Very disappointing service from Aqua Vape, particularly because this is not the first time my instructions have been ignored.
I specifically emailed twice yesterday to make it clear that I needed this order arranged for collection. Neither email was properly dealt with.
I also contacted my account manager directly and was specifically reassured:
“No need to worry, we will arrange this for you — no need for a code, you can go collect.”

Based on that confirmation, I sent my staff to collect the order. When they arrived, only the smaller order was available, and the main order I had specifically contacted Aqua Vape about had not been arranged as promised.
This is extremely frustrating. I made every reasonable effort to prevent exactly this situation: I gave clear instructions when ordering, followed up twice by email, and then contacted my account manager personally to make sure everything was arranged. Despite all of that, my instructions were ignored again and my staff's time was wasted.
Mistakes can happen, but when a business customer goes out of their way to confirm arrangements and is explicitly told everything has been sorted, they should be able to rely on that assurance.
I expect considerably better communication and account management from a wholesale supplier.

Excellent service, orders arrive quickly and well packed. After care service and support is very good 😊 acted very quickly and smoothly to a concern I had, it was resolved and sent me some replacements free of charge. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rubbish customer service, I received leaky vapes, emailed customer service and was advised to post leaky products back to them, I sent photos of problems but they were insisting I return products, so now I need to get bubble wrap and pay return postage, was advised postage would be paid if fault found, don't really trust they will pay back tracked return costs so I'm just going to bin rubbish faulty goods and find out and better seller

I have been shopping with Aqua Vape for a few months now and I can’t fault them. Their prices are much cheaper than the supermarkets and other vape stores. Delivery is super fast and their customer service is outstanding. I had a delivery go missing and they couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting it out and replacing my order. I’ve been a customer of Aqua Vape for over 6 years now. The website is easy to navigate and order, and I really appreciate their rewards program.
This past week I had an issue whereby the website wouldn’t accept my details and signed me up for a complete new account! Which meant I lost all of my past orders, addresses, and rewards.
I emailed aqua vape and they’ve sorted it all out, getting my account back up and running and deleting the new account. Everything is back where it was before, and I’ve been able to order.

Been ordering from AquaVape for a while and never had an issue but this time the order never arrived. I reached out to support who were fantastic (Thanks Zoe) and a new order was shipped with guaranteed next day delivery at no additional cost.

I have used Aquavape for 4 years and usually bought in local shops. But using the app has been a delight. Fast responses and deliveries and so easy to use. Keep up the good work team.

Have ordered from this company a few times now whilst that had promotions on for there vape kits and pods , website very easy to use , good pricing whilst they have had promos on , only need to spend over £10 to get free delivery , the last few times received my orders within 2/3 days from placing order , send the items packaged in bubble wrap envelopes which is great as they don’t get damaged . Will be ordering from again in the future happy with service so far

Bought Heets and Terea for IQOS. Absolutely knockout price and next day delivery for Northern Ireland which most business cannot or refuse to do. An absolutely fabulous and immaculate experience. Can not recommend highly enough.

Was the best place to go for my kits and coils and was going to order lots of juices. Now I can't get my kits or coils only the more expensive Smok V2 coils £14 going to shop local now. They can't even be bothered to put which coils to match the kits.
Went to buy 3 different makes they stop me saying shop for others.
Like they want to go bust or something.

Almost every time i have purchased any of their products, the have leaked and are empty before I even open the packet. DO NOT BUY!!!

I made an order (#204333) on November 16th with no updates for days on the shipping status, and after 2 emails they reply me back after more than 2 weeks, saying that that was not possible to ship to my country (that initially was included in their list) and they give me back a partial refund.

They haven’t charge me back the 10£ of shipping cost, for their mistake!

I like this product. I’ve been vaping over 2 years, helped me give up the cigs after I got a diagnosis of lung cancer. The world of vaping has become much more complicated in the last couple of years and I cannot pretend that I understand much about the systems used to guide Vapers about the range of liquids or the kit needed, it’s all still a mystery. But I’m happy with these replacements for my smelly old Marlboro Lights and I hope you find this review helpful!
