My experience with Angard Staffing has been consistently frustrating. They repeatedly failed to get my pay right, even for shifts I had fully completed and on several occasions they cancelled shifts that I had already worked. This level of disorganisation is unprofessional and creates unnecessary stress for workers who rely on accurate and timely payment. I expected a much higher standard of reliability from an agency of this size.

Absolutely awful. Constantly fail to pay you. When you call them, they blame everyone but themselves and expect you to do the chasing around.

One of them even told me I ‘work for free’

Angard Staffing have been very disorganised and uncommunicative during my brief encounter with them.
They said they had arranged an induction for me at my delivery office, but on arrival no one knew what was going on and then they doubled down by sending me out on a delivery route without checking my ID, giving me instruction or much direction.
Angard, meanwhile, had allocated me more and more shifts despite me telling them I had not had an induction; shifts which included Christmas Day, New Years Day and a Sunday, all of which are days when the office is closed!
They finally resolved my open ticket with a shrug and no explanation, telling me they might be back in touch. Shambles.

I wish I could zero, very incompetent and discriminative agency, been registered for 2 years now, still not got any job, the highering staff is discriminating and not giving any job, only calling their own people, it's a total scam, royal mail should investigate this.Jeet Radhanpara specifically accepted all of my process and denied me at the last minute, some kind of real scam and discrimination going on for sure.

Poor agency with zero communication- avoid

Anghard Driver Staff show lack of Respect, Sympathy or Empathy towards their Staff ( on Zero Contracts ),, can’t be bothered and Continue to Lie saying they will contact you and offer any kind of support.

I was Verbally and Physically Assaulted by a Road Rage Member of the public in October 2025, and the following week was “ Unofficially Suspended “ for absolutely “ No Reason “ just over 6wks ago, and without no pay over the past 1.5mths

Have had no support from Angard or RM over the Assault on me……

Absolutely Shocked and Disgusted by the Behaviour and Lack of Support with them both…… won’t be dealing with again In The Future.

Oh….. both Angard and RM know I suffer from an Autism Spectrum called “ Asperger’s Syndrome “…… do they offer any support to me on this!!….. NOPE

Avoid Angard Staffing Agency and Royal Mail at all costs!!………

Absolutely disgusting company, useless communication, never got paid correctly, not enough training given, no uniform,sacked via telephone from a useless manager who hides in the office because the post office has been labelled the worst branch. Staff smoking in vehicles, post left in branch on floor for days on end.make a grievance because treated poorly and nothing! Believed the useless manager who completely lied about everything. Please don’t waste your time with this company.i don’t even know how they can trade as an agency. Absolutely disgraceful!

3 weeks I worked for them in Newport , every single week my payslip was wrong , wrong hours , wrong pay , now I try and somehow get my last payslip instead of 31h30minutes they pay me 5h

Poor agency with zero communication- avoid

Poor communication from office staff .Regularly on hold for 45 mins waiting to talk to someone. Also Agency staff are given too much work to compleate whilst regular parcelforce staff were given less work

Waste of your time, wasted 2 months going though the recruitment process. To get minimum responses, personal data taken from with no information on what they’re doing with it. No shifts no nothing, do not seek any form of employment for this agency at all. Law you in with week pay and hourly rate, but with all the reviews I been reading isn’t correct. Legal action need to be taken in special due personal data because taken from you.

I recently engaged with Angard Staffing as part of the hiring process for agency work at Royal Mail. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had for an in-house employment agency.

Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and, at times, unclear. The zero-hour contract states that workers may set their own availability and select shifts that suit their schedules. However, when I followed these guidelines, I noticed that shifts were set for six days each week, regardless of the availability I had submitted. This may vary by location and management approach, but it was a discouraging aspect of the experience.

Expectations on-site also proved challenging. In my experience, Royal Mail managers often anticipated performance and availability similar to that of permanent Royal Mail employees. Nevertheless, agency workers are not provided with company uniform, which created practical difficulties. For example, during periods of heavy rain I was left completely exposed to the weather, and on one such occasion I became unwell and developed a high temperature. When I returned to work the following week, I was sent home on two consecutive days because managers informed me that there was no work available for me, despite the fact that I had already confirmed those shifts.

