Jason Vietch is an amazing person to work with, we were not sure what kind of spa we wanted, he went above & beyond any customer service we could ever exspect, not only getting down to straight honesty, but giving a no bull deal with straight up talk & I appreciate your caring for your customer, it's hard to find these days! Thank you Mr. Vietch! You come highly recommended! Thanks agian, Mr. James Gee
Treated myself and the family (mainly me) 😉 to a new coyote Escondido from the guys at arctic Warrington ... John & jez . Called in had a good look round told John what my budget was .. he directed me to the tubs in my bracket . Not pushy,, not I’ve got this one !! 😀
Installation guys were very good also ..
I’ve dealt with the aftersales before also with my previous tub (Amarillo) kept burning the circuit boards out!! Think it had 2 or 3 .. inconvinient. But always engineer sent and repaired with no real fuss ..
gold stars all round 🤩
We changed to Artic Spas 3 years ago replacing an older unit that was unreliable, our dealer from Wadebridge Cornwall gave us a good P/X allowance and we have never looked back. The quality is self evident with customer service to match its 5 star from our local dealer Spyrys.
******* WARNING *********

2015 yukon has been leaking for 3 weeks even after service call and new gasket on union. Typically takes 4 days to get service call. Tub began leaking after water change. Do not have a very high level of confidence in this product at the moment

Interesting to read the reviews. I am yet to purchase a tub, but spent an hour or so in the Warrington showroom on Sunday. At no point was I put under pressure; I asked questions and received answers. Yes of course I was made aware of offers etc, but lets face it, I'm looking to buy and the guys are there to sell... We just need to strike the deal :-)

