Arlo & Jacob Anmeldelser

Amanda in the Marlow showroom was very helpful, and patient!, whilst we went back and forth on colours and materials and Mark and Ian delivered our new sofa
with care.

Mark and Ian delivered the sofa efficiently and professionally and were very friendly. Rebecca from the Marlow store also helped us so much in selecting the right sofas for us and we’re really pleased. Thanks for a great service from all involved!

This company were fantastic from start to finish! The showroom staff in Tunbrdge Wells were so helpful, especially Lidia. The delivery was spot on & Ed & Ashley were amazing, put both sofas where needed, unpack aged, fitted feet! Really nice, good guys! Excellent Service & great products, thoroughly recommend!

I always have a fantastic experience when ordering from Arlo & Jacob, the customer service and workmanship is incomparable in my opinion. I received my order yesterday (the Sofia chair) which was delivered by Ollie and Liam. Every item of furniture I’ve ordered has been exceptional quality but what makes the whole experience even better is the superb customer service and this extends to the delivery team who take so much care in their job. Thank you to the whole team once again for a beautiful addition to my home!

We decided it was time to replace our ageing sofa and visited the store on a Sunday. The range on display is excellent, and Mame was brilliant and she helped us navigate the options and find exactly the right sofa and fabric combination for us.

We went ahead and bought one on the day, only to get home and realise we'd not measured properly and actually wanted the larger size. A quick call back to the store and Mame sorted the change effortlessly, with a fast turnaround on delivery too.

We later decided to add stain protection, and Leanne at the branch walked us through the product, what's covered, and took payment again, completely hassle-free.

Everything about the experience was smooth from start to finish. My only complaint is that sofas last long enough that I won't need to go back any time soon , it really was that enjoyable an experience.

Very efficient, informative, helpful and friendly service. Really couldn’t ask for more. Our counterparts were Mark and Ian for the delivery and Louise in the store, and all were great.

Jamie & Michael were very respectful of our property n very helpful to demonstrate how the sofabed works.

Hayden and Nev did a great job. Very thoughtful and careful installing the two couches . Which look great .

Was a great experience buying the sofas, Morgan and Nike at the Islington store were very helpful in helping us select. Mark and Ian were incredibly helpful and lovely when delivering the sofas and pointed out useful information we may need in the future.

Fantastic service from Arlo & Jacob.
Super helpful advice on colour and pattern in the Tunbridge Wells store. Customer services helped get the sofa delivered on time when we encountered an issue and finally Ashley & Conor were the delivery dream team! Thanks all, I’m looking forward to sinking into my new sofa :)

Great service from the moment we walked in the store until we had our sofa delivered. Leanne was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The sofa is great too, very comfortable and feels solid as well as looking great.

Great company to deal with very patient and understanding . Laura at the Solihull branch was a dream! The delivery guys Ian and Mark were also setting the sofa up and were so quick!

After ordering the Otto corner sofa from the Solihull Branch I was very happy with the customer service, the sofa arrived within the timeframe and was delivered by Mark and Ian, who were very professional and treated my sofa with care.
We had a small issue with a thread and after calling the customer service Amanda B arranged an appointment with Andrew the upholster to visit my home he was very efficient and dealt with the problem.
All the staff in the Solihull branch were also extremely helpful.
I would also like to mention Elia from the Nottingham workshop who was very happy to arrange lots of samples to be deliver until I was finally happy with my chosen fabric.
The sofa looks lovely, although the seat cushions are quite firm I was expecting this as the staff had already told me it can take some time for them to soften.

We recently received our sofa from Arlo & Jacob and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone involved. Joe and Ed, who delivered our sofa, were exceptional — very professional, friendly, and kind throughout. We’d also like to thank Jess and Laura at the Solihull showroom for helping us choose the perfect comfy sofa and making the whole experience so enjoyable. Outstanding service all around. Thank you very much!

I purchased two sofas from Arlo and Jacob in April 2023, and we have been very happy with the quality and wear. However, recently we noticed a fault on one of the sofas. The support frame under the seat cushion was damaged, causing the seat to sag. I contacted A&J to see if they could help and was blown away by the after-service. They collected the sofa within a week and repaired it within two weeks.

We have been super impressed. Arlo & Jacob would be our first stop for a new sofa in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend Arlo & Jacob. From the moment we entered the store in Harrogate we felt welcomed and looked after. Alisha was knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and what would work for us. I appreciated the on-going communication to check specifications and finish. We then had our delivery as arranged by the excellent Ed and Carl, who left no rubbish behind, ensured our corner sofa was installed correctly and made sure we understood about care and how to unclipped each section safely. The sofa is superb, comfortable and fantastically well made. Thank you for helping bring our home alive.

Delivery by Carl and Connor was great - really professional and friendly.

Great experience over all, we’re so so happy with our new sofa and the Customer service from the Arlo & Jacob team has been fab. Thank you!

We went into the St Albans store today looking to purchase a new sofa and Armchair We were immediately greeted by Mame who was amazing, highly knowledgeable on the product range and colours and provided us with all the details we needed to make a purchase.

Mame is a credit to your store, super helpful and friendly.
