Visited Artic Spas in Yarnton a couple of times and Roland was very friendly and helpful with no pressure to buy. When we had made our choice, the whole process was efficient and easy. Could choose our delivery date and the lads that delivered were great. They stayed until the tub was full and gave a demonstration of how everything worked. Looking forward to our first dip. Thank you.

We bought our hot tub 1 year ago from Yarnton and were immediately impressed by the non pushy salesman who after speaking to us and pointing us in the right direction, left us to it to have a proper look around the unit. Once bought delivery was quick and without any problems. 11 months and 3 weeks later I notice one of the panels looks to have warped. I contacted the showroom I bought it from who assure me their tech team will contact me the next day (it was a Sunday) they rang me on the Monday and arranged a visit on the following Thursday. The guy confirmed the panel needed changing and advised he would change all the panels on the effected side to be safe once he had the parts in. I got a phone call later the same day to arrange changing the panels and it was all done the following Thursday.
First class service and we love the Tub!

We were about to purchase a spa from a local company when a friend asked me if it were a saline one. No I said, I didn't know there was such a thing.... and this inevitably led me down a rabbit hole of research as I much preferred to go down the less chemical route. I found two companies that did such a thing but the other one was let down by a real mixed bag of reviews. Arctic Spa on the other hand clearly offered a superior product and service to match and the reviews were highly encouraging. Whilst my husband was away I decided to drive to Yarnton to check them out for myself only I'd got the days muddled and they were closed but Paul kindly came in to meet me even though it was his day off. He patiently explained everything to me and I found him very easy to chat to and I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything - I had lots of questions which he answered and then I tried one out, that was it, I was totally sold! We went on to order the Kodiak with the SDS Seat (the super duper seat) and boy, it's just like an actual firm pressure massage, it really does hit the spot - it's honestly incredible and I'm sure will save us money in the long run as it's just so effective. I figured if we were going to have one then we should have one that really mimics a sports treatment. We are highly delighted with our spa, even my husband who doesn't really go a bundle on these things. We've hosted several parties now and have put a bar and stools alongside the spa so that people can have a drink and chat to those in the tub. Stargazing is fun from it and it's brilliant for the grandchildren when they have been swimming in the pool and have gotten cold, they then switch to the hot tub to warm up. Some friends tried our tub at our party and have gone on to purchase their own from Paul so that speaks for itself! Buy the best you can afford and treat yourself, you won't regret it!

Extremely happy with our hot tub. We purchased an Aurora hot tub over 18months ago and it’s been fantastic. The quality is brilliant and the customer service was spot on. You can tell when you go in other hot tubs how much better built arctic spas are. Would highly recommend!

From the first visit to the showroom to the delivery the process has been relaxed and hassle free. Paul in the Oxford showroom was very helpful when deciding what would work best for our needs. We purchased a timberwolf hot tub. It is a perfect for a slightly smaller space. Communications with Theresa in head office were very easy. The pre delivery instructions were easy to follow.
Day of delivery the guys were fantastic. All set up and instructions given. We were in the tub by the end of the day.
There has been someone in the tub every day since we had it installed.
I can't recommend Arctic spa highly enough. Paul has been on hand to answer questions on water quality and remedies.
All round amazing experience. Should have done it years ago.

went to Hartlebury showroom last year uncertain about buying a hot tub, but staff salesman Gareth was a mine of info & soon put us at ease. he was able to answer everything. we did order a tub & we kept contacting him, to ask questions , even on his day off & he was happy to help.

Very helpful staff and a great product

We purchased our Artic Spa hot tub just over 8 years ago from Yarnton, it's still in the same condition as it was then. We were so happy with the service we received that we buy all our chemicals and filters from them. It was a great investment, all the family love it. It is fantastic in the winter, Christmas Day in the hot tub is a must. Looking forward to the summer when we turn the temperature down and use it as a swimming pool to cool down

Really pleased with the hot tub and installation and cannot fault either. The only reason we cannot leave a five star review is the 6 months lead in. We appreciate this was out of Arctic Spas hands and down to the availability of containers. After 5 months we ended up changing the order to a tub that was in the showroom as they could not guarantee a delivery date. This was frustrating as if we had known this earlier we would have swapped and had a tub months earlier. Although the shipping issue was out of their hands it would have been better from Arctis Spas to periodically update rather than the customer chasing an update.

we have received excellent service from Arctic Spas. we bought a reconditioned Tundra which we are very pleased with.

The initial advice was very helpful. the information regarding installation was clear and the installation itself was seamless.

we have also recieved after sales advice and supprt.

