Arlo & Jacob Anmeldelser

Laura at the Solihull shop was brilliant! Well-judged support and assurance, non-judgmental and a pleasure to speak with. The delivery team, Mark and Ian, were fantastic. Utterly professional and careful delivery and set up. Also, really lovely guys. Perfect from start to finish!

Having already purchased a sofa from the St Albans store we returned to purchase a foot stool. As with our previous visit, Leanne was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. What we love about Leanne is that there is no hard sell which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

Mark and Ian were great with the delivery of our sofas and chairs. Really helpful, and great attention to detail when assembling the furniture. The overall service we received from Arlo and Jacob was positive too and a small hiccup with the delivery slot was soon remedied. We’re very happy with our new furniture.

We have just received our sofa and we absolutely love it. Fabulous delivery and service provided by Ashley and Connor - they were both super helpful and informative. Thanks again both.

Adam was very helpful when choosing our sofa and Mark & Ian, who delivered the sofa, were lovely, quick and professional.

Thank you so much for the best purchase experience we have ever had! From the incredible expertise and guidance in the Guildford showroom by Daisy helping us select fabric, style and colour to a really smooth ordering process with frequent updates and comforting details.
Also a big shout out to the delivery team Ed & Joe who delivered our items with such care and precision, they respected our home and did not make a trace of them being there. They put everything together super quick and made sure we were happy before they left.
Top class honestly!!!

From my visit to the shop in Tumbridge Wells, to discuss options with Carl and ordering with Lydia, my delivery today by Joe and Ed, it has been a fantastic service. The sofas look lovely, good quality and comfortable. Thank you.

From our first meeting with Leilah Brima in the Chiswick store, through to placing our order with her and arranging the delivery, which Siobhan in customer service made sure was rearranged around our requirements, to the timely, efficient, polite and informative delivery and set up exactly as asked by Ian and Mark a few hours ago, we have had a first class experience with Arlo and Jacob, and will happily recommend them to others.

The whole experience was easy, friendly and smooth. Siobhan in head office was responsive and Mark and Ian were brilliant when they delivered the sofa, which had to fit up a very narrow set of stairs. Thanks so much to the whole team!

Mark and Ian were fantastic during the delivery.

Rebecca was awesome and very helpful during the buying process from the Marlow store.

From start to finish the whole experience of buying one of Arlo & Jacob fabulous sofas has been wonderful. Rebecca and her manager at the Marlow branch have both been excellent with information and keeping in contact through the whole process. Haydn and Ed did a great job of delivering our corner unit today and patiently explaining and showing us how the units locked together.
We are very grateful to the Arlo & Jacob family for our luxurious feeling sofa, we are thrilled!

Great experience with Arlo and Jacob - Mark and Ian were super helpful on delivery and Michelle was great in the Chiswick store. Thanks everyone!

Fantastic experience with Nike at the Islington store- really helpful. And the delivery was quicker than estimated and Mark and Ian- the delivery guys were super efficient- thank you for carrying our lovely new sofa up two flights of stairs! We are really happy with the service and the finished product :-)

Well informed about delivery, arrived on time. Mark and Ian respectful to the home, items assembled and sited as required.

Mark and Ian were excellent today delivery my furniture and assembling them for us. Huge credit should also go to Jo and Sophie at Ben’s Yard Ely for their enthusiasm and kindness. Jo made the sale!

We visited the Arlo & Jacob St Albans store several times over the last six weeks while deciding on our furniture. Both Felix and Leanne were fantastic throughout. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful as we changed our minds multiple times, always offering excellent advice on the range, fabrics and colour options.

Leanne went above and beyond by arranging a visit to the Islington store so we could view a specific sofa.

The whole team is a real credit to Arlo & Jacob. After visiting every weekend, we’re now not quite sure what we’ll do with our weekends instead!

Thank you again — we would highly recommend Arlo & Jacob to anyone looking for new furniture.

I had my Ralf grande sofa delivered today by Carl & Haydn, who were very helpful and quick and not put off by my 3 nosy dogs!
Fiona at Ely was very helpful when I ordered the sofa and Lucinda from Islington helped finalise the size & style of sofa. It was a great service and looking forward to enjoying a sit down!

Excellent experience from initial meeting with Michelle at Chiswick to delivery service by Mark and Ian today. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. The sofa is comfortable and exactly as promised. Will definitely shop with Arlo and Jacob again.

Haydn and Carl were very polite and professional. They called and texted ahead of arrival to let me know when to expect them. Great service.

Amazing sofa and first class delivery experience from Ashley and Ed. Very refreshing to have a direct delivery from the company you have purchased from rather than a third party carrier. Highly recommend
