NOT WORTH ONE STAR.. SENT A VAPE BACK I HAD ONLY HAD A WEEK OR SO AND IT STOPPED CHARGING. RETURNED AT MY EXPENSE AND THEY EMAILED BACK TO SAY THE CASING WAS DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT TEST IT FOR THAT REASON. NO WAY WAS THAT CASING DAMAGED ! IT WAS JUST AN EXCUSE NOT TO REFUND ME OR SEND ME A REPLACEMENT. WHY WOULD I HAVE GONE TO ALL THE HASSLE OF EMAILING AND PAYING TRACKED POSTAGE RETURNING IT IF IT WAS DAMAGED BY ME ? IT WASNT CHEAP AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE !

After a hiccup which I unfortunately created myself due to parental controls on my PC, a staff member at Aquavape swiftly advised of my problem and I can once again place orders for my Vape liquids. Aquavape is excellent at keeping customers informed via email of offers/products available, the products are great and very quickly and securely delivered. A very well-deserved 5 stars.

Can’t knock the eliquids but the disposable ecigs are terrible, don’t last at all. Only got a disposable one for when my e-cigarette in charge every other day for a few hours. Not a heavy smoker either lasted one and half times. Hardly any puffs at all maybe 50 at most for a fiver for what’s on market I did expect a bit better to be honest. Disappointing

Aquavape is the only place for me. The service and quality of the products are first class, I would definitely recommend them

Why offer next day delivery if this "next day delivery" never actually happens..
Contact APC over & over to be told they haven't received the package as of yet, its been well over 2weeks, so will be requesting a refund via the bank as hearing the company won't, its safer to do it this way, I aint one to just lose £60,

Sent me a broken vape which I had to send back at my own expense only to be refunded less than what I paid in the first place.
Customer service is slow it takes a day or two to get a response to each message.

First time using these guys and it’s a 5 out of 5 for me.
Easy transaction,tracking received in an hour or so and item delivered next day well packed.

I bought an aquavape a couple of weeks ago. For the first 3 or 4 days, I was really impressed and thought I may be able to give up cigarettes, however when I took it to work, it leaked all over my handbag. I cleaned it up but it happened again, I also added new seals just in case. I thought it was just me so a friend who has vaped for a long time, took it apart, cleaned it, put it back together and it has leaked again. I will now give up on this and buy from another vape company

Ordered a selection of items for my first purchase, all received together and within the time as advertised on the site. Found Aqua Vape had a very good selection and an easy site to maneuver through even for myself as a new user.

I have just updated this review as I have came across at least two other suppliers, although not main Innokin suppliers, that are selling the main item I purchased at over £7 cheaper, bit disappointed
now and obviously need to shop around first.

Bought an Innokin EZ Fire battery as a spare for my innokin T20s. After a few days it started burning through coils on a daily basis, contacted them through their customer services page and after several slow emails questioning what coils I used , what ratio e-liquid I used
I was told I should be using 70:30 ratio e-liquid for my coils
Which is absolutely ridiculous I’ve used the same coils and e-liquid since I bought my first innokin T20s from my local vape shop, without any problems.
Couldn’t get the battery I wanted from them online so tried Aquavape.
After several emails and stupid questions, I’ve realised that it’ll probably be a waste of time pursuing a refund or replacement. I really can’t be bothered being messed about and treated like an idiot that knows nothing about vaping, I’ve contacted my usual shop online and they confirmed what I already knew.
If you shop at aquavape and have a problem with your purchase, don’t expect a smooth resolution, expect to be treated like an idiot. I don’t think they are too keen on having items returned. I’ll take the hit on the money I paid for the battery and certainly won’t buy anything from them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We ordered £300 worth of Vape Liquid from this company. However, the liquid was never delivered.

I spoke with a manager who confirmed (3 days ago) that they would refund. They called today to say they were no longer going to refund.

AquaVape only use tracked mail, which means it is not a protected form of delivery. Arguably, I don’t believe their sent the item. AquaVape are happy to lie and continually be dishonest with their customer base.

I feel they have acted unethically and illegally. You can’t withhold money that isn’t legally theirs. Nor can you promise refunds and then refuse.

I will further add (in relation to their comments)

1) Halifax have confirmed the charge back, and the refund has hit my account. Halifax will now pursue AquaVape.
2) Any company that feels the need to use previous customer reviews to justify their own poor practices, is a company not worth buying for. Not that I need to justify my reviews, but AquaVape using reviews placed in 2017 with Balsam Hill, which was resolved, as the packages was never sent in the first place.
3) In relation to delivery by Royal Mail, the person that delivers our parcels is a male. Not a female. It is evidence that AquaVape are more than happy to practice dishonesty.
4) My previous reviews are theme, they are a list of company’s that provide poor customer service, which pinpoints on dishonesty. What AquaVape are refusing to tell you, is that I emailed them requesting special delivery so the parcel wasn’t left outside. However, AquaVape confirmed they never bother looking at the email.
5) AquaVape also mention that I had spoken to my delivery officer, that isn’t true. I hadn’t spoken to him at all. I didn’t need too. We had huge amounts of orders successfully delivered over Christmas. It’s strange how this one is the only one.

I would advice anyone to be weary of this company. Massively below standard.

I have bought 4 series 4 and one series 5 and many coils. At first the series 4 worked brilliantly. Then the latest 2 have leaked heavily into the mouthpiece and the one I bought direct from aquavape stopped working completely after a fortnight. The series 5 has leaked consistently from purchase. I can only assume they have changed manufacturers. I am sadly going to have to change to another brand. Started great, ended badly. Quality issues are forcing me elsewhere.

Aqua Vape have, in my opinion, some of the best e-liquids in the market.

Bought this Vape pen from Asda 6 days ago. I like the design and simplicity of use, however..
The refillable pod leaks a lot into the mouth despite me cleaning and dying the mouthpiece of any droplets. This is a pain as the juice burns the tongue and lips. I have ordered and received more refillable mouthpieces and now need more juice.
