Pro active service we received from Kiran in the show room despite computer failing at the time Kiran must be a great asset to ashberry

We have received fab service from Lauren and Barbara Ann when visiting the sales office.
They have kept us fully updated about the Plot releases and have answered any questions we have had.
Looking forward to seeing the Show Home in what looks a lovely development.

Danae was really helpful guiding through all stages. The houses are also amazing, i think there is a difference Ashberry vs other new homes. Houses including solar panels, ev charging default, wow. Overall highly recommended.

From the moment we entered the sales office Gemma was very helpful, courteous and enthusiastic about Ashberry Homes and how much we would like the homes available. Gemma went out if her way to show not only the showhomes but taking us around homes which were ready for sale. Since purchasing a new home from Ashberry we have now met the site team who have the positive attitude to help with details and suggestions on improving the home for the future. Great team all round.

Rude salesman during our tour

We booked a showroom viewing for a 4 bedroom detached house in Whitehouse. When arriving the salesman’s first question “do you have questions first?”, then proceeded to the house for giving us a viewing, he was quite non-welcoming and did not even tried to sell us the home, instead was answering the question with the shortest answer possible. Next we walked out of the house, he walked fast in front of us going to the office without discussing anything, then when I asked about the showroom house (which we saw people coming out of it), he replied “this is not for sale” and walked away going into the office.

Whole of 10 mins for the shortest and most unprofessional viewing I have been to. Coming from London to this experience makes me mad. Ironically, it seems other friends also experienced the same behaviour during their visit.

Excellent work from start to finish of the process of reserving our plot. Cathy has been both professional, friendly and friendly on all occasions.

This week marks my two year anniversary in my new Ashberry home at Cardington Gate, and the end of my Ashberry new home guarantee period, which now transitions to the NHBC buildmark warranty. I just wanted to call out my positive experiences with the Ashberry customer care team during this period. Minor snags (to be expected with a new build settling in), were dealt with promptly, professionally and without any push back. Special mention goes to my primary contact Sandra in the customer care team, who is amazing and a true ambassador for Ashberry homes. Thanks Sandra & Ashberry!

Katie of Roundhouse Park Melton Mowbray, made me very welcome and was very knowledgeable about the property and the site, supporting me through the purchase of my property.

I reserved a plot and was due to move in on October 24, Bellway/Ashberry hadn’t obtained the necessary approvals from the local authority and due to a dispute over contamination my move-in date has been delayed by at least eight months. The customer service and communication throughout this process have been shockingly poor. I spoke with the customer care director who encouraged me to take a refund or progress my compliant with the ombudsman.

We liked a house at Ashberry homes Chellaston Fold ( Derby) and went to reserve the house today. The sales person Michael came across as a rude and unprofessional.

We started to discuss about offers and incentives, rather than listening to us , he just started quoting a low figure and kept repeating even before we could finish our sentences and the also said that he aleady has 2 buyers lined up for the house, kind of "take it or leave it attitude" which I found insulting. And when we started to leave he offered talking to his senior about whether anything more can be considered.

Ashberry homes - Just as you have many buyers out there, there are many developers in the market too which perhaps your sales team should also know before they quote any prospective buyer about how busy their new development is and how many other customers are waiting desperately for your houses.

My contact with the sales advisor for Ashberry homes, Lucas Gardens has been very positive, she has done what she says she will do. I have been provided with clear information and offered support in many areas of house purchase that are unfamiliar to me. I have been impressed so far with the quality of the houses, however I have not moved in yet and would welcome the opportunity to write a further review at a later stage.

We have dealt mostly with Kathy who was always very helpful, knowledgeable and had always kept us up to date with progress on the site but after losing two houses we wanted, due to the sale of our houses, we eventually managed to secure a house we wanted.

Unfortunately, Kathy was on holiday but the lovely Hannah did a superb job enabling us to reserve our new home. Even though this was not her permanent site, she was extremely knowledgable and professional. Thank you Hannah.

Great experience. Really detailed but a very personal approach which made me feel at ease. I wasn’t pressurised or pushed but the staff have taken time to go over everything.

Matthew and India had been offering excellent guidance and support throughout the purchasing period. Helping foreign people like us, they were kind, passionate and patient. Our needs had been truly catered. Besides, the property was completed in a high standard, leaving us trouble free. Shaun and Magdie were diligent, demonstrated high professionalism and were always eager to get jobs done exceeding expectations.
It has been a great success and the whole team was wonderful!

We have just recently reserved our plot with Ashberry. I’ve spent a lot of time researching as much as I could, travelling around the various sites and partner sites and I will say that the customer service has been beyond outstanding, even well before considering a reservation.

Mhairi, at Eastview has been very professional and friendly, going out her way to help and support me. So far, I can’t be happier.

Danielle has dealt with us most of the time and she’s been great with us as we are first time buyers and lacked a lot of confidence. She has helped us through our journey so far and has offered her support all the way through.

Customer service at Pirton fields is not up to the mark, it takes couple of days(or more) to get back on my any queries which is quite frustrating and also, no one is picking up the call or a call back unfortunately.