We have had an Arctic Spa Norwegian hot tub for 5 years and are absolutely delighted with it. The buying process, the aftersales service and the quality of the hot tub itself have all exceeded our expectations and I can't believe the negativity of some of these reviews.
I bought a manufacturer refurbished spa, 4 months after it was delivered the hot tub shell started to peel away, here are the events
1) I contacted your head office back in January 2017, I obtained your December 16 Refurb spa list. I ordered a spa from you.
2) The list stated the spa came with a 1 year parts and labour warranty.
3) I did not travel to your head office to view the spa before purchase, due to the distance involved. Instead I requested photos and a description of the spas shell. To which they replied it was in "great condition.... only with scratches."
4) I reported an issue in May 2017, just 4 months after receiving the spa, the gel or top coat of the spa was peeling off, to which I received the email response, The spa excluded any shell warranty because it had some surface discolouring prior to dispatch.
5) This was the first time I had been told about any discolouration and/or damage to the shell, or a lack of shell warranty at all. Despite the fact I asked about the condition of the shell.
6) You now state the shell is not covered under the 1 year parts and labour warranty, I am not sure how you would argue the shell is not an integral part of the spa. I am now being told the warranty excludes any structural or cabinet claims.
7) The spa is a manufactured refurbished product, which means the consumer rights act 2015 applies, meaning any exclusions in the warranty need to be clearly stated at or before the time of purchase.
Arctic Spas UK have not been helpful at all, they sold me a product with a fault and did not disclose it had a fault, their warranty is a joke, they keep changing what is not covered under the warranty each time I speak to them.
They are refusing the sale of the item is covered under the consumer rights act 2015, which all manufacturer refurbished items are.
They only respond to emails when they feel like it, it looks like I will have to claim under my c/card to get my money back, as the spa was misrepresented when it was sold.
Avoid as a company, I bought an arctic spa because I thought I was paying a premium for a better product with better support, this is not the case. I have kept all my email correspondences, I always do, as I have dealt with so many dodgy companies, this is another example of one.
I purchased my Arctic Spa nearly 2 years ago and the Spa it's self is everything you can imagine it to be, hot, relaxing, massaging, bubbles and lots of led light gets etc a real luxury and I would not be without one.
The issues I have is in the selling process, verabably it so sold on the basis of on on site 7 year warranty for total piece of mind at no point were we told a travel cost we we applied when service was required if we had have been told we may have chosen a different tub. This swayed my decision compared to the 5 year on site warranty that we were offered by Jacuzzi the alternative we have whittled it down too which are all the top end models and of course how else could I compare than on cost, warranty and service.
I now regret not going with Jacuzzi as they disclosed fully all of there charges, we recently had a minor issue and called for service only to be told that there is an upfront charge of £60 for the mileage to service call to our property located 19 miles away and approximately 25 minute drive.
Whilst it does state in Arctic Spas terms and condition they charge mileage the issue I have is that this charge is not forth coming when purchasing the Spa in fact totally the opposite. The warranty book was given to me once I paid in full up front and after the installation of the Spa and it covers for 5 years not 7 years. Having queried this with Mat at Arctic Spa Kidderminster I received an email containing the Canadian version of th terms and conditions stating the $60 charge which it does not say on my copy the English version and again it received virtually the same email from Roland the next day. The replacement part is a very small electrical capacitor costing only a few pound and I feel cheated that the warranty provided isn't worth the paper it's written on as I am basically paying for the repair within the mileage costs, basing my figures on the Inland Revenue and AA (Autombile Association) recommendations it should cost only 44 pence per mile that's only £16.72 to my house for the return journey! I was told they would arrive from 11am onwards on the day of service and could be into the afternoon when they arrive too which I have no objection as it was arranged to suit me as I wanted to be available to inspect the repairs and ask various questions for future reference, they duly arrived at 9am in the morning when I was not home and luckily a family member let them in. So not only do I feel ripped off they didn't complete my wishes that I paid £60 for to arrive at a time to suit me!
On this basis I have given a 1 Star rating. My advice go for the bigger name Jacuzzi or force them to disclose all details in writing prior to purchase so they can't manipulate you. This is my experience and neither Roland or Mat were present when I made the purchase, the sale woman Lisa no longer works for the company and the reply below is just defensive hearsay after having tried to communicate with Roland and Mat I have got nowhere, yes my copy of the written Warranty does state a mileage cost and 5 year warranty, it dose not state the cost of keeping a van on the road or the service engineers time - so get your terms correct.
In response to your reply:
As I was making a comparison between you and Jacuzzi I do understand the difference between 5 and 7 years when your saleswoman told that to me and what I will have to pay for regarding service. None of your staff other than Lisa was at the point of sale at the Now Shut Down Bromsgrove branch so you can not possibly say what conversation took place. You have avoided discussing the poor arrival time I paid for!
But you keep screaming back at me because everyone can see. Also you do not have permission to disclose my name online - you have breached the Protection Act!
And to other reading this review - why else would I be so upset? Buyer beware !
Email sent to me by Roland:
Good Morning Mark,
I have spoken to the engineers who were scheduled for this job and the people involved in booking the appointment. As is our standard policy, jobs and customers are never give exact times, as there is absolutely no way we can guarantee that engineers can arrive on exactly that time (traffic delays, vehicle issue, any number of outside factors).
At your point of booking you were given an “AM” slot, which means the engineers can arrive between 9am and 12pm, which of course they did, your wife was present and the engineers replaced your capacitor and the repair completed and your spa left in full working order.
The reason they arrived slightly early was due to the first job of the day went a lot faster than expected. We can only apologise for this, but as stated above AM slots are between 9am and 12pm, which has always been the case.
I shall update your review with this information for all other consumers to see.
Regards,
Roland

Response back again
Dear Roland
You are so still not taking responsibility for your bad service. I was told after 11am, why is it you are denying this poor service. I was not told and am 9-12 slot or maybe I imagined it again!
I wanted to be there and regardless whom let you staff into my house I paid for the right for me to be available with times arranged to suit both of us. This diabolical communication by your staff again (Mat) prevent me being there, Could your company have emailed or made a phone call to me? Does that mean if We were out I would have to pay again?
Policy? What policy the service slots aren't listed in your terms and conditions.
You are not doing a good job with your customer service you have yourself to blame as it is very poor management, proving my point you have no idea what your staff are saying! You also contradict yourself in this email saying they arrive slightly early - so are you making up excuses now? How could they be early if I had a 9-12 slot. Lies lies lies.
You have completely lost my trust in you and your staff, you are prepare to lie, contradict yourself, belittle your customers and have no ability as a manager.
Hopefully I won't have any further service issues but if I do I will be addressing them directly to you.
I will also update my review.
Mark
In addition, the engineer arrived at 8.52 am as printed on his receipt left with us. How could he have already been to another customer as your service slots don't start until 9am. Lies again.
This company are prepared to say anything to get a sale, and minimise there expenses. Very poor customer service!
Next email from Roland
Hello Mark,
I have only given you the information I have been told, the exact same as I have passed on the information you provided. I have two conflicting stories, one from you and one from the staff. I have done my upmost to resolve the issue.
As you mention below, hopefully you shouldn’t encounter any further service issues, but please contact me if any should arise.
Regards,
Roland
My response again:
Yes point proved - you don't know what your staff are saying and you are prepared to lie to cover yourself. You have lost recommendations from me and I am sure your responses on social media have done you no favours. I have nothing further to say.
Mark

