We have a recurring problem with our drains getting blocked. Joys of living in a 100 year old house with old drainage/sewage pipes!
But every time I call and report a problem, Anglia water are so good at coming out and rectifying the problem.
We live in Irchester and Joe came out on 3rd December and sorted the issue. All the engineers who have visited are friendly, professional and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
Also when I call to report an issue, staff are super friendly and helpful too. Think it was a lady called Sheila who I spoke to last week.
Having explained we couldn’t use our toilet as it was flooding, she sympathised and said she would get someone out straightaway.,
Honestly, such a great team.

The operator on the chat was polite, prompt and explained the situation to me. The enquiry was quickly resolved and I was very satisfied with their processes.

I moved to Suffolk in 2018 and have been with Anglian Water since then. They have always been a great company to be with, always helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. Today I spoke to Madeleine to close my account as I have sold my property and as usual the experience was efficient and painless. They are a pleasure to deal with and I am sorry to have to close my account. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Anglian Water is rip off company.
Their bills don't have anything to do with people’s usage. All they are crucialy made up.
Two people medium they account £ 50. I am my own, the bill use to go over £ 100. I am very economical person.
When I found out Water meter I realise their shameful dishonesty. I have two big soacway as well.
Every month I read meter and take photo and keep it.
I will never pay their bills because they have been cruel greedy over years. They declared TransUnion. Years and years they treated me like cash cow. They should pay back.
Sarcastically they want to convince themself that I don't know where is my Water meter. Never mind that digitally every month I give them meter reading.

How can my standing charges cost more than my bills. You robbing modern day Richard Turpins.
It really is about time we had competition like energy suppliers. How this poor excuse of a company can carry on ripping customers off like they do without regulation is beyond belief 🤬🤬🤬 most utilities we can change . But these crooks and thieves we can't 🖕

Rachel was amazing! My husband and I recently relocated to the UK and are just starting to learn how to set up accounts for utilities and all that. Our letting company was supposed to set up the water billingnnon our behalf but, they did not. I contacted the company and Rachel was able to help me set up my account so quickly and efficiently. She was also so friendly.

I had a bit of a suspect bill (higher than expected) so I contacted the WhatsApp helpline and got through to Madeline who was incredibly helpful and asked all sorts of questions about my usage. She arranged an engineer to come by to check everything out and also put a stop on my bills. Easy, swift and convenient to use and a lovely interaction with madeleine really put my mind at ease!

I was moving back into my property after renting it out. I was given option to call (I hate speaking on phone i get all muddled up) or option to WhatsApp. I chose the WhatsApp option. Sent them my enquiry, they replied to get on with day and would reply when someone available. About 30 minutes later had lovely guy called Mathew helping with my enquiry. Within 20 mins everything was sorted.
I had had a previous account, so it may take slightly longer if completely new.
I would highly recommended this service.
