I am very please with the way the parking mate assisted me with parking charges appeal letter . Initially I did not believe they are going to be successful with my case as I was not sure about their services if it is real but I have the opportunity to use them by faith and they were able to help me and the money I would have paid the parking eye charges was dropped and I was told my appeal was successful hence no need to pay the charges again. I recommend any one who would like to try the parking mate to do . They are genuine.

Not sure how this issue happened as I am a hotel guest at the Crowne plaza and sign my car in through the App on reception when I arrive.
This took time and stress to sort out
When I spoke to reception they cancelled the charge and apologised as they said it was a regular issue.

My PCN was cancelled within a week and so happy with the result and customer service is very good,Happy to advise more people for their services.

I paid £9.99 for a private parking appeal letter. Unfortunately, the letter I paid for was never received.
I contacted the company the same day to cancel and request a refund as the service had not been supplied. I subsequently chased the matter and eventually sent a formal refund request. Despite this, I have received neither the appeal letter nor my £9.99 back.
What has disappointed me most isn't the amount of money involved; it's the lack of resolution. I gave the company more than one opportunity to put this right and would have been perfectly satisfied with a straightforward refund for a service I didn't receive.
In the end, I had to deal with my parking appeal myself and have now decided that chasing £9.99 any further simply isn't worth any more of my time or energy.
I'm leaving this review so that other customers can make an informed decision based on my experience. I would not use the service again.

These people have been angels in my darkest times, having recently lost my dear brother to cancer, during his last weeks I was his only support to get him to his appointments back and forward to Winchester hospital and eventually hospice,unable to park directly outside his apartment i briefly parked behind his buildi ng using his blue badge while I collected him and helped him down the stairs, it wasn't until 2 weeks later...after his parting that I began receiving parking fines at my Eastleigh address on an almost daily rate,!!! 8 in total and asking for £800 in fines... no way would i pay this and I was so fortunate thst I found parking mate UK!! Completely AI driven. Therefore if it proceeds without any particular question or issue it is an efficient system. However if you have a specific query with the process it is impossible to contact a
Human. I had to settle for a lower fine. And had to pay the £10 fee for the service

don't use this, they misrepresented me, saying i wasn't the driver of the vehicle at the time of the offence. This is obviously wrong, I would like to appeal on fair grounds not by misrepresenting facts
