I have previously utilised their service and, although my ticket was cancelled, I always remain somewhat cautious about whether it will actually work. However, once again, their service proved effective, and my parking ticket was successfully dismissed. The process took some time, primarily due to the adjudication process rather than any shortcomings in their service. Additionally, when I had a few questions, they responded promptly and comprehensively.

I have been using this company for 14 years and I must say they are outstanding!

As always a swift resolution by the AaPT team. I've been using AaPT for a number of years and to date I have never been disappointed by anyone within the team. The AaPT team are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and swift to resolve matters.

I received a letter from the company that issued my PCN that it was cancelled- thanks so much guys!

They took care of everything. The only thing I had to do was pay the initial fee. The next I heard the ticket was cancelled.
