Ordered a Vape and Coils, they took my money
Now asking me to send ID- of my passport or Driving license or a photo of my Credit Card
I have refused due to Security Reasons
Now I cannot get a refund because they are ignoring me
I have bought of this site before
So now feel it’s suspicious

I FELT I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW, I HAVE HAD THE SML PEN SIZE VAPTIO THAT'S A REPLACEMENT .
TO-DAY 22ND OCT, 6 MONTHS OLD, CHANGED THE COIL, CHARGED THE BATTERY, DROPPED IT ACCIEDENTALLY FROM A HEIGHT OF 2 OR 3 FEET, AND HASN'T WORKED SINCE, I AGREE WITH OTHER
REVIEWERS THAT, THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE WITHDRAWN BY ASDA AND ANY OTHER PLACE THAT SELLS IT. ITS JUNK.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You only get a 3 mth guarantee, i think it should be 12 mths.

Having great difficulty in obtaining series 4 coils? I’m at a loss where to get them. I do however, think it’s an excellent product and does the job.

Edit: just wanted to add that Aqua vape have been very helpful and sent me some replacement products. Sadly they still leaked however the customer service is excellent.

I bought five of these today from my local co-op. One of them works fine and I’m enjoying it. One of them doesn’t work at all, and the remaining three had all leaked and were wet inside the plastic wrap. I will not be buying these again.

Really disappointed. I've been using Aquavape for a few years but the last few vapes I've bought have been really poor quality. The last one I bought didn't work at all and despite emailing them I have received no response. I won't be buying their products again and strongly suggest that you don't either! Shoddy product, shoddy service

Recently got the Aquavape regular and had no problems with it for two weeks using a 50/50 juice. Then I changed the coil. The new coils last about a day even though I’m using it in the same way I used the one that came with the kit and they are the Aquavape branded coils and not a cheaper alternative. I make sure the coils are properly wicked before use and I don’t take heavy pulls on it.
I wouldn’t recommend this product.

I’ve bought a aquaVape nano menthol batch:AQ00368
When opening the sealed bag the vape pen was in, the pen was wet with liquid, I am unable to get a hit from the vape and no vapour is present?! Is this not working? Have I been sold a dud? Not happy! And dying for a cig now! Very unhappy

Aqua vape have changed their series 4/5 coils and they are absolutely rubbish. When you finally get them to work they burn out within a day. I'm not a novice at vaping having 5 years experience. I have written to thecompany several times but had no reply. I have no confidence in their products or indeed the way they conduct their business. A lot of people choose vaping as a cheaper means to smoking but if you select this companies products it will cost you a lot more. I find it incredible that aqua vape have replied to this review within 24 hours when they have failed to respond to my emails. Do you think it has something to do with their image? To me it seems they want to look as though they are concerned and helpful when they have been the complete opposite. They already have my details so why ask on here? Don't be fooled people this is pure manipulation.

Aqua vape are the best company for vaping products in the UK. Wether you are new to vaping or an old timer like me, you can't find better products than those produced by aqua vape. A first class company in all respects.

I’ve been using the Aquavape liquid for almost 2 years buying it normally from my local shop but now ordering online from their website and it’s actually cheaper. I have now subscribed. Thank you for the quick despatch and delivery, perfect timing!

Most of the vape flavours (6mg, VG50, PG50) are pretty harsh at the back of the throat. I’ve only found wild berry, blackcurrant and black lemonade to be smooth (wild berry is excellent). Just been disappointed in all the other flavours I’ve tried. I’ve used the same vape and changed coils between flavours to test it all out but I’ve been disappointed. The harshness makes most flavours un-vapable and leaves me with a cough.

Shocking service . I’ve had 3x series 4 all failed after around 2/3 months .
Recently bought a series 5 on the 29 / 03 / 2020
This one won’t charge.Asda refuse to swop it and I escalated my case to the Aqua Vape company director and he didn’t want to know other than send it back and we’ll take a look at the problem if it’s deemed faulty we’ll send a new one which may have a week’s turnaround.( what do I do for a week ? )
Maybe it’s best to take up smoking again.
As for Aqua Vape don’t bother as there not bothered.Asda should remove this product from the shelves as it’s not fit for any length of service.

Easy to use site, great customer service

Always use their juice salt nic products, brilliant products, havent tried their pens or mods yet but if they are as good as juices and their nanos will defenitly be looking into getting one to try 10/10 all round

Order twice both times items never turned up and not had any money back been told they will do investigation but been waiting months and had no sign at all of payment coming back to me waste of time money
These are keen to take your money but have every excuse In the book to stop you from getting your money back when they haven’t even sent your items

Rang them again (31st) asking for refund and been told what am I getting mad for it’s just a vape kit when I repeated said this isn’t about the kit it’s about my money I’ve lost twice (this is by an apparently a manager ) waste of spaces DONT BUY YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEMS AND THEN WILL REFUSE TO GIVE REFUND
Can give recording of phone called I’ve had so you can see the appalling excuses of a company it is
They don’t respond to emails either

Still no delivery still no refund absolute waste of breath trying to get your money back this company is a joke I’ll be taking it further they can’t keep robbing people
