Kieran came to fix a leak in my hot tub today. He phoned to say he was on his way giving an arrival time. Professional and very helpful member of the service team who are always great to deal with.

Recently brought the Eagle classic spa and upgraded it to custom with Spa Boy.
The process has been thorough, loads of communication. Very polite friendly professional staff (Roland & Clare @ Hartlebury)
The delivery and installation team were fantastic, again polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. (Kieran & Paul)

Excellent service - Heath did an excellent job servicing and cleaning our spa. He arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the service. He did a very professional job and kept us informed throughout.

This was a free service as an apology for a very poor first service on our Hot Tub (thank goodness for camera's on the property to prove this). Paul came to service and was really good, he gave such useful advice as well. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure we were completely happy this time, which we were. Thank you paul

Heath and Paul turned up on time and were very pleasant and professional. They disconnected our 20 year old Arctic Spa and then we waited for the crane to remove the old Klondiker and then hoist the new hot tub from the road to our front patio. The crane was late but the removal of the old spa very quick and successful once it had arrived, as was the installation of the new. At all times Heath and Paul were very helpful and patient! Differences between old tub and new were quickly explained and the guys tidied up and left. A very stress free install - except for waiting for the crane!!! Definitely a good product backed up by a professional team!!

As always, Kieran arrived on time and carried out the service to meet all our expectations! Reliably professional, looking forward to many months of trouble free hot tub use ahead of our next service!

Easy service, Kieran called at 9am exactly and informed me the precise time he would arrive. I was able to leave him in charge of sorting out the tub and everything, while I kept working remote. He serviced the pump as expected and even found the issue with the pressure in pump 1 without need to changing it! Nice going! Great service.

Great service from Jordan in sales, Heath and Sam arrived on time for the installation and made sure they left with us knowing everything that we needed. Brilliant service

Firstly, the product is fantastic and worth the cost. Even better was the whole experience from sales to installation to support. The sales person (Roland) who advised and helped without any pressure on the forcing the sale. The guys who came down to install were very efficient and advised on good tips and had it all ready for that evening. The after sales {Mat) is first class too. I think if you are looking for hot tub for health and pleasure reasons, this firm is highly recommended for customer.service. Am very very happy with the whole client experience.

Delivered today. Guys were great. Across field and up an extremely steep bank. Never faltered or spoke bout giving up. From non pushy sales with Roland saying that the tubs sell themselves to delivery can’t be faulted

Heath came to service our hot tub and could not have been more helpful.
Not only did he carry out the service, he explained what he was doing and gave us some really helpful advice at the same time.
Everything was left clean and tidy, all completed with a smile.

From the start of the process to installation. The service was excellent. There was at no point any pushy selling just experience knowledge to ensure you brought what you needed for your property. Martine was great emailing through all I needed and advising of all ongoing costs. Roland did the site check and reassured me I had brought the right Spa and it was going in the correct space.

Installation day the two guys turned up on time and just got on with it advising me through out the process. They didn’t need me for anything. They spent ages leveling the gravel/stones. Then throughly explained the app the chemicals ( still sinking in) thank you Kieran and scott

Had my hot tub serviced today (13 September 2024) Keith and Sam from Warrington Arctic Spas were brilliant.

Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, hot tub serviced and refilled plus any parts that needed replacing done efficiently.
