Arlo & Jacob Anmeldelser

We walked into Arlo & Jacob not knowing anything about them. It was an experience I've been telling everyone about! It couldn't have been more personalised with guidance throughout. The amazing Mame knew exactly when to help and when to leave us - very different to pushy sofa places. After our visit, the team reached out (huge thanks to Mame and Elena) with recommendations and helped us make the final decision. We have placed our order exactly customised to how we wanted it and cannot wait for it to be delivered to our home!!

The Arlo and Jacob team were all really helpful and responsive and Conner and Ashley let me know when they were coming to deliver the sofa and were very friendly efficient and tidy. Really happy with the sofa which looks beautiful and is super comfy.

Ashley & Connor were friendly, professional and swift. Great service!

If every delivery driver was like Carl and Ashley the world would be a nicer place. They were friendly, polite and super professional. Despite having to carry the sofa down flights of stairs in 30 degree heat they so accommodating. When you buy expensive things you expect the entire service to be reflective of the price you paid. And this is exactly what we experienced with this delivery. Thanks team!

From beginning to end, a great customer experience. Michelle patiently helped us to make the right decision in the Chiswick store. Mark and Ian took care of a professional and tidy delivery. The sofa is very comfy and is the center piece of our new flat. Super pleased.

Thanks Ian & Mark. Nice & quick, neat & tidy. Marvellous.

Sofa looks great! Ian and Mark also did a great job at delivering and setting it all up.

The level of service from A&J that we know and appreciate was in evidence again today. Plenty of communication from Ashley and Connor ahead of their arrival. Careful handling, unwrapping and fitting of the item. A great job by two pleasant young men. Thank you.

There are numerous options but the showroom staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding as we narrowed these down over a number of visits. (particularly Gill at Wilmslow). Communication re delivery was timely, with the original delivery date being met. The delivery team were friendly, efficient and on time to the minute. Other than two new sofas in our sitting room you wouldn't known the delivery team (Mark and Ian) had been. First class service at every step.

Great experience throughout. Team in shop very friendly, order management and delivery were faultless. Great the team helped me with a small issue after delivery.

Love my new chair. Prompt delivery from

Great service from Ashley & Connor, kept me well informed on delivery times. They let me know that they were actually going to be early which was brilliant!

Thanks again, great service!!

Took delivery of our new furniture today. Highly impressed and pleased with the service received. Excellent communication in advance of delivery time with a very friendly and professional approach to setting up our new furniture. Time was also taken to explain how best to look after the furniture. Thanks Ashley and Connor.

The service from Arlo and Jacob has been 5 star. The experience from start to finish has been wonderful, from the moment I first met Gill and Rachel in the Wilmslow store to Mark and Ian delivering my furniture today. All staff were polite, friendly, helpful and courteous. Nothing has been too much trouble and the ladies I met in your show room have well and truly gone above and beyond for me.

Thanks to Mark and Ian for a seamless delivery!! You guys are an asset to Arlo and Jacob !!

The whole experience with Arlo & Jacob has been excellent resulting in us receiving a lovely sofa yesterday. From the helpfulness of the Bath show room team, to the comms and finally the delivery and installation by Mark & Ian, it has been a great experience. Finally the quality of the sofa is also excellent
