was brilliant she made everything so easy when choose my car I was given a choice of colours. Carly so went step by step when my car will arrive I was given plenty of information. One day I did pop to ask if the time scale of my car. I was given a coffee again a colleague with a smile gave me the happy news my car was in England. On the day of collection Carly was so happy to see me. We went through the information handed over my keys to my new car. Then Carly explained how everything worked in and out the car even reassure me Carly did say did I want to go over anything again and Carly also said any problems just pop in we will help you. This shows me I did made the right decision regarding Aston Autopark. Thank you Carly

Great Customer Service
Having recently moved from Hampshire to Melton Mowbray I was looking for somewhere to take over the service and MOT of my 2015 Citroen DS3 which I have had from new and always had main dealer service. I decided on Aston Auto Park and everything went smoothly and was easy to book. I also asked for the battery to be replaced as it was still the original and 11 years old! Excellent communication and attention to detail as I was asked if the cambelt had been replaced which it had at last years service. Friendly helpful staff throughout. They collected and delivered the car back, nothing was too much trouble, all work completed as requested and the car was gleaming when it arrived. Great customer service and definitely recommended.

Aston Autopark are very professional
Aston Autopark are very professional, my car went in for it's Service. The customer service phone call also asked see if we would like my car cleaned whilst they had the vehicle, which I accepted. I am disabled so for me from start to finish it was hassle free. I rang to arrange the service, they collected my car from my house, did the service, cleaned my car and brought it back home. The whole process from Customer Service, the All around Service and Staff totally in my opinion deserve the 5 Stars. Thank you.

Used Aston for over 20 years and always…
Used Aston for over 20 years and always had great service however was disappointed this time. When picked car up was shown service report and rear brakes were highlighted as red requiring immediate attention . When I returned home I read the report and for the highlighted red item against it was the remark declined, I had never been asked if I wanted the job done . I took the car locally 2 days later and had the repairs done they did say the discs were really bad .
