BEWARE!!!! withdraw your money asap!!!!!! They started looting on accounts, unverifying and asking impossible documents so you cant send them and they take your money. I have been very happy with them for about a year, then this happened and i still cant believe it. But if you think clearly, they are chinese, we had to expect for something like this to happen. Switch to another agent asap and thank me later, dont trust them any cents.

Did anyone settle verification that they are doing right now? From me they are requesting each day one document more, seems like they just dont want to verify my account, they need 1-2 days to reply, recently it has been 3 days and waiting for reply. Very frustrating. Maybe anyone solved that "new verification" after account was verified.. really aeird

I have had my account for 3 years and my account had already been verified, I had never had any problems with them and this time they have exhausted my patience, I tried to make a withdrawal and they tell me that my account needs verification again, they requested a number of common documents ID, passport, driver's license, bank statement, Utility Bills, I have sent from two different banks, credit cards and then they tell me that they need a license with Bio Metric that not even my country generates it is a real ABUSE. Also, I am noticing that I am not the only one with my money trapped in the last few days. 2400 EUR, apart from all that it takes hours for them to respond to emails.

As everyone says..scammers. i used them for 6 months, passed the kyc etc. Then..one day they sent me an email asking for kyc again..its been 2 weeks sending countless statements bills and ids, they keep inventing a new excuse everyday. Hi, These are fraudsters, be careful and if you can withdraw all your money as soon as possible and run away from them. Otherwise, you will run out of money. I have had an account for several years, and just when I requested a payment, a never-ending verification starts. Passport, driver's license, then after a few days a bank statement, then three bank statements, then an identity card, then another bank statement, then as an identity card it expires in less than 6 months :)) and so they will invent for days just to not give you cash out...Be very careful with these scammers.

I have over 4000 euros in my account and want to pay out. But first I have to verify myself. I have already sent all the requested documents several times by e-mail. They have always been accepted. But then, a few days later, the same documents were requested again. For no reason! They refuse to complete the verification process because they don't want to pay out my money.
I have already submitted a bank statement 3-4 times and my ID and a selfie 3 times. Each time it is first accepted and then requested again.
Either they are stupid or they are playing a bad game! They want to cheat me out of my money. I will not accept that!
If they don't complete my verification and pay out my money within 48 hours, I'll go to the police and file a criminal complaint!

Be careful. Scammers. They simply closed my Orbit account and stole the money. Stay away from this criminal platform.

Refusing to help to resolve a clearly wrongly graded bet by Pinnacle just because of their own laziness. I have provided evidence with clear timestamps on the official team page & official football union websites and still they are referring to some wrong data on Scorebing that no one ever heard of. Refusing to help on this matter and rather stealing thousands of euros. The definition of human waste.

I have been a customer of Asianconnect88 for about 1.5 years. I have been betting with PS3838, which is a Pinnacle clone and a part of Asianconnect88. My deposits exceed 42 000 EUR and I have withdrawn some 20 000 EUR. As my current balance is 0, it means that I have made a net loss of 22 000 EUR.

Some weeks ago Asianconnect88 voided a winning bet without providing me any proper reason for why it was voided. The only thing mentioned was that the bets had been placed in a fraudulent manner.

The bets in question were placed on March 15, 2023. I placed several bets on a Biathlon World Cup event, the men’s 10 Km sprint race in Canmore.

Some of my bets were for David Komatz to beat Adam Runnalls.

David Komatz finished 40th with a result of 26:33.3 and Adam Runnalls finished 41st with the result of 26:33.7.

Initially I thought that when Asianconnect88 wrote about bets having been placed in a fraudulent manner, they meant to say that the results had been somehow rigged or fixed.

However the fact that this was an interval start race and my bet won by just 4 tenths of a second means that it was impossible to know the outcome in advance. Essentially the result is far too close to have been rigged. It was impossible to know who won until the clock stopped when Komatz finished his race.

When I brought this to the attention of Asianconnect88 support, as I was trying to solve the issue, they started writing that I was betting as part of a group and about line manipulations.

I was shocked by this reply for a number of reasons.

First and foremost simply because I do not bet as part of a group and I have never engaged in line manipulations.

