We bought our hot tub in August 2017, we have enjoyed our hot tub to the full. We have our best family conversations in there, all coming together on a Friday night.
Due to COVID Unfortunately, we have struggled to get our chemical form our local shop and the price as gone up quite high.
However this hasn’t put us off enjoying our hot tub.

Took 7 months to receive it but it was specialty built and COVID inpack However the specialist that delivered and installed were extremely knowledgeable and respectful they were a great value to the company. Chris our sales rep also was helpful and kept me in the loop of the difficulty of getting built thank you

I had a recent issue with my Arctic Spa. I live in California but my dealer suggested that I call Arctic Spa of Utah and speak with a tech. I called Utah and was connected to Gary. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he walked me through multiple functions on the control panel and fixed my issue over the phone. Great service and great product knowledge. Thanks Gary!!!!

I brought a spa from arctic spa just over a year ago and have been very satifed with the service I recieved and the after care I have recieved from Paul Tong who sold me the spa. He is very friendly and helpful nothing is to much.

Bought a summit XL through our local dealership at Yarnton in Oxford, UK in 2020. We have spaboy to help with keeping the water maintained. Service has been great - any issues you can chat on line with an expert in Canada - they were really helpful. The hot tub has been great - easy to maintain, and great fun whether weather is hot, dry, wet or cold. Particularly great in good summer weather and snow, alike.

We recently bought a spa from Artic, and the seller, TJ explicitly told us not to worry about providing us service, in the event that something went wrong with our spa, regardless of them not having a selling store in Florida. “We have several spas in your area and we always have technicians that work with us to support our clients”
We trusted him, and bought our Spa. One month after the delivery, our spa stopped working and we have been calling and emailing TJ for 2 weeks with no responses, he vanished.
We started talking to Amanda, from the technical side, who told us that they don’t service this area. Out of desperation we said that we would tell people using social media what it is happening, and only then she gave us some hope and she said that she will try to find a Solution. We have not heard a solution for almost a week.
We have been waiting for 3 weeks with a broken jacuzzi that is less than 2 months old, and I decided to call and talk to someone else in sales to get help getting a hold of our salesman TJ.
The women that answered me, Jen, she said that TJ was traveling and that I had signed a “parts only agreement” and that because of that we would not be able to get a Technitian in our area. She even told me that I had to find a technitian even thought it has only been 1 month since we had our jacuzzi.
This is a 12,000 jacuzzi!!!
DONT BUY Artic Spas!! Ours only worked for a few weeks and no help from them. It feels like we are on our own.

We bought a klondiker spa. Its a fantastic product. It plays music from your phone and has amazing lights too. I am a very active person and it sooths all my aches and pains. I feel great from using this spa. Great product, great service.

Arctic Spas great service quality products well worth paying that little extra for peace of mind with a knowledgeable customer care team,well insulated cheap to run I can’t fault mine.
Top salesman Paul at Yarnton Nursery Kidlington not too pushy knew his stuff and kept us updated with the import dates and installation I would highly recommend this product

Placed an order and had to constantly chase it up excuse after excuse with me doing all the chasing. In the end cancelled the order and was told i wouldn't get my deposit back however chris the salesman i dealt with paid me back out of his own pocket because he could recognise how much we were messed around. What a disgrace that a company were happy for him to do this still looking to purchase a hot tub but would never consider purchasing one from this company disgraceful !!!!

Had a artic spa since August last year with what was supposed to be the best thing in spa tech fitted to it, namely a spa boy.
Were informed that this system does everything for you, monitoring the salt levels pH levels etc and should inform you via app when out.
Never had the ability to be fitted to an app and the spa panel tells you nothing. What a waste of money.

Stay well clear!!! We was told 5 weeks for our delivery, then told 16 weeks after we had placed our deposit, after calling and asking when we’ll the hot tub be delivered we was told it’s in transit we will call next week, next week arrives still no call, this is not a week after the scheduled delivery date, we then get told by one member of staff we will delivery next week, then we get a call saying it’s another 3.5 weeks as the spa isn’t in the country. They then refused to give me my deposit back.

Delivery on time all staff knowledgeable about the system up and running in the shortest time explained all about cleaning and additives well done and thank you all now to enjoy almost everynight

The hot tub was delivered on time and has been used for 4 years now with no issues.The yearly service is easy to book and is always done when it is due.

Good advice, great Hot tub ! Fantastic service and with delivery that went above and beyond. Only reason its not 5 star is there were no written instructions or care advice. I had to find the details on line myself about the product. Shame really. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack and instructions on maintenance :( The delivery guys went though it for 10 mins and set it up, but i would have liked to have had instructions myself incase I wanted to change the set up.

We're very happy with our timberwolf hot tub as we like the lounger style chairs, they are comfortable & allow you to really relax.

Amazing service, the spa is just perfect. One of the best purchases I have ever made! I upgraded from an inflatable spa. Arctic spas are so cheap to run you don’t even notice it on your electricity bill!
The quality is second to none! Installation was great too and aftercare. Any questions I had were answered! I have not stopped recommending them to friends!
