They were very warm and friendly, and super professional in their considerations of getting the sofas into the lounge safely and left the 2 sofas beautifully installed with plumped up cushions! Fantastic product that we are looking to spending plenty of time on. Burnt orange colour has changed the look and feel of our room. Customer service excellent from store (Gina) to delivery. We have a complicated back entrance that Mark and Ian did a stellar job delivering into. Big thanks to them for setting us up - really efficient and friendly service - If only all services were like that!

A lovely store, beautiful product range and a very knowledgeable team giving great advice with patience and without pushiness, much needed when spending a lot of money on such an important piece of furniture for your home. Great in-store experience, tea, coffee, treats for the dog and kids, and also great follow up communication. We haven't received our sofa yet but have high hopes! Only 5 weeks from order to delivery too.

Just had beautiful Henry sofa, armchairs and footstool delivered. Caroline and Daisy in the Guildford store were very helpful re choosing colours, what matched and the whole buying process. Mark & Ian delivered them at the time advised, set them all up and took away all the wrapping etc after making sure we were happy with them - we are!

We had been planning on buying a sofa and chair from a different company as I didn't think we could get different patterned fabrics. However when we went to the St Albans store, we were greeted by Leanne who was extremely helpful and showed us all the beautiful patterned fabrics we could choose from. We've often felt like we've been ignored in other shops, and it made all the difference being greeted at the door and being made to feel welcome. Came in not thinking we would be buying anything and came out with a quote for a sofa and chair which we loved. The ordering process over the phone was also great! Thanks to the Bath store for your help :)

Can't wait for our new furniture to arrive!

We bought a sofa 5 years ago and noticed some sagging of 1 cushion and 1 arm rest. From the point of contact with Amanda in customer services, the care has been excellent. Although the sofa range has now been discontinued, it was picked up, we were given a replacement on loan and our beloved sofa returned fixed! The professionalism of the delivery team and communication of the rest of the team was exemplary. Thank you!

Really pleased with our new sofa. Every part of the process was a joy. The staff in the St Albans store were welcoming and helpful. Felix who I met on my first visit and Leanne who took our order were both brilliant. Great communication between order and delivery. And finally Ian and Mark who delivered our sofa today (on the hottest day of the year!) were friendly, efficient and did a great job of setting it up.
