I am impressed with the fast respond and constructive advice

So we sell alot of product, I'm a new worker here in this amazon business and slowly learning. So my 3rd week into here we got hit with a Intellectual Property Rights problem that lead us to getting suspended. I read all over the forums and all those terrible people on the forums are no help they just bash you and say you wont be selling with amazon again this and that.

I looked up a few keyterms and found david. we took the 12 hour package and started working with david. be patient im sure he has plenty of things going on.

took 4 days but hey as long as were back in business is all that matters.

I appreciate the speedy response from you company and the instructions you gave in which to rectify my Amazon account selling suspended privileges. I was very sceptical about paying the amount of money for this appeal letter but wow was i wrong it was worth every penny. I had my appeal letter off David this morning 18th April 2016 and with half hour i was reinstated. I was late twice in the past on orders and this is why i was suspended and started to panic as this was the main site of my income. We have sent 2 appeals to performance team due to high late delivery rate without success. Always got the same answer from AMZN stating our plan is not complete.

I had already sent in several appeals to Amazon in which they replied the same to all of them with the "Your appeal is not satisfactory... but, you can sell via our FBA..." so it honestly looked like my time on Amazon was over.
After David looked over everything in my account, he wasn't sure he could help and was honest and up front with me about everything, giving me the choice to move forward or not.

I had made multiple appeals to Amazon Canada all to no avail. In fact, their last correspondence was to inform us that we should no longer write to them as their decision was both final and irrevocable. Absolutely mind blowing!!! We had suffered two bans from Amazon. After the second ban we had given up hope. I was one off many who had many questions going through their mind when I landed on amazon appeal web page while searching for someone who can write me an appeal letter for amazon, when I first saw the web site I was like this is too true to be real, I have been selling on amazon for over 10yrs and was so much in doubt this would really work,but when I consider the amount of money locked up in my amazon for the next 120 days and the cost to write this letter, I took the gamble it was either this person is real and know what they are doing OR its a scam , I press the buy button on PayPal and made the payment to David sent him all the info he requested on the web site and I sit back and wait , I did not even get any confirmation about payment or anything I paid for the 24hrs service but he replied in 27hrs I could not care I just wanted the letter, anyway I got the letter it was short and straight with all the bullet points amazon needs to hear I submitted it and in 24hrs my Amazon.com selling privileges have been reinstated all I can say this man David is a Boss , my account is back up and running and selling on amazon over 1 week from the time typing this review ,many thanks to DAVID keep it up and keep serving the Amazon community for sellers like me that want a second shot at selling again ...........God Bless David

We are a small-sized european company acting world wide also in amazon.com (USA), have good writers for the action appeal , thats what we thought. Easy beat to reinstate the account.. "NOT!".

Tried it 10 days with 6 different action plans... everyday the same (automatic) answer from amazon.. "your plan is not completed" or "..your plan is not effective". We wrote 6 pages of the action plan with detailed things we will / have changed in our processes. Amazon doesnt care a s***.

Our 100.000 $ monthly USA business was going to burn down within days. In 10 days we lost around a lot of money, again AMAZON CARED A SH**. The last solution after asking google was David with amazonappeal.com.
