First they trade with different names. Any car group, any car online, lease & go and now Vrooma !!?
I was a customer of this leasing company for three years, with three different car and contracts.always paid on time, never a single late payment, and still got treated horribly. This company preys on people with lower credit scores, trapping them in unfair contracts and draining their money.
First, their contracts are misleading. They don’t charge monthly like most leasing companies; instead, they bill every 28 days. This means you’re making 48 weeks payments per year instead of 12 monthly ones, which adds up to way more than expected over time.

At the end of each lease, I returned the car in great condition with very low mileage, yet I was still hit with a huge bill—and I mean HUGE. No clear explanations, just outrageous charges that seem completely unjustified.

And forget about customer service—it doesn’t exist. They ignore complaints, dodge questions, and make it impossible to dispute their unfair fees.
I emailed them many times I need to dispute about the end of contract bills and no answer just invoice and daily late fees :))

This company is nothing but a legalized scam that takes advantage of people who have limited leasing options. Avoid them at all costs! You will lose thousands with nothing to show for it.
I used to pay around £1200 every 4 weeks( one year less one year more) and now leased a same car from another company for £290 per month( yes per calendar month).
I got a proof of all my calls and emails and videos of the condition of the cars at the end of contract.

Avoid this company at all cost. I paid the £3179.80 to lease a car and they wanted me to get an insurance before they can deliver the car. They withheld the information about the kind of policy they wanted. ie get an insurance policy where they are the registered owners and registered keeper of the vehicle. When I couldn't find a policy that would meet this requirement, they cancelled the lease contract and have refused to refund my money as well.
It has been 2 months since I logged a complaint with them in order to take the issue to the FOS and they are refusing to give me their final response to even do that.

Please avoid them. They are vile and ruthless. You don't want to go through the kind of distress I've been through dealing with these scamers.

This company are nothing but thieves.

Company leased a van, they broke contract and stole the van from drive way with all company's assets inside and refused to give them back. Came at 11pm at night and stole vehicle from drive way. Called police and they lied to the police and said the payments weren't made, they were all up to date and we proved this to the company and police. The contract stated it was due to end but the company decided to change the contract and did not notify anyone until the day they took the van.

Cannot contact anyone and Barbra is awful. Their customer service is shocking.

We are waiting for the correct dates to take this higher with correct channels.

This company is insolvency on company's house.
