David was such a great resource in helping me get my account reinstated. It was my first suspension on Amazon and I wanted to make sure my first appeal would be accepted and sure enough it was!

The only small thing was that I wished he would have responded quicker although since I purchased the 48-hour appeal, that was my fault. 48 hours is a long time so if you need that account reinstated quickly if you are dependent on that revenue stream, I'd recommend paying a little more for the shorter time frame.

David and Joshua they are outstanding - really do know what Amazon needs. Worked for me, happy impressed customer! If I ever experience another suspension will be in touch with them without any research. If you read this - you have found the right people to relay on! 10/10

I appealed twice and got an auto-response that more information needed. There is generic information on amazons website on how to write a appeal but not specific to what they are looking for to be addressed in the appeal letter. I followed the guidelines on their website on my second appeal and still got rejected.

I became hesitent to write a third appeal myself. David wrote a personalised letter of appeal- short and to the point. I believe he addresses the keywords/issues that they are looking for to get your account reinstated.

Worth his fees- he delivered on time and I would highly recommend him. I was swayed by the high success rates and reviews here on Trustpilot. Would I recommend- yes certainly!

Paid for the 48hr service, had delays for the appeal being sent to me. Eventually appeal was delivered and forwarded to amazon seller performance there was no reply from them so had contact another department which replied saying "The performance plan that you have provided is not sufficient to cover the poor performance on your account, and does not address the root causes of the issues faced by the account". After receiving the email I notified David twice and there was no answer. Overall not brilliant experience.

Like all websites for appealing amazon suspension, I was wary about paying the fee to get the appeal assistance i was looking for. How would I know AmazonAppeal was legitimate? Well they used an independent review company and that legitimized the company for me.

AmazonAppeal had very stellar reviews and they all seemed to be pleased with their service and it seemed like they did have a 90+ success rate based on the reviews I read about the company.

So I just went for it. I honestly could have tried to write it up myself but risk not getting it right and losing countless day of sales or not getting reinstated at all.

It was a very easy process. I paid through paypal. The website led me to site to provide David with the info he needed to draft the letter to amazon. Within 12 hours, I got a reply from David. When I got the email. it was perfect and flawless!! I sent it and about 8 hours later, it got an email from seller performance that we got reinstated.

We had been trying for over a week to get our Amazon account reinstated after being suspended for late dispatch. We had submitted what we felt were substantial plans but kept getting the automated response saying the plan was not complete. We had the impression Amazon wanted us to include something specific with our response but were at a loss to work out what we had missed out. We turned to Amazonappeal.com as a last ditch attempt and glad we did. While David's response was very slightly outside of the 12 hour timeframe we paid for it was worth it.
