6e52...7d-36a0765552db für 150USD verkauft wurden waren nicht ausreichend, um die archäologische Stätte Chichén Itzá in Mexiko zu betreten. Vor Ort stellte sich die Situation so dar, dass die erworbenen Tickets einen Wert von 2x100=200MXN hatten und nur als INAH Ticket verwendet werden konnten. Das vollständige Ticket für eine Person besteht aus 1. AAFY Ticket in Höhe von 571 MXN+ 2. INAH Ticket in Höhe von 100 MXN. Das AAFY Ticket musste vor Ort für 2 Personen nachgekauft werden für 2x 571 = 1142 MXN, was nochmal Kosten in Höhe von 62,42 USD ausmachte. In Wirklichkeit hätten beide Tickets vor Ort am Ticketschalter für 2 Personen 2x671 = MXN gekostet, was 73 USD entspricht.
Not recommend
We joined the Andorra and France from Barcelona One-Day Tour. The staff took a very long time to check the name, they had to scroll through their phones to find each name, which was extremely inefficient. I don’t understand why they didn’t just print out the name list and arrange it alphabetically to make the process faster.
There were over sixty participants, all packed into one bus. The seats were extremely cramped. I’m only 160 cm tall and weigh 44 kg, and even I felt squeezed. The bus had no curtains, so when the sun is out at noon, it gets really hot and glaring. The trip hasn’t even started yet, and my mood is already affected.

We had bought two tickets to the Frida Kahlo Museum, and the day before we were supposed to go, our booking was cancelled. No alternative was offered; it was simply cancelled. We traveled to Mexico from Denmark specifically to see the Frida Kahlo Museum, among other things. It is truly a big disappointment that they just cancel and are unwilling to help. We have tried everything we could to make it happen – we got locals to call for us, wrote emails, were flexible with time and day, and even suggested that just one of us could go in and see it – but they will not do anything...

Habíamos comprado dos boletos para el Museo Frida Kahlo, y el día antes de nuestra visita, cancelaron nuestra reserva. No nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, simplemente la cancelaron. Viajamos a México desde Dinamarca, entre otras cosas, para ver el Museo Frida Kahlo. Es una gran decepción que simplemente cancelen y no se molesten en ayudar. Intentamos todo para que fuera posible: conseguimos que personas locales llamaran por nosotros, enviamos correos electrónicos, fuimos flexibles con la hora y el día, e incluso propusimos que solo uno de nosotros pudiera entrar a verlo, ¡pero no quieren hacer absolutamente nada!

SERVICE APRES VENTE MISERABLE
Nous avons décidé de visiter Chichen Itza avec un guide AmigoTours via GetYourGuide.
La journée s’est plutot bien déroulée (malgré un incident dont je vais reparler juste après), le guide Kevin était super: très drôle et cultivé.
Deux éléments font que la note est de 1 étoile:
Premièrement l’heure du rendez-vous; sur l’application il était indiqué de se rendre à un certain hotel à 5h40, chose que nous avons bien évidemment faite : nous avons attendu ~ 1 heure devant l’hôtel sans rien ni personne pour venir nous récupérer.
En allant sur l’application , je regarde les messages que l’organisation nous a envoyé : le message indiquait que l’on devait venir à 9h ! (Alors que sur l’application, dans l’onglet « informations de prise en charge » il est bien indiqué de venir à 5h40.
Nous avons donc du reprendre un taxi pour rentrer car nous étions à 10 minutes en voiture de chez nous ( 1 aller retour de payé pour rien…)
Deuxièmement: le « sav » de AmigoTours
À l’aller, notre bus est rentré en collision avec un autre bus. Au moment de l’impact, les vitres ou nous étions assis se sont complètement brisées. Rien de grave, le guide ainsi que les autres passagers ont bien réagi en nous assistant car j’avais des micro coupures un peu partout sur moi, entrainant ainsi une perte de sang.
Le guide nous demande si ça va, on lui dit que tout va bien, il nous demande ensuite de signer un papier qui dit que nous n’avons pas besoin d’assistance médicale pour que l’on puisse continuer le trajet (en changeant de bus bien evidemment). Nous signons donc le papier puisque pour le moment : rien de grave.
Durant le trajet, je remarque que mes lunettes sont rayées à cause des morceaux de verres présents au moment de l’accident. Je demande donc au guide si il peut faire quelque chose pour cela, il me donne le contact du SAV de AmigoTours.
Je les contacte en leur expliquant ma situation.
Quelle fut notre stupeur en lisant leur réponse !
Le SAV nous indique qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire pour nous puisque nous avons signé un papier disant que nous n’avions pas besoin d’assistance MEDICALE (j’insiste sur le mot MEDICALE) au moment de l’accident.
Je trouve ça complètement ridicule de leur part… c’est vrai qu’au moment de l’accident, mon premier réflexe était de vérifier si mes lunettes n’étaient pas rayées !!!! Cela me semble etre logique, les lunettes avant la santé !!!!!!
Et puis, quand on signe un papier pour dire que nous avons pas besoin d’une ASSISTANCE MEDICALE, je ne pense pas qu’un médecin puisse réparer nos lunettes…
En bref les guides sont biens mais le SAV EST MISERABLE !!!

Beware! We had a Prado tour scheduled in September. We arrived and told that are tour had been scheduled. They could of added us to the tour that took place but said they were over booked.

