Composed an exceptionally fine appeal and advised on ways to submit.
Seller Performance staff had apparently not intended to respond to my submission.and AmazonAppeal advised on successful procedures! I could not have accomplished re-instatement without them.

My issue with Amazon was inauthenticity which is one of the more serious offense. After reviewing several companies I decided to pay the money to go with David at Amazon Appeal.

First, this is my honest review depend on my own experience.
Like other sellers, when I received the email from Amazon, totally shocked and don't know what to do. Too much stock and money was put into Amazon, if I lose my shop, it's really a big loss for me. So I write my appeal that night, and may be you know, the performance team are not satisfied with it, then the second time, failed too.
With a desperate mood, I found solution on Google, and found Amazonappeal, as seller, same with customer, I checked all the reviews leaved by other seller, they give me the courage to try, this is also the reason that I post this review.
Waiting for almost two weeks, I never through such a long time, desperate, not dare to tell my parents because I don't want to disappoint them. This account is my first account, really like my own child, so, no matter how frail the hope is, I would catch the chance.I send a email to David.
I choose two-days option, but David reply in advance. they analysis my issues and give me the solution. Both we know the hope is small, but at last, Amazon reinstate my account.

My appeal was not an easy one. Amazon kept asking for more and more stuff. Giving more and more reasons why they wouldn't let me back on but these guys NEVER let me down. Always within about 24hr of me forwarding them the new denial email they would send me an additional appeal email. We even have to contact some of the higher up workers in Amazon to get it done but they new all the correct steps to take an proper words to use. Even when I had finally given up they didn't and that's when we got our account back. I can't say enough positive things. They knew the proper route for every situation Amazon gave us. I was so happy in the end (an I felt so bad because it was over a month of tedious debating) so I gave them a $500 tip. My Amazon account is priceless to me so I could try all day but I don't think I can ever express how grateful I am for what these guys did. Thank you again to everybody who helped at Amazon appeal. You guys are saviors!!!

I was suspended from Amazon, due to slow shipping. After thoughtfully appealing 2x, I bit the bullet and invested in these services. Although, I was opposed to the fee. They got me reinstated and making money again almost immeadiately... Don't F- up, and you don't have to worry about it. If you do F-up, you are in good hands.

Our amazon account had been suspended due to incorrect info on product pages. We had fixed any issues and over a week later after sending in numerous emails and phone calls to amazon explaining the situation we were still suspended.

There was no problem with our account (customer services at amazon even said this to us, but said they didnt have the authority to un-suspend our account). One lady at amazon even said to us 'its the way you have phrased your appeal' - which seemed ridiculous!

After a week of pulling our hair out trying to get somebody at amazon to listen we came across this company. We went for the quickest option. It was a matter of hours between us emailing the information across to this company and getting our account unsuspended. It really was fantastic. We are kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner and saving ourselves over a week of missed sales.

We would highly recommend this service to anyone who genuinely has resolved any issues within their amazon account and cannot get their account unsuspended. It really does seem to be that to get your account unsuspended you need to know the exact 'phrases' that the people at amazon are looking for in your appeal. David was amazing! We were suspended from Amazon and tried to appeal on our own but could not satisfy the seller performance team. David wrote a letter and even wrote a couple more due to Amazon sending us in circles.We are back on and orders are coming in as I write this.
