Kieran let us know when he was on his way, arrived punctually and performed our hot-tub service very efficiently, including diagnosis and fixing of a fault. Would be happy to have him again.

Excellent service
Kieran & Ben installed our hot tub today. They are both very polite, knowledgeable young lads. The were very courteous and respected our property. They both explained everything to us and was very patient. They gave great advice & didn't leave until we were happy. They removed all the rubbish and helped replace the fence panel that had to be removed to get the spa into the garden. Thanks Guys.

Kieran service our hot-tub. he was courteous and explained any necessary work. Job completed swiftly and it was clear he had checked everything on the schedule. What impressed me was that he wanted me to check the app as he got ready to leaveand when I mentioned what it said had a red flag. he manuall checked what the tub state was and then replaced a part he suspected was in error. Great customer service above and beyond. He also suggested an accessory to help me. I have since purchased item.

Great knowledge and talked me through in detail what the service involved. Very tidy and left the tub in tip top condition.

Kieran the engineer who attended to carry out the service and fix the issues we were having with our hot tub explained in detail the problem and replaced only the components that needed replacing.

Heath and Sam came to reinstall my hot tub at my new house. The service was amazing. They positioned it in the best spot and got it connected up. Sorry it’s taken me so long to leave the review our beloved dog tossed the rainbow bridge later that day. The guys were amazing.

Adam was great, very knowledgeable and couldn't do any more to help us. Both Roland and Adam were great at install, easy process and went very smoothly.

Heath serviced & repaired my Artic Fox hot tub today. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Hot tub now up and running.

The service we have had from Arctic Spas over the past 12 years, or so, has been great. Today we had our last drain down and service as the tub is being sold with our house. Kieran came today, yet another extremely polite, efficient and knowledgeable engineer a credit to the company. Thank you Arctic Spas for years of wonderful service.

Even though they did not tell me the Core Grizzly tub is not designed for extreme hot and cold climates, they covered replacing the outside panels due to cracking 4 years later. Very impressed . Lillooet gets +30 to +40 in the summer and -25-30 in the winter so that tub is not suitable. They stand behind their product 👏👏

The inflatable hot tub was delivered on time and set up. The staff (Kieran and Ben) were very friendly, professional and courteous. All questions were answered. Everything was tidied away, overall a very good experience. Thoroughly recommended.

Kieran is getting a lot of 5 star reviews for good reason. Our hot tub was serviced with the level of professionalism that exceeded our expectations. He arrived on time, was courteous, thorough, and his knowledge and experience was evident. Throughout the service Kieran kept us informed of the service plan, progress, and details on the few parts that needed to be replaced with additional information on what do do if X happens in future. Kieran ensured that we got value for money from the service.