We have not purchased and Arctic Spa so can not comment on the product, but the sales person completely put us off. He was very pushy and couldn't answer our questions. We eventually purchased our hot tub from Jaccuzi. (and are very pleased with it and the whole shopping experience). This morning we received a follow up call from Arctic Spa from Gareth the salesman we saw in the show room. When we explained that we had gone with another company he was very rude and put the phone down on us. Not very professional.
Spa looks great!
Pros:
1) Hot tub looks really nice and appears to be built well.
2) Salesman was great with questions and changes to my order while making the purchase.
3) Salesman was very prompt in helping me fix a problem with heat probe that was not attached properly upon arrival and hot tub not starting.
Cons:
1) The SpaBoy was missing the ORP probe and I needed directions on how to properly install the ORP probe which had to be shipped to me after they realized it was never shipped (no directions came with product).
2) Heat probe was not attached to tubing which should have never come detached in shipping (not sure how it became detached).
3) Missing Parts: not everything was installed that I ordered from factory. As mentioned above, the SpaBoy was partially installed and the Cover Lifter was never installed; they shipped it to me for installation.
I would think that after spending $14,000 USD for this hot tub, everything would already be installed.
I struggle to believe some of the reviews I read, I have owned a coyote spa for 4 years before moving house and upgrading to an arctic frontier. There are an amazing hot tub and are really built well they have managed fault free to put up with everything my two kids and there friends have put them through. I look forward to many more years enjoyment from my spa
If anyone is thinking about buying an official Arctic Spa cover you may want to think twice before you buy.
Whist the tubs are fantastic, the new covers aren't really fit for purpose. I purchased a replacement cover a year and a half ago (my original had worn out after 8 years) and already it has decayed through normal wear and tear. Given that the warranty for this product is only one year (!) , Arctic Spas (UK) have told me that there is nothing they can do about it and the only option is to buy a replacement cover from them !
After purchasing an arctic spa klondiker and reading some of these reviews I find it hard to believe these are written by genuine customers, I've had my spa for almost 1 year now with no real problems or trouble keeping my spa water clear, any issues I have had have be sorted the same week by my dealer or on one occasion when he was on holiday and I had a problem with my wireless sound system the distributor sorted it the without question, this has been the only thing I've had wrong with the hot tub and was resolved straight away, I probably use my hot tub more than most other people I know as I'm in it most days when not offshore working, I know people sometimes moan about the cost of running is higher than they were told but the price they tell you is an average and on the amount of time you spend in it, I spend probably 2 hours a day in mine and have worked out the cost to be around £1 a day, I was told it would be around 70 pence but I use it far more than what it says on the pricing information so I'm more than happy with what it costs especially as one of are friends bought a cheaper hot tub and have had to turn it off because one month it cost them £150 to run, I really can't think of anything bad to say about arctic spas as I've had no issues and feel that this is the best decision I have made, when looking for a spa I did go into in great detail a decided this brand was the best value for money and so far I' feel it was the correct choice, if this changes in the future I will write another review and let you know but if you looking to purchase one I would recommend arctics spas 100%.
Now into my fourth year of owning a coyote spa from artic spas, I love my tub its a great social event during summer day or night and is even fun in the winter when the snow falls on the tub edges and you’re at 40 degrees with your friends. Products only issues a temperature sensor went during the first year and was replaced under warranty. The lid's interior cover somehow got a tiny hole in it which has resulted in the interior of the lid covering the polystyrene disintegrating and putting blue bits into my tub and the lid is now virtually unable to be lifted off and therefore I need to replace it soon. Ouch on the cost though....