Awful experience- read before you book with them!
I never post reviews even if I had a bad experience so please read this before booking with this company. I am trying to help future customers not go through what I did. I booked this bus tour expecting an enjoyable and informative trip, for my 1st wedding anniversary and my parents 40th but it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the company showed a complete lack of organization and professionalism.
Our tour guide was impossible to understand; she mumbled through the microphone in a way that made it nearly impossible to catch anything she was saying. To make things even stranger, she used an orange loofah on a selfie stick as her “tour guide marker,” waving it in the air for us to follow. When it started raining, she tried to hide it under an umbrella — which meant we couldn’t even see where she was going anymore. It would’ve been funny if it weren’t so frustrating. We then lost her as my parents are 66 and 72 years old - I had downloaded the app to locate the meeting point so we could get there to get the bus to the next city. The bus was not there and we arrived earlier than the planned meet up time. We stood there for an hour and a half and the bus never came. We missed the second part of the tour and had to purchase our own bus tickets via public transport to get back to Madrid as we were left stranded in Toledo ( an hour from Madrid)
To make matters worse, the schedule was not followed at all. We spent far too long in uninteresting spots (where the company clearly had arrangements with souvenir vendors) and were rushed through the main attractions we actually wanted to see. There was also no communication about bathroom or meal breaks, leaving many passengers frustrated.
Afterward, we called the company to request a refund, and that somehow managed to be even worse. The person on the phone was rude and dismissive, told us the manager “wasn’t going to do anything,” and refused to let us speak to her. When we said we’d go to the police to file a report about the experience, the representative snapped back, “Feel free,” with a sarcastic attitude.
Overall, this tour was a waste of time and money. The company’s lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer comfort made it a miserable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this tour to look elsewhere — there are plenty of other operators who actually care about their guests.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, their unsafe conditions made me slipped and broke my ankle. They put me on an Uber and sent me to a hospital, never heard back from them again, they never answered my calls. This company just care about money and have zero responsibility.
Shibuya Sky Tour - avoid this company
If I could give this company zero stars, that’s what I would give them. I booked a Shibuya Sky tour with them for my trip to Japan. I paid in advance and it was not cancelable. I could’ve booked it through many other avenues, but since I booked it early with them and was not cancelable, I kept the reservation. At the last minute, they did not have the tour available that they said they had. They tried to rebook me at a later time and on a completely different tour. I do not recommend this company. Stay away and find somebody else. We all work hard to plan our vacations and tour companies like this who throw wrenches in the gears at the last minute make everything miserable. It’s just not worth it.
Never again
On one occasion, we arrived 15 minutes late for an excursion (our fault). As a result, we:
Lost the prepaid certificate for the tour.
Were charged the full cost of the tour from our bank account.
Were denied entry to the park, even without a guide.
When we reached out to support, they provided absolutely no help and even refused to reassign us to the next available time slot.
From a financial perspective, it would have been cheaper not to use this service at all—we would have saved money, time, and peace of mind.

Mexico City, what promised to be a highlight of our visit turned out to be a waste of a precious day.
The guides were horrible.
Please don’t use them, there are plenty of other options. Good luck to us (after what we are reading) on getting a refund!

Gebucht Tour wurde ohne Begründung abgesag. Wurde auf AGB verwiesen, das dies Amigo Tours jederzeit machen kann, Bewertungen habe ich zu spät angesehen, da nicht gebucht hätte..... Vorsicht
Bei 80% negativer Bewertungen muss man überlegen. So 100 Euro in den Sand gesetzt.
Bad overall experience
Very disappointed with Amigo Tours. There was no headcount taken and I was left behind while my family joined the tour. I had no way to reach them once the tour started. When I called the office, I was told it was our fault and no refund would be given. No accountability from the team, and poor coordination by the tour guide. Would not recommend.

Cuando montas una agencia de excursiones es para que el cliente salga contento y satisfecho.
Las pocas ganas de trabajar que tenían nuestros dos guías ha sido demasiado, y las pocas facilidades por parte de la empresa en relación al desplazamiento, también.
No solamente no volveremos a hacer nada con ellos, sino que tampoco recomendamos hacer nada con esta empresa.

I can't even begin to relay how horrible this tour company is. They work through a Go City Pass, and you pay Go City for your events you want to purchase. That's all fine, BUT they use Amigo Tours for those things that require bookings. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours, you are screwed. Not only have you paid Go City for an event, but then Amigo Tours will charge you the same amount again for a "no show". Then you can't ever rebook again through them because it looks like you have already used one of your Go City event options on that specific tour. They will also cancel tours on you a day before without any reason as to why, and you have find some other company to use that is outside Go City and pay again to get that tour. We even showed up to one of our bookings, and they still charged us for a "no show". Dear God these people need to be shut down!

We received a pin to a shop clearly not…
We received a pin to a shop clearly not close to the entrance. We then tried thevpeople workung there no one able to tell us where to find the guide. Dont even try to contact them, they do not respond. Not in app or on phone. All other guides around us had clear flags so thecpeople could find their group. We landed up paying another guide and then pay a penalty because Amigo flagged us as a no show. They are useless and not recommended. We had a similar experience at Sagrada looking for them for more than 45 minutes.
DO NOT BOOK WITH AMIGO TOURS
The worst company i ever deal with. Absolutely no contact. They do not answer on any form of contact. No confirmation mails at all. After payment you are left with nothing. Very risky company. If you dont want to ruin your holiday AVOID AMIGO TOURS AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Bought a go city pass , so was forced to book a guided tour that we didn't actually want because I was travelling with 2 deaf people that could not access the speaking part of the tour, one of whom has mobility issues as well.
I have contacted the tour company to say we could not find the meeting point as was not at entrance to parc guell and accessibility was difficult for us as a group.
I have phoned, emailed, contacted via the website contact us option and messaged via their app related directly to our booking and they have not responded at all to any of these attempts.
Would definitely advise not to use, and based on reviews I am not alone either.