Secondly because I cannot understand why they suspect line manipulations for this H2H. I have googled extensively to understand what they meant by line manipulations and have learned that this seems to have been an issue for years and that I am far from the first customer who has had bets voided and been accused of this (line manipulation). I was placing the same bet with other bookies in addition to Ps3838 at similar odds. There were some 12-20 hours between my first and last bet for Komatz. The odds did not move a lot at any point, not with Ps3838 or any other bookmaker I was paying attention to. For me it seems obvious that somewhat large odds movements during the lifetime of a betting market is a necessity to make any reasonable claim of line manipulation. If the odds did not move a lot at any point, how can the odds have been manipulated?

Thirdly, my account must be one of the least likely suspects possible for betting as a group and line manipulation. I have lost more than half of my deposits. Best guess my payback percentage is between 86 and 94. I have been placing bets for some 4-5 different sports (Football, Basketball and Winter Sports) and I suspect I am not much better than break-even with any of them. I think it is a reasonable assumption that most people placing fraudulent bets are able to do better than making large net losses…

Fourthly, I am still able to place bets on my account. The account has not been closed for betting. It should be obvious that if they really seriously believe that they have identified a customer who is betting as part of a group, who is manipulating lines and placing bets in a fraudulent manner, that they would make sure that this customer is unable to place bets going forward.

The very fact that I am still welcome to keep placing bets with them, should make it obvious that they are not serious about their allegations, but have rather just stolen my money and made up the reasons as to why.

To sum up, it is IMO obvious that Asianconnect88 are making bogus allegations and have just stolen my money. My problem is that even as the matter should be easy to see for what it is for any unbiased arbiter, I am not sure how to proceed.

Depositing, betting and everything else works just fine.
But once you get to withdraw your funds they do a messed up kyc process so you cant withdraw your funds.

For example I first did a verification process via Jumio. Everything fine. But still after I verified my identity they emailed me and requested different documents. So i sent them my bank statement a utility document to verify myself plus my ID card.

Still they wanted more and requested a selfie of myself holding my id card in 1 Hand and the date of today in another hand. I did all of that and sent the bank statement with all my transactions (they explicility wanted to see all my transactions). Then I get another email in which they requested to see all my transactions of one month???

Besides that they wanted to have a signature of myself on a piece of sheet.

So please be adivsed that this company is just not scamming their customers by not letting them withdraw but also by commiting identity theft.

Conflicting advice/information depending on which department you are talking to. Was told to register a new account since I lost access to old login credentials. Then when I try it shows the message "Email already in use" but when I try to send myself a reset password link it then shows "Email does not exist".
Live chat is absolutely useless, parroting same lines over and over again without even reading what you actually wrote. Why I even registered here in the first place is beyond me, but luckily I had no money stuck here.

I made a deposit last year to test (I only do exchange betting on football) the site but never used it.
As I moved to a country where this betting site is illegal, I requested to close my account and get back my deposit.
They told me I cannot withdraw my money WIHTOUT completing my KYC.
Surprisingly, this WAS NOT an issue to make the deposit...
Then started an ENDLESS exchange of e-mails, each time requesting the same documents with a new picture because of reflection on the picture (it was a scan and no reflection just securitymarks), a selfie again and again of myself with the date of the day at any new e-mail on the next day, all pages of my water utility which is supposely used to confirm my address (the address is shown on the 1st page so what do you want to check my cubic meters consumption?...), my new address (already mentionned from the beginning I moved to another country), and so on, continuing until I decided to stop this bad joke...
After 8 (EIGHT) e-mails exchange, I understood they are doing anything they can to steel MY money. I told them to keep my money (I always make a very small deposit to test suspicious betting website) and go to hell.
AVOID asianconnect at any cost, they are scammers, you will NEVER get your money back neither you will be able to withdraw your money.

THEY STOLE 1200 euros from me... I have print screens with my balance and my bets.. Then around March/April 2022 they stopped offering Orbitx and I had 1200 euros on my account. They never told me the closure of my Orbitx count, I just noticed. Then I asked for my balance, they told me that my account was at 0 euros. Then 1 month later they decided to offer Orbixt..

It is clear that you have liquidity problems and because of that you ask for more and more documents for verification. Avoid at all cost scam sports book that uses verification as a crutch to steel your deposit will not be able to get verified thus no withdrawals.
