Just spoke to Teri to sort out a change of address, you always dread these things as you assume it’s going to be a bit of a boring, painful process including untold amount of checks, double checks, identity verification’s, money laundering checks, you name it, it’s gotta be checked…..

But no, Anglian Water change of address system was superfast, super efficient Teri got it sorted in like 30 seconds, & he was lovely

Evie was amazing, very understanding and kind natured. She got straight to the point and made sure I was on the best tariff for my current circumstances. Very easy process and the whatsapp chat option was easy to use with quick replies.

I don't normally like leaving reviews on Trust pilot but today I had TWO different Anglian Water employees (Chloe and Tara) be so helpful, efficient, friendly, it was actually a pleasure dealing with a utility company.

I was on WhatsApp chat with Kirsty today and I have to say she was so helpful, she has told me what to do so hopefully something will get sorted out for me.

I had a few issues regarding my account and found i could at my own pace resolve this via talking to someone on WhatsApp.

I was put through to someone called Scott. I can honestly say the best experience I have had trying to resolve a matter. Scott was quick in responding, talked me through how to do certain things online with my account, was patient (!) and very helpful! My first experience in dealing with a utility bill via WhatsApp and from start to finish, Scott was amazing! Big thank you to Scott and thank you Anglian Water to setting up this service!

I had a really lovely customer service rep named Lewis who took his time to help me with my enquiry. I recently moved and was worried about the lack of bills over the past 3 months so it was a relief to had everything explained to me and to swap over to a monthly billing plan. I was also pleased to learn I would be billed less than originally thought so that was a bonus too. Really helpful and made me worry much less.

Spoke with Kyle today via WhatsApp and he was incredibly helpful and clear at explaining everything to me and resolving my queries. Excellent

Absolutely outstanding service from Anglian Water today! I spoke with Tom, and he was incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuinely compassionate about my situation. He took the time to listen and worked through everything with patience and care. Thanks to his support, he managed to reduce my monthly payments by half — a massive weight lifted from my shoulders.

Tom went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, and his professionalism mixed with genuine kindness made all the difference. I cannot thank him enough. If everyone in customer service was like Tom, the world would be a much easier place. Truly 5-star service!

Really helpful, easy to set up an account and they have some practical modern support that allows you to speak to someone and resolve any issues. They were also mindful to ask if I needed financial support. I felt listened too and looked after as a customer. Thank you

Spoke to Madeline today and she really helped me out with an issue I’ve been having for 2 months. She was very fast at her responses and she cleared any questions I had in a very good and Proffesional manner

Reported a leak and the adviser very quickly adjusted my bill to compensate for me.

I saw after my husband died that I was being charged far more each month. So I used the WhatsApp service with Anglian and within a few messages I had it reduced drastically. Very good service. Excellent staff.

Terrible! Managed to replace a "dumb" meter with a SMART meter ... but they forget to tell you "we do not have the infrastructure in place to support the SMART meter at this time in your area".
Anglian Water continues to be the "ugly cousin" of the utility world. Installing a now dumb smart meter to "future proof me" ... oh and not to mention clearly not able to "love every drop" by keeping water in the pipes.
I am highly concerned that Anglian Water are implementing changes, services and technology that they cannot support .. and surprise surprise after quoting "six weeks to activate" a SMART meter .. actually have falsly informed its customers with a lie! As, they cannot supprort the meters at this time.
Please PLEASE become as responsible, reliable and dare I say it as honest as the other utilites! And thats saying something!!
I can also support all you misguided lies and false claims by providing the letter you left me after happily "upgrading" my meter. Your paperwork is full of lies and flasehoods.

Absolutly some of the worst customer service i have ever had. They dont give a stuff about the customer and the frustrating thing is that because they Know that you cant take your custom elswhere they feel they can be so dreadful to their customers. 40 mins I have been on again today 3rd call in as my water merer is not working and not produced a read since July my bills are through the roof and it sayd I currently use 250% more water than anyone else in the same area. Tried to make a complaint, wasn not allowed to talk to the customer service team as they dont speak to customers apparently what a waste of my time. Off to the water CCW to take action
