Kieran completed a service and repair on our Arctic Fox today. Prompt arrival. Thorough and efficient service & repair. Despite encountering a couple of additional faults - he sorted those out too. Excellent all round.

Our Arctic Spa arrived a couple of weeks ago and it's already one of the best things we've ever purchased. We went to view so.e tubs at the Melbicks showroom in Birmingham with plenty of questions, and Gareth helped us to get all the answers and facts we needed to make our choice. Every aspect of the purchase was quick and straightforward, and Gareth helped us every step of the way - right through to the installation day. The tub is extremely high quality, easy to maintain and we're using it every day! Thankyou to all the team at Arctic Spas.

I have had an Arctic Spa for a number of years. I contacted them with a technical issue via the "contact us" function yesterday. I received a call from a chap called Gareth who was brilliant. He listened to my issue, we talked through it and he was able to offer some brilliant advice so I can get the problem fixed. Thank you Gareth, it was a pleasure speaking to you today.

I bought my Summit LSC model from the guys at HQ in Hartlebury and it was the best purchase I've made! Myself and my wife went for this model beuacse of the corner shuttle seats, they are incredibly comfy! Plenty of space for our two boys to jump around in as well, so everyone is happy.

From the salesman to the installers, it was a very smooth process and everyone was more than helpful. Another reason we went with Arctic was their reputation and back up service (I have two freinds who have bought Arctic's over the years and can't fault them). I also check reviews of products myself before buying, and I see some of the negatve reviews on here as having nothing to do with this company at all (one below form a guy who bought from some non-existant company in Scotland??), but individual dealers (and I see some relating to companies not even in the UK, Trust Pilot, sort your stuff out).

Defintely a great investment for us and I'd reccomend wet testing before buying.

Steer Clear!!

Have bought 3 tubs through this company as part of a business - and had issues with all 3! The last was a refurbed unit! Has had error codes from install and and the cover supplied was nothing short of disgusting! Although was promised a new one! Head office then backtracked and said I then had to pay for it!! After fighting with them they delivered a new one but now the hot tub isn't working at all (but at least I have a cover lol)
Arctic spas clydeside are not responding to any messages/calls and arctic spa are now saying its nothing to do with them!!
Great so I now have a hot tub with problems (although working) and 1 that won't switch on at all! I have lost so much business with guests cancelling. I gave this business so many chances and I have learnt the hard way, their customer service is the worst I have ever came across!

Insulated cover was listed on the invoice as part of the package that I paid almost £6000 for in total. ( June 23)
On installation, didn't leave a cover. Chased and sent me a cover
..with several holes and dirt. Complained and they sent me another cover, which I was assured by Roland at Yarnton, Oxfordshire, had been personally checked by him, before placing into delivery packaging / box.
2nd cover arrived, again with broken straps, holes and dirt. Complained to Roland again who promised to send out another cover.Third time lucky?....NO.. Received 3rd cover yesterday...a cheap £23 non insulated, generic suitable for inflatable hot tubs..not fit for purpose. Complained and today spoke with Matt at Arctic Spas who couldn't offer a resolution.
Now waiting to speak with the head of the company who I have been told is away for a week.
Approaching end of November 23, ordered June 23 and still no suitable cover.
I wouldn't advise purchasing a hot tub from Arctic Spas, go with Catalina, bought one previously from them and they were superb.

Great people and organised everything, no fuss prompt delivery and we're kept informed of everything. Would recomend arctic spas everytime.

We have a tub (3yrs old), last year the pump went and was changed under warranty, this year(April) 2 speed pump went again changed under warranty, tub warranty ran out in June however the last pump changed has only lasted 6 mths, artic spa won’t sort the pump out even though pumps come with 12 mth warranty, apparently you only get the warranty if you buy the pump 😡biggest cop out ever, if pumps aren’t lasting longer than 6mths obviously an inferior product, but from elsewhere who value it’s customers and stand behind their products

Great customer service and quality of the hot tub is fantastic.

We recently had the Dura 380 hot tub installed and its been an easy process from booking with Roland to delivery/installation with the two engineers who made sure it was all running correctly and gave us a lesson on the important do's and don'ts of operating the spa before they left.

We enjoy the relaxation of the spa most nights and it really does improve your sleep.
Highly recommended.

We recently purchased our 3rd Arctic Spas hot tub, this time from Roland. We already knew and trusted the brand and he was able to answer our queries about the latest features available. Everything was handled well and he was able to offer a tub in stock to meet our preferred specs.
Delivery arrangements and installation went very smoothly and we are really happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend the brand and the retailer.

Ian at Warrington was great, not pushy but informative. A good selection was available to see at the showroom.
The delivery co-ordinator was clear and transparent about what was required for delivery. The delivery date was precise and didn't alter through the process.
My only suggestion would be for deliveries;
An AM or PM would be helpful, I waited until 3:30pm for my delivery which went well into the evening. However the delivery guys couldn't have been more polite and professional.
My other suggestion is the handover, there is a lot to take in, a simpler get started sheet would be helpful rather than having to absorb the full manuals in one go at night.
The APP is fantastic and helps operating the tub and PH/Chlorine so much, it makes it a doddle.

Visited a while back and chatted with Roland who was very helpful and friendly. I’m the type of person who doesn’t like being pestered for sales and I have to say he was great,left me to make my mind up at my own time. When the time was right I recontacted him and after getting some prices arranged to go over to the showroom. Overall all very happy with the service,the price,the crane hire and the lads that fitting it. I’d have to problem recommending this company . Spot on👍

After buying a hot tub from a local garden centre, we were dismayed to find out a few weeks later that they were closing the site down
We subsequently needed a repair and after paying for the travel time, labour and the clasps we needed we were informed they would be with us early evening
We took this to be after 4.00pm They came at 1.30 just after lunch. We arrived home at 2.15 to find out they had left a card and would not be back this was 18 months ago and I am still waiting for a refund Have phoned numerous times and the lady,who answers the phone was not helpful and lately does not return phone calls