We purchased our Aurora spa from Arctic Spas at Yarnton. We went in several times and saw Paul Tong who was so helpful and built such a good rapport with us, it made the purchase easy and whilst there were cheaper options with other companies we felt with Arctic Spas we really were getting a quality spa. Paul even arranged a little surprise for us when he knew we were planning on taking our children in to surprise them with our purchase. Paul placed a sold sign with our family name on our spa, the children couldn't believe it, were very surprised and made it really special!
We had a very prompt installation date and used the recommended crane man who was very helpful. The installation happened on a day that the weather was against us but everyone involved made it happen with ease.
Since we have had the spa we have used it every day and are all super happy with it. We really couldn't have asked for anything more, the 20 jets are amazing - the perfect amount, it's so nice having the different combinations on each of the 4 seats so you can swap around, the light inside is much better than i expected with different settings. The quality of the spa is just superb. I would highly recommend Arctic Spas to anyone.
Also one last point is that we were a little concerned in the current climate how much our electric bill would be effected. We had our spa wired into a 32 amp fuse and our electric bill has barely gone up at all, very impressed with how economical our spa is. I truly believe this is down to how well insulated these spas are and how well they are built.

Bought two new pumps for our hot tub at the cost of £1200. One arrived in manufacturers box, sealed all clean and shiny as you would expect, the second unfortunately arrived in a random box packed in broken polystyrene. On closer inspection it was rusty right through, covered in dirt and marked by permanent marker “tested 11/21”.
A phone call was made to Arctic spas to ask why they had sent an obviously reconditioned part! No explanation was given for the state of the part, just told it was new because they thought myself and engineer came down in the last shower!
I have since returned the part as a 2 year warranty on a part they could not give me an age for was not acceptable to me for the money I had spent. Or the 10 percent on future orders they offered, very optimistic Artic spas as I would not spend another penny of my hard earned money with you again!
Please be very wary before purchasing new parts for your hot tub from this company as they are obviously selling reconditioned parts for the hefty price of new.

Why was it rusted right through and had to be tested 11/21? Still waiting for a truthful answer from yourselves!

Bought my hot tub from Arctic Spa10 years ago.

I enjoy using it at least 2/3 times a week.

Very relaxing great for unwinding and de stressing.

I would thoroughly recommend my Arctic Spa hotub well worth the money.

Three years ago, we were looking for a swim spa for our disabled son to have his hydrotherapy sessions in.

Unsure of what was available we visited the Yarnton store.

It just so happened that there was a swim spa in the showroom and following some very useful advice from the sales person, we decided a Kingfisher would be the best option.

The purchase was very easy and kept up to date on the build and shipping from Canada.

The swim spa is located in an outbuilding at the back of our property so required a crane to lift it over the house!

Following discussions with the Arctic Spas team, the swim spa was installed and set up without any issues at all.

Three years on and the spa has been faultless. Our son continues to use it for hydrotherapy sessions and we all use it as a family.

We have been so pleased with the service provided by Arctic Spas and can’t recommend them highly enough.

We are very pleased with our Arctic Spa. Well made and easy to operate.
Delivery and installation went smoothly. We required a crane lift over the house due to no access to back garden. Site visit and lift all went smoothly.
We are sure we will get many years of enjoyment out of it.

We bought from the Yarnton branch. Paul Tong, the lead salesperson, was extremely knowledgable and took time to get to understand our requirements and make recommendations to fit our needs. He had a lot of patience as we fielded so many questions and was very transparent in terms of pricing and options - we enjoyed buying from him.
Installation went very well, highly professional, minor early niggles sorted out for us within days. The showroom is informal and welcoming, no hard sell, which was appreciated.

Similar to a lot of people we bought our HotTub during lockdown, we went for the Orca, it was a big expense for us as we had the garden done at the same time but I have to say, it's worth every penny, we got a 7 person Spa and it's usually just the 2 of us using it but we are able to lay out flat in it if we wish. We have had the spa for about 6 months now and have only done 1 water change, the more you look after the water the longer you can leave it before changes (showering before use, not going in the spa with lotions, sprays, oils on etc)

Do your preparation before hand, make sure the area for your Spa is suitable, have an electrician come in to install the correct wires if you're buying a 32amp spa (I'd recommend you do) and arrange for a crane company to come in lift the spa in professionally if you don't have easy access. The cost for this isn't cheap but they're fully insured and it's a lot cheaper than replacing a broken £10,000 spa.

All in cost of installation for us was somewhere in the region of £700 which was for the crane and the electrician.

Our energy bill has gone up approximately £30-£40 a month.

Maintenance costs for the spa aren't as bad as we thought, as long as you look after the water you don't need to put many chemicals in it. Main chemicals we use are Chlorine, perfect balance, PH plus and PH down which can be bought for around £80 for the year.

Arctic spas sells several cleaning products which we also recommend, one of them perform a flush of the pipes and pump before a water change and another prevents limescale build up.

Arctic Spas were very helpful in our purchase and gave us lots of information, the spas are sturdy and built to withstand extreme cold climates. We have our spa under a rigid bolt down gazebo with curtains around it and the heat from the spa when we get out is enough to keep us warm whilst we dry off after use.

Our 8ft x 8ft spa fits nicely under a 3mtr x 3.6mtr gazebo.

My final piece of advice is to buy from a reputable seller with a showroom and don't buy online, we considered an online purchase and after visiting the Arctic Spas showroom we realised how small the spas would have been that we were looking at online.

Ultimately the spa was a worthwhile purchase for us and we have no regrets purchasing from Arctic Spas.

I have had a Summit XL for four years and I am extremely please with it. Our family and friends have had a great deal of fun and enjoyment from it. It also provides a good massage.
