Botched jobs done by cowboys and customer experience team who couldn’t care less, don’t touch with a barge pole!

Antler Homes have been excellent from start to finish, they have a great team of people and staff and always willing to help. We are very pleased with the house and after service. Thank You again

We’ve recently moved into the Regal Chase site at Alderholt - we’ve had the initial snagging issues that inevitably come with a new home, but Danielle, Alison and the customer care team have been very attentive and quick to help resolve issues. Chris has been great with the re-decoration too!

Alison is trying resolve problems in my property, but 3 months later the main problems are not resolved.

Antler Homes have a fantastic team who have been part of my journey from the start. The after sales team-Danielle and Alison couldn’t be more helpful and have been on hand for any issues no matter how small. Nothing has been too much trouble and communication has been the key.
Chris has been amazing at sorting out the snagging list and everything done to a high standard. Can’t recommend Antler home team at St Anne’s Meadow enough. Thank you

A superb customer care team!
While defects in a new home often seem unavoidable, a brilliant customer care team makes all the difference. This was our very first time dealing with new-build defects, but we were lucky enough to have Danielle Costin, the Customer Care Manager of Antler Homes in the past month. Danielle is knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and highly responsive. She logically assessed our snagging list and ensured timely, appropriate follow-ups for all repair works. Despite her busy schedule, she effectively mobilised her team—including site staff—to take great care of our issues. Apart from Danielle, the decorator, Chris, also deserves a special mention. His professionalism, positive attitude, and client-oriented approach completely eased our worries.
It has been an exceptionally pleasant experience with Danielle, Chris, and the rest of the team. Thanks a million!

We moved into an Antler home just over 12 months but due to faulty wall corner tapes supplied by British Gypsum(BG) we needed to have them replaced as they were beginning to bulge. Having brought this to Antlers attention they took up the case and arranged to have them all replaced and redecorated. There were about fifty corners needed replacing as this also included all the corners by the windows. Having confirmed the work needed all corners were replaced by more traditional metal/mesh corners and then redecorated. Through out this process Antlers Customer Services Manager, Danielle, helped us through this arranging everything and keeping us well informed. The work was also carried out to a high standard with minimal disruption and minimal mess, thanks to Phil for completing the work and making this easy for us.

We’ve recently moved into our new home and bit by bit getting ourselves sorted. Danielle Costin has been brilliant in helping us settle in and she deals quickly with any issues we might have while we get used to our new home. I really like the way Antler Homes looks after the people who buy their property.

Antler Homes left a fan heater switched ON in our loft for 2 months which they will label as a “thermostatic heater” but I have evidence it was not. When found the site manager could not even hold it as it was to Hot! The only reason it was found was because I kept raising concerns about our ridiculous electricity bills, which were initially brushed off.

It turns out the heater had been left there because of a leak that was never disclosed to us. To think this was left running unattended above our heads for months is absolutely shocking. It’s a miracle our house didn’t go up in flames.

After all of this, we were offered a £100 gift card, which frankly feels insulting considering their poor health and safety checks could have cost us far more than a high electricity bill.

The whole situation has been handled terribly from start to finish.

Avoid

In the period of time we lived in the new Antler Homes, there were some issues and we contacted the customer care team first, Danielle responds quickly and helped to figure out the issues. Happily there haven’t been many.
Overall, the customer care team has been a strong point of the Antler Homes experience, but I do think there is room for improvement in Antler Homes’ quality control checks before a property is handed over.

We moved into our new Antler home at the end of November and have been very impressed with the quality of the build, landscaping and contact from the after sales team. As with all new builds we have had a few ‘snags’ which Danielle and Phil have sorted for us quickly, efficiently and without any inconvenience to us. The quality of workmanship from Phil is incredible, and Danielle is easy to get hold of, responsive and kind and friendly. Overall our experience with Antler and the post sales team has been nothing short of positive and we highly recommend them. We love our new home and having nice people to contact and work with makes all the difference.

The Antler Homes development in Wokingham is beautifully designed and intended to be finished to a high standard. However, since moving in, we’ve had a number of snags to address. What made the experience far smoother was the way Danielle and Alison from the Customer Care team handled everything. They logged issues quickly, arranged appointments without delay, and have been consistently responsive and supportive as we settled into our new home. Their communication has been clear, friendly, and reassuring, especially when dealing with the inevitable snagging items that come with a new‑build property.

Overall, the customer care team has been a strong point of the Antler Homes experience. The house is amazing, but I do think there is room for improvement in Antler Homes’ quality control checks before a property is handed over.

I moved into my new Antler home 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it.

Danielle was brilliant at helping me figure everything out during the orientation visits and has been responsive with the inevitable snagging and queries I’ve had along the way. Happily there haven’t been many.

She responds quickly and is always happy to help. It’s so reassuring she’s on hand for the next 2 years, and that the aftercare is as positive as the purchase experience.

I moved into my new house at the beginning of April . I can truly say it has been a very smooth and easy operation from start to finish.
Having moved in Danielle and Alison have been ultra efficient and very friendly at answering any queries I’ve had and sorting a few snagging issues so far .

Although we have had various snagging issues, including a leak from the main bathroom into the study below, the response from Danielle and the customer care team, and the way they have dealt with the issues has been exceptional.

The start was not great, promised dates before Christmas and then not moved in till February. Danielle has made up for the poor start to the experience. She really has gone above and beyond for me after giving them the snag list and getting the house nearly broken in to.

We recently bought our second home in Wokingham and that's with Antler Homes. Previous home we bought from other developer who claimed to be 5 star but my experience with Antler Homes is actual 5 star. The buying process, house build quality and the great services so far, especially by Shelly and Danielle Costin was amazing, True customer delight. Thank you so much....

Pleasantly surprised. First new build home. We were expecting to have a lot of issues. However, the issues so far have all been fairly minor. Danielle and the team have been very prompt with getting them resolved, sometimes on the same day! Thanks.

Danielle also picked up our case file very last minute after the departure of her predecessor, ensuring that we were not disadvantaged by this.

The site management team have also been friendly and helpful, especially as we had very limited services when we first moved in.

My only real complaint so far is the amount of dust. It would be a very nice good will gesture if Antler were to offer periodic window cleaning for the initial residents whilst a lot of building work is still occurring.

I moved into a new Antler home 2 months ago. Danielle Costin from Customer Care has been a delight to work with. She is very responsive, knowledgable and patient in providing information on the home. She comes across as a dedicated professional who takes customer care seriously.

Bought a house at the Wokingham development. Significant number in our snagging list, which was unexpected from a premium brand developer. HOWEVER, despite working under huge company constraints, customer care staff, Danielle and Alison, have been wonderful. They have been caring and professional. It’s important to distinguish between staff and Antler homes. Care staff good but Antler homes scope for improvement.