On a positive note, I did not encounter any issues with payment, and Angard’s telephone customer service team was consistently polite and helpful. However, email correspondence was largely unanswered, which made it difficult to resolve queries efficiently.

Overall, the process felt disorganised, and based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this agency again. For those seeking permanent employment, I would recommend applying directly to Royal Mail instead.

While others may have a more positive experience, I believe it is important to share my perspective so that prospective candidates are aware that the process may not be as streamlined or supportive as expected. I hope that Angard Staffing will view this as constructive feedback and take steps to improve communication and overall candidate support.

Have messed up my pay severely. Have cancelled shifts on the scheduling app they use, after the shifts have already been worked. Impossible to contact by myself or the managers at royal mail to amend the issues and backdate my pay. Will have to take them to a small claims court as they have ignored my emails for nearly a month now and I have no way to get the money they owe me. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. You will waste a lot of your personal time trying to contact them to fix the issues they've caused. Absolutely shocking

I've been applying for the Postal Delivery/Collection Driver position with Royal Mail in Nottingham over the last few months.

Having completed Angard's recruitment process, I received an email from Anna Wenglorz last week saying that I would receive a call on 21/11/2025 or 22/11/2024.

However, they never bothered to call me as promised or provide any update since, and have just left me hanging, which I think is unprofessional.

Angard's shambolic recruitment process has put me off this job, and I will keep my options open and look for a more reliable employer!

I genuinely regret ever applying through Angard Staffing.

As I write this, I am on hold with them yet again, trying to get a simple answer to a simple question: when do I actually start work?
I completed my induction over a month ago and still haven’t been given a start date. Not an email, not a call, nothing proactive from their side – just me constantly chasing.

The problems started from day one:

I was told to arrive at the worksite for 14:30 for induction. Being professional, I arrived at 14:15.

I and the other inductees were left standing around for about 15 minutes before any Angard personnel even bothered to process us.

The induction itself only started at 14:30 – and it was run by Angard’s client, not Angard. Their own presence and organisation felt like an afterthought.

Then there’s the travel farce.
They sent me a bus ticket to get to the Milton Keynes worksite, with instructions to get on the bus at Luton’s Galaxy Centre. No clear explanation, no proper coordination – just a generic ticket and an expectation that I would somehow figure it all out because I live in Milton Keynes.

Meanwhile, their phone system is a joke.
I’ve spent far too long listening to “Thank you for your call, a member of the team will be with you shortly” on repeat, with nobody actually picking up or resolving anything. It feels like they hide behind hold music instead of offering any real support.

On top of all this, they ask for very specific personal information, yet the way they operate doesn’t inspire any confidence whatsoever. You’d think we were handling gold or uranium from the level of detail they demand, but in reality their own processes are anything but high security or high standard. The whole setup has made the experience feel, at best, irresponsible and, at worst, like something I should never have trusted.

In my opinion, this is a deeply disorganised and irresponsible operation, and I would strongly urge anyone considering Angard Staffing to not! My experience has been stressful, chaotic and completely avoidable – if they simply did their jobs properly.

Angard contact you on the promise of employment. What they do not inform you, is that once you have sent them all if your documentary ID, they request a biometric profile. They then send all of your private details to company house, for Government and home office perusal. Directly breaching section 8 of the ECHR. The Right for Privacy.
In essence your information is being sold on the premise of employment.
This agency will explain, that biometric profiles are mandatory and are requested by law, when this is quite simply not true.
If you do not comply, then you will not be allowed the right to work. Avoid, avoid, avoid. If you respect your freedom!

Don’t expect shifts and expect to be chasing up your pay owed for multiple weeks in advance, worst agency I’ve worked for and I’ve worked for about 10.

They tell you you will get breaks payed after 12 weeks and you will get a pay increase after 26 weeks and 52 weeks, then they change their mind and you don’t get paid breaks and don’t pay you the increase,
